I was honestly upset about the lack of events/things planned to do for the 4th of July weekend. There wasn’t much going on.

This was our 5th year there for the 4th of July weekend and will be our last. I was first deceived by the picture of our cabin. Our "full size" bed was part of a bunk bed. Secondly, we were deceived with our reservation made in January. How it only pays up to 2 people even though I entered 6 people as it says on the website. That never happened before, it was deceiving and unfair. We won't return.

We had a great stay at KOA. Quiet time could be enforced a bit more, but it was fine.

They need a dish station to wash your dishes the showers were dirty in the front. They need to do some updates the mini golf is falling apart, the game room had over 7 games out of order, bikes are also run down. The swimming pond is dyed this is dangerous. The showers in the back of the park get really hot and you cannot adjust the temp.The camp sites need leveling and drainage.

.Our biggest complaint is the cost for 5 days. We paid $410. It seemed excessive.

This KOA has the worst and rude staff i have ever encountered. Everyone acts as if you are bothering them. The bathrooms are disgusting and no ventilation in the showers. The maintenace man is a pervert and did not get the hint when he was brushed off. Then once he finally got the hint, he was very rude. I Will never ever be back, and we used to come multiple times a year.

We’ve been coming for 9 years. This year, I was highly disappointed! The first issue was that my AC in my lodge was faulty, blowing hot air. It was eventually replaced. I couldn’t use the tv for my kids. The remote didn’t work. I asked for it to be fixed, & was told they’re too busy to come out. The firework placement was terrible. The staff working are absolutly terrible at customer service. When I walked in Shaun was loudly talking on the phone in an unprofessional manner at the front desk as I was checking in. I understand he may have been frustrated with the customer on the phone, but that shouldn't happen in front of other customers. Staff in general except the teenagers acted ridiculous, like they were on a power trip

I have been spending my 4th of July weekend at KOA for 10 years now and this year I was highly disappointed! My holiday was completely ruined.

Main store bathroom: they mopped & wiped the toilet seats but definitely needs a deeper clean each day. Some mold/mildew cleaner & taking a long scrub brush to the walls and floors every day will go a very long way. Also ran out of water & they don't carry cases so that got expensive. Other than that we had a great time and will be back again.

We stayed at this exact campground 10 years ago, and loved it. This stay was anything but! Our smoke detector went off at 1:30 am for no reason! We had the air on! Then the bike rental was closed because someone called in, the putt putt is super outdated and covered in tree debris, and ripped up outdoor carpet! We will not be back nor to any other KOA because we aren’t going to take that chance!

We rented a deluxe pull through spot completely filled with sand all around. Pulling into the campground and leaving. A lot of potholes with water in them. Stayed a lot KOAs and this is one of the worst. I do have pictures if you want them.

If you have kiddos, there are lots of activities. For us, an older couple, we really don’t need all that. It was a little loud where we were camped we had a few bars on Verizon. Couldn’t get WiFi. Cable was available. I thought the spots were tight. We had a pull through that didn’t accommodate the size of our motorhome with the tow. They were given the sizes. Free pancakes every day.

Love the location right off the highway. However, there were several open spots for our one night stay and we were put in a large mud puddle. Our neighbors were smoking marijuana and the men's bathroom was not clean.

Some of the staff were rude. Roads could use additional help. Many pot holes that need to be filled in. Very dusty before the rain and very muddy after. Uneven camp sites with trip hazards.

Wow. This campground has everything for families!! A nice swim beach, water slide, playground, fishing, pedal cars, miniature golf, & all kinds of great activities. A nice dog park and lots of room to walk. I would highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved it. Amazing employees, and the cleanliness was top notch. Every time I used the restrooms, I felt like someone had JUST cleaned it. We bought firewood and they loaded it into our car for us. There was always something for the kiddos to do. I didn't get a membership since this was our first camping adventure, but I will absolutely be joining! Thank you for making it memorable!

There were plenty of activities for the kids and they had a blast. I feel they need more information on the cabins on the website. I reserved a cabin and the picture I saw wasn't exactly what I got. Next time I'll call and talk to a reservation person. The picture was misleading. The cabin was much smaller.

Awesome place to stay with kids! The only bad thing I have to say, is the water was very dirty (piled with leaves in the water). It was NOT like this last year when we went twice. Hoping when we come back in august it’s cleaned up.

We tent camped and the site was a fairly small. More space would have been nice since the people behind us loved to smoke their marijuana. I did not like my children or myself being exposed to that. Also, there were holes all over the site from the fire pit ring being moved around. Literally large holes/very uneven ground. As far as the staff, they were all very pleasurable and no issues.

The sites are very close together and small. The roads are marked on one end only, making it difficult at check in to locate your road (or at least our road-F). The fire wood is only delivered if you purchase 3 bundles or more and trash pickup does not occur. This is the 1st KOA we've stayed at that requires we take our garbage to a dumpster vs the employees picking it up. A pool would be great!

The only issue I had was at 230 in the morning I had to call security to quite people down behind me. They told me they were just there 10 minutes before and others had called. I could hear the golf cart (or car) coming and could hear the people behind me talking but I couldn't hear what security said. They continued to make lots of noise yet security did nothing to stop it.

It is very clean there. I wish my site had more grass though. There was a lot of seaweed in the pond. But it was still an excellent stay!

Pros: The swimming lake, the showers were clean and staff was friendly. Cons: the road by the playground is a main road and should be paved to reduce the amount of dust for campers in sites close by. Several times as cars went by I got dust in my eyes. Campers allowed dogs in the water. There should be showers near the rustic sites. Not sure why showers are closer for people with RVs.

Had fun but my favorite part of the trip was the fishing. I caught so many 3-6 pound catfish. It was an awesome experience

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
