Our start was alright, the kids were bummed there was no volleyball or basketball courts anymore tho. And the smell was awful.. pools are super nice tho!

It was nice. The only thing is I wish there some shade at the kids pool. I'm in my 70's and it would be nice for me The employees were very nice and helpful

It wasn't the kind of koa we look for. I'm sure lots of people love it but we wanted more trees and less sites. The bathrooms were also just ok, especially compared to the other two koa locations we stayed at that same week. It was less camp and more resort then we like with the two pools, waterslide, and splash pad. I'm sure it's the perfect stay for some but not for us.

I camped at this KOA many times in the past. The upgrades are nice, pool area is very nice. Bathrooms could use more attention throughout the day.

Been going to this KOA for over 15 years, took last year off due to no swim lake/pool. Came back this year to ridiculous changes. They took out the putt putt course, the basketball court, & volleyball court. No cable tv working in my cabin, the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way. Very enjoyable. Other campers were respectful. My only complaint was the couch/couch bed in our cabin. It was worn down so much that the fabric was peeled & coming off onto our skin and the mattress was worn & I could feel the springs.

The wrist band situation was taken way too far by the KOA employees. We even witness fights over it. Our family has been coming here for years and this year was a terrible experience. Telling us because the kids lost their wrist bands that we had to pack up and leave was just insane. The showers/restrooms by the pools never had toilet paper.

I have been going to this KOA for over 30 years. Sad about the swimming lake. The new pools and splash pad are great. Staff is always fantastic! Hope putt putt, basketball, and volleyball amenities are coming soon. B back soon.

We’ve been renting the same spot for years & NEVER experienced the sewer smell that was VERY potent. It came and went, as if it only happened when toilets were flushed. It was TOTALLY disgusting to be outside cooking & eating while ingesting this awful smell. Besides that, the activities were a lot less fun than previous years. Not as many wagon rides. Dance party was lame. NOT worth the $ spent

The stay was ok but it just sucked when two bathrooms were down n you have to walk to the other bathrooms you couldn’t even park by the other bathrooms anymore so you had to walk literally no where to park also not even a portapotty to run two I feel you needed 2 of those. I have been coming to KOA for 30 years. I loved the pond and was very pessimistic about the changes but you guys are doing a great job. We can't wait to be back for Halloween! Fireworks did NOT disappoint!!!!

The pool and pool areas were great! The water was clean and a good temperature. The campground was nice but with little to do for teens. I do understand that the basketball court will be added later.

Site 178, no stone drive, campers were on top of each other like a migrant camp. Hook ups were poorly done. Barking dog at the site next to us. Booked and paid for a 4 night stay, didn’t stay one night.

We camped over the 4th of July. We enjoyed all of the activities for the kids but we never got to swim in the pool. Every time we tried to go, there were so many people in both pools. It was stand room only and no where to actually swim. We played at the splash pad, which was fun but the kids were extremely disappointed. I came here as a kid myself and honestly we miss the swimming pond. ���

Our first night we didn’t have air condition, but the staff worked hard on getting us one the next day. They are always working hard to take care of their customers. We have been coming there for over 10 years. The kids love the new pills and splash pad.

Stayed in new site 81. Its was great! I would like to see a couple changes including a more level site which is above the sewer (I had to pick up my tube to dump my tanks eww), clock by the pool, shade/umbrellas by the pool, more pool regulation lots of people without bands and some causing issues. The new bathrooms were mostly clean and when not they called a housekeeper! New store is great!

Great time for the 4th of July with awesome fireworks! You just need better internet and your cable does not work ! Please look into a new company to service your campground. Our site 217 was not level and is on a slight slope, with rain water ankle deep ! The new pools and splash pad are beautiful and we had wonderful time!

The water area is nice would like more chairs around perimeter of spray ground and would be nicer if extra activities such as the dye etc were done in the area behind the kiddie pool and make the area by the big khuhana the main activities area.

I did not like the wrist bands. My son has 5 kids and could not get enough bands for his family, luckily we were there and got an extra one. Activity lists should be handed out at check in. It was our first time there and had no idea of all the activities going on until the last day. Lastly I was on site 167, which has to be the worst site. Extremely small and has 4 water lines coming to my site

The spots are kinda small...we paid for a second vehicle and it barely fit on the spot. Also we were there for a holiday weekend and never received a paper or list of activities so my kids missed out all weekend long. Also your policy of only 6 people is ridiculous as we are a family of 7, that policy so be fixed for families...im not renting two sites just for 1 family.

It was ok, not very quite even during the mid week, a lot of lawnmower and tractor noise and a lot of dust from them, and the bathrooms were not all working at the same time! They had showers not in service and toilets not in service! Fine during mid week but got frustrating on the weekend! Nice upgrade with the pools and big gahuna area!

I feel there can be some improvement at this KOA. Staff should escort customers to their sites to ensure they are at the correct site. We were not and had set up in that heat over the weekend, to find we were not at correct site. We purchased a site with electric and water. We had no electric the entire time. Despite the extreme heat, the campsite managers work hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My campsite was clean and spacious for my camper and outdoor items. The restrooms and showers were nice and clean as well. I have been here before they have added additional amenities since then. The pool was available and certainly a welcome place for relief for other campers and kids.

Wonderful pool areas. Nice site except we were near a dump station with a broken cap and the smell was awful. Change machine in laundry was broken and staff was not allowed to access quarters in the office. Staff was great but overall management seemed to be less than ideal. Would not come back.

Enjoyed the pull through site, lake, and store with ice cream by the pool on a heat wave day. The guest you get to talk to are great to share stories with on sites in the area. Close to Lunna Pier Light house where there are several restaurants. Happy 250th!

You had 3 refrigerator semi trailers running 24/7 right next to our cabin and fire pit. We had to yell over the constant noise from those engines. It was very disturbing and disappointing.

It was a rough weekend to stay at this location. As they were serving the UEW so I'm going to bypass all the negatives that we encountered for the weekend. Because this place has done so much to make it nice. I will be staying there again.

The electrical workers union came in and the KOA staff acted like no one else mattered. The union started taking over the campground and koa workers let them. We paid our money to be there just as they did. It’s not fair to us who camp here year round to be treated as such this past weekend. Very disappointed in our stay this past weekend.

Loved this park. Bathrooms were so clean!!!! The pool was great. Our site was back to the woods and was worried about bugs but didn't get bothered at all. Staff was very friendly!

Are stay was ok. I’m a little disappointed that some of the activities that my family looks forward to doing at the Toledo North KOA was canceled due to the IEBW union renting the facility. It’s just a little disappointing that they canceled the family activities because of that it’s never happened in the past my family’s been going there for over 20 years and quite a few of the family was

Got the small cabin fir the KOA Trick or Trick event. Free pan cakes Saturday morning. Lots if activities for kids.

Staff was amazing! Grounds and facilities were very clean. We have been a few times in less than 6 weeks, still the same great experience! Already have 4 more trips booked!
