The Bed was in horrible condition and was the worst one I have ever slept in. The mattresses probably should have been thrown out many years ago. Both drains in the bathroom and the kitchen had a rotten stench coming from them. The bathroom was not clean. The tub was filthy and the shower curtain was gross as well. The kitchen sink was not clean and neither was the refrigerator.

Management, staff and people were very friendly. Bathrooms and campgrounds were kept very clean. Will stay there again.

Stay was nice, would be better if there was a bathroom closer to the cabins 1-4 by the front entrance though. Plenty of space to have something next to cabin 1 or right across the rd from cabins. All in all a great time!

The patrols are great but they do not do anything. Could not sleep at all while there. Drunk, rude neighbors made it horrible. I will never spend that kind of money for a 3 day cabin stay again and will be sure everyone I know stays clear.

Issues were not taken care right away. It did not impress us this time. We were in cabin L223, had a dog in cabin 205 right across from us that barked continually. The owners wouldn't say anything to the dog to make it stop. Complained 4 times on site and it still continued. They also left it at the sight by itself on a leash. Even the 800# said they had several other complaints about it.

My first stay. I was impressed with my little cabin. It was just as you said it would be. LOVED the swing on the porch. My son and his family tent camped and we just had the best stay, made a lot of memories. Happy Camper here.

All the other cabins looked brand new except for the one we stayed in. Also we stayed during the week and not everything was open. Snack shack didn’t open at all except for breakfast, boat rides were only open once in a while and you never knew what time, same with the bikes. It says there was an activity room but we never were able to find it. The swimming pond and water slide were great.

Our stay in your deluxe cabin was awesome everything was clean and tidy when we arrived our stay was wonderful very quite everyone of the staff was polite and courteous in answering our questions! We will be back next summer! Thank you Monroe County/Toledo North KOA!

Cabin was clean, had a fun time. The only 2 complaints I have was the price of wood is outrageous, and we had neighbors playing music so loud we couldn't even hear each other talking around our campfire. Nobody from KOA came by to day anything to them.

Spent the weekend for myy son's 8th birthday!! Stayed in a cabin had so much fun lots of activities there for kids a glow dance party, tie dye, arts n crafts, mini golf, bikes the fun is never ending. Also very clean bathrooms and showers. The shop has many needed items! Amazing experience

Our cabin had alot of things that were broken or needed to be replaced. Constant barking dogs in cabin across street from us. People being up loud way pass quiet time.

Had a great time! Would definitely love to visit a KOA Campground again in the future. Being in a wheelchair I wish that the campgrounds would have showers & bathrooms that were a bit bigger that could fit a wheelchair comfortably inside of them. That would be fantastic for the future. Other than that I had a wonderful time and definitely would recommend staying.

We stayed Wednesday-Sunday and on Saturday I was walking from the store back to the beach when I was hit in the face it felt like a baseball but was a rock. It almost knocked me out a couple was there and caught me so I didn't hit the ground my whole left side is swollen and black and blue the staff did come to me but didn't do anything didn't even say sorry that happened. I paid almost$500

We were just passing through and they were very accommodating. We of course stayed the one night and then off on our adventures the next day. Nice park, nice cabin that was renovated to give the maximum room. The drive is potholed but that makes sure you obey the posted speed limit.

I’ve been camping at KOA for over 20 years this was my last year. So sad that the 2 mangers in charge Shawn and Trevor are very rude and disrespectful. If you can call them mangers KOA Monroe needs to be shut down. My concerns will be taken to cooperate. Them idiots need to be fired immediately

Enjoyed our stay. We were very disappointed that the map of our cabin was not correct. Your map shows one double bed by itself and a set of twin bunk beds. That is what we expected to find. Instead my wife, my toddler son and myself had to sleep on a bottom bunk that is impossible to get out of without disturbing the others. What you sold us was not what we got. The treehouse we stayed in was nice but we weren’t there for the house. The campsite had so many holes in the roads, location so close to the express way took away from the experience, the swimming water was green which was extremely odd. Stay was great. Campground really clean and a lot of things for the kids to do. I just think they should fix up the golf section. Looks really sad lol. Everything else was perfect! Would come back.

Loved being at a smaller sized campground. Playground & swimming lake were nice. Kids enjoyed the glow dance party & mini golf. Cabin sites were a little closer together than I thought they would be. Overall, we had a great time. We will keep this campground on our list for future camping trips!

We love how easy KOA makes it to get away with family but still be close to home. The water slide was really fun and the first time we went during a season we could use it. Staff is very friendly, but we're unsure of how to handle coupons, hours of snack shack and visitor rates and hours. I'm sure some things change, but a reference sheet by the phone may help with this to avoid misinformation.

We had a great time at KOA! My husband use to go as a kid and we wanted our kids to be able to enjoy some of what did as children! My kids were so happy and had the best of time. Thank you koa :)

Overall our stay was good. The smell of sulfur from the water running baths, toilet etc not fun. The new Assistant Manager Sean is definitely not an asset to your campgrounds. Asked a question about why we did not have a stove top as mentioned in our reservation and he said : I can refund your money and you can leave on the morning". The cabin floor was filthy I know it’s camping but a quick swifter on the floors before a new guest comes is easy to do. There were bees in our cabin I kept having to catch them and put them outside. The color of the pond was green and rather offputting it didn’t stop us from having our kids go in it but it’s still a little unsettling. Water slide was awesome the staff was awesome.

Fun time, lots to do, kids loved it. Bed mattresses are very uncomfortable. Also you need to set up areas to recycle.

Upon departure mentioned that the queen size bed was in terrible condition. We stayed at a KOA in Oscoda 5 years ago, so we know how the bed should have been. We were in 211, I hope that queen mattress gets change. We took the twin matteresses and put them on top of the queen and that helped somewhat.

GREAT stay. Very family friendly. Alot for the kids to do. Free pancakes in the morning was a great surprise. Workers were friendly and the shop had anything you needed if you forgot something. Stayed in a cabin, very nice. The lake was nice and clean.Good sand and some grills at the tables. Several pergolas for shade, nice touch.Everyonee agrees in the family, we're coming back every year.

The cabins were nice , I liked the kids activities. What I didn’t like all the people with dogs not cleaning up after them and swimming in the lake with people.

My reservation said I get a cabin with a tub, I didn't. It also said a patio with a bathroom, I didn't. The shower wasn't working and we had to wait to have it fixed. The park is very run down and not well kept!! I won't be back or recommend anyone else to go there!!!

Our stay was as great as all other times we have stayed, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Just a side note my cabin and my sons cabin it seems that the floors were not mopped, but could be an oversight.
