Was there for a family reunion. I booked a cabin then I tried to cancel it to book a bigger one. Had more of my kids coming. Can’t cancel on line, no one answers the phone to cancel. By time I reaches someone Bob told me I wouldn’t be getting any money back. I reserved the loft. No where in the description does it say your over the bathroom. One door to balcony only locks for the outside. Gros

The cabin was great except the shower is worn out. The spray isn't very good. The gas grill has never been cleaned so we couldn't use it.

This was first time back in 20 yrs. I took my son's we had a great time. Rented a cabin. It was clean and had everything we need for our weekend. Lots of great activities for the kids.staff was amazing. One of the staff members trea mad friends with my boys right off from the start.grounds were clean and it was peaceful. I love KOA and have been staying here since I was 5 yrs old. When I checked into the cabin, I was shocked. My 2 yr old granddaughter walked out with a very inappropriate toy she found under the mattress. The mattresses were all flipped up so I know the cleaning people at least attempted to make it look like they cleaned prior to our arrival. Then under my grandsons mattress was a water bottle

Post if kids activity’s will cost extra money- )tie die shirts) on the flyer at the door Get people who aren’t rude to kids/adults for the kids activities. Some of the employees were awful and did not know how to talk to people. Be aware of special needs population also for the kids activities.

Drove to the site before my stay to check it out and it was construction going on and wasn't feeling the vibe of the whole thing but when I arrived there for my stay it was a beautiful day nice and peaceful the staff was very helpful really enjoyed the time we stayed

There were plenty of open sites yet we were right next to a large group and directly across from a large group. Both of these groups were very loud and obnoxious till one in the morning. Also playing their music loudly. Not a fun experience for me, the wife and kids.

A little disappointed in the upkeep of the playground equipment as it left rust all over my kids hands and clothes. We had a bad experience with our neighbors as well, however that’s no fault of the campground. We also kept our complaints to ourselves. So no fault of there’s. We look forward to coming back once the water area is open for use as it was very hot with not much escape.

I was very disappointed with the amenities. Everything was run down and unkempt. Also, we couldn't check in until 3, and by 5, couldn't rent paddle boats. By 6, the slide was closed. Office was closed after that, so by the time it cooled off a bit, you couldn't do most of the other things because the accessories were in the store. No light at the bottom of the stairs made bathroom trips less safe.

The loft we rented was misleading according to the online description. I know why there are no pictures. The outside area was ridiculous with other campers walking through to use the showers under the loft. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. It is advertised for 14 people but it would not fit that many. For a KOA campground it’s an eyesore. The putt putt golf course has never been updated in

Fridge in cabin froze all our food, was a big loss for my family considering we just bought it all on our way to the cabin. Cabin was filthy, maintenance man was drinking Coors light while on the job, his family along with other employees family was everywhere, which caused several waiting time while they got free food, bikes ECT. Definitely not being taken care of like it use to. Ran down

When we checked in for our stay we were told the amount for a pet was $20 a night. I was debating on whether or not to put on the pet fee on the bill or pay cash. I decided to pay the $40 since we were booked for two nights. I gave Gary $40.00 cash and he charged $50.00 on the bill. He basically pocketed the $40 but I don't have proof because he did not give me a receipt. I guess he needed it.

Fell on a loose piece of board in the dark by the bathrooms. Need to be taken care of ASAP. Need some more improvement on this koa. Our picnic table was horrible also the pavers were cracked and very uneven. Why have them take them out it would be so much better.

It was good until the last night of our stay. Then our cabin roof started leaking at 2am, over top of the full bed. They should have refunded us a night. I did let the office know at checkout. Our site was k12b.

Looks like there is potential for their future plans. Clean stay. Bathroom smelt like cigarettes though. And everything was shut down early. Got there at 730pm and it was a ghost town.

It was nice as always. Cabin wasn't what we expected. Water in the shower was hot for a little bit then got cold. We still enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

I have been coming to the KOA Campground for over 30 years I have never been disappointed with them the staff is always great always accommodating and very helpful The campground is always neat and clean and always has plenty of activities for you to enjoy I highly recommend this KOA Campground for your next camping trip!!!�ϋ�

Cabin was nice but there are hardly any amenities to enjoy. Playground is small and older. Our cabin was cramped up next to the others while there is tons of open space to spread them out for privacy/ seating.

If I could give a negative 0 I would! To start my cabin have a description that included a one stove top burner which I brought food and a pan that I could cook accordingly. Only to find out it didn't have a stove top burner at all. Then when it was time to use the shower it was beyond angering to discover quite a large amount of mold all along the door track. Not cool at all I am a cancer pat

I wish the inside of my cabin was cleaned better. The floor had quite a bit of dirt and dust balls built up on it. But other than that my family had an amazing time. Lots of activities for the kids and an awesome fireworks show!

When the pool construction is complete , and the water slide and the store stay open for longer periods of time I would recommend Monroe Co KOA to others , but for now and past couple years we still go as a family because we have for 34 yrs and old habits are hard to break , I love it so much, so I’ll be patiently waiting for completion, then I believe it will be good for the grandkids ,

Staff is friendly and helpful. Campground is clean. The showers and bathrooms are well kept up. We have been visiting KOA for 9 summers now. We love it. Thank you for the memories. We will be back.

Upon arrival the staff lost our cabin key and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to find one. No apologies, nothing. The location also looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years, there was construction so hardly anything was open for our young children. We had a horrible time and will not be back this is KOA location.

Stay was ok. Needs lots of updates. Bathrooms could be cleaned better, water slide could be upgraded and cleaned. My family has been going their for over 30 years and done see much of an upgrade or maintenance being done!!

We rented a cabin that sleeps 6 and the futon was very hard to open. The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable. Otherwise it was great with lots of activities. We plan on making it a yearly thing - thank you!

I stayed in 1 bedroom cabin, my parents had a tent site. Our cabin was what I expected. The staff was very nice and friendly. The bathrooms were well cleaned. We enjoyed the bike rentals, fishing lake, putt-putt, playground, and arcade. I look forward to coming again next year when the pools and splash pad are open!

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
