The loft we rented was misleading according to the online description. I know why there are no pictures. The outside area was ridiculous with other campers walking through to use the showers under the loft. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. It is advertised for 14 people but it would not fit that many. For a KOA campground it’s an eyesore. The putt putt golf course has never been updated in

I was appreciative of being able to add another night to our stay. Sites are too close together. Sad that the main building closes at 5 or 6 pm and if you wanted a bag of ice or firewood, you are out of luck. Front desk person very friendly and personable. Workers all seem nice . . . but observed alot of chatting when they could have been working, like blowing the leaves out of the putt-putt.

Fridge in cabin froze all our food, was a big loss for my family considering we just bought it all on our way to the cabin. Cabin was filthy, maintenance man was drinking Coors light while on the job, his family along with other employees family was everywhere, which caused several waiting time while they got free food, bikes ECT. Definitely not being taken care of like it use to. Ran down

When we checked in for our stay we were told the amount for a pet was $20 a night. I was debating on whether or not to put on the pet fee on the bill or pay cash. I decided to pay the $40 since we were booked for two nights. I gave Gary $40.00 cash and he charged $50.00 on the bill. He basically pocketed the $40 but I don't have proof because he did not give me a receipt. I guess he needed it.

Even though we paid for full hookup, the sewer pipe was clogged and we couldn’t use it. That was disappointing.

Fell on a loose piece of board in the dark by the bathrooms. Need to be taken care of ASAP. Need some more improvement on this koa. Our picnic table was horrible also the pavers were cracked and very uneven. Why have them take them out it would be so much better.

Your staff are great and try to make sure everyone is having a good time. The cabin was spotlessly cleaned and the grounds were well-maintained. We look forward to the pools next year!

Easily accessed off I-75, campgrounds were spacious and after hours site was level and convenient to facilities. It was just an overnight for me with late check-in. pool and other facilities were under renovation, (website had this posted) and when finished the campgrounds will be even better. Staff were great. Good place to stay after a long day of traveling.

First, I was given the only site that would not fit my RV. They did change me to a site that was much better after, but that was minimal compared to the other issues. I had to pay a daily amenity fee, even though there were no pools because they were remodeling there were waterslides, but they weren’t working. So I paid for nothing. Then the power went out the next day and no water to shower.

Being in the middle of a renovation we are patiently awaiting and looking forward to the end result. The staff is doing its best to make the guests stay as nice and comfortable as they can in the meantime and we appreciate all they do. We had no problems or issues during our stay and am looking forward to returning next year to enjoy all the improvements and am not hesitant to give high rating.

Bed was uncomfortable. Didn't know we had to supply our own linens and towels. Should make this more prominent. Pool facility not complete. TVs didn't work.

Camped with my daughter and 2 grandsons for Xmas in July had an awesome time as always love decorating and all activities oldest grandson fished Sun up til Sun down. Living camping here

It was good until the last night of our stay. Then our cabin roof started leaking at 2am, over top of the full bed. They should have refunded us a night. I did let the office know at checkout. Our site was k12b.

Looks like there is potential for their future plans. Clean stay. Bathroom smelt like cigarettes though. And everything was shut down early. Got there at 730pm and it was a ghost town.

It was nice as always. Cabin wasn't what we expected. Water in the shower was hot for a little bit then got cold. We still enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

Just a one night stay. Staff was courteous. Used the laundry facilities. They were functional and clean. Bathrooms were the same.

So disappointed,... I went as a child , took my children and now our grandchildren,but unfortunately we probably won't be returning again. You can't get visitor passes anymore. fourth of July.. What a joke, They never went pass our site. My debit card was stolen and used. The waterslide closes at 6 PM, you would think it would remain open later since they don’t have a swimming pond anymore.

I have been coming to the KOA Campground for over 30 years I have never been disappointed with them the staff is always great always accommodating and very helpful The campground is always neat and clean and always has plenty of activities for you to enjoy I highly recommend this KOA Campground for your next camping trip!!!�ϋ�

It was very nice and will be great once construction is done. They need to stay on top of the grass bcuz it was way too long and they didn't cut it until the day we were leaving.

I think it's ridiculous that they charge a fee when you bring a pet and they don't tell you that if you register online. I said yes to pet, no fee was listed, I registered and paid online. I did a late check in, so I called when I left and then get informed that I owed a fee for bringing a pet. I clean up after my dogs so a fee is ridiculous. Especially given the construction mess and noise.

Overpriced for what it is. Obviously we knew the pool was still under construction, but the rest of the campground is just wore down. The playground is very old and outdated and several of the items were broken. Litter everywhere. Marijuana smoking and smell everywhere. Disappointing for the KOA brand.

Cabin was nice but there are hardly any amenities to enjoy. Playground is small and older. Our cabin was cramped up next to the others while there is tons of open space to spread them out for privacy/ seating.

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
