Campground rules were unenforced all weekend. We knew the pond was closed but didn't realize all investments in the park had ended, save a few new cabins. I was also disappointed that no one told me our 34 foot trailer would be too big for their pull-through full hook-up sites. The only positive was the fireworks show on Saturday. That was well done.

We paid for a pull thru full hookup site. When we got there and went to our site our camper would not even fit on the site much less have room to park our truck. We moved to a water/electric only site The smell of marijuana everywhere was horrible despite the rules saying it’s prohibited. Rules were not enforced by employees We were not aware there was nowhere to swim. I would not recommend

We liked the campground for the most part although it is a little dated. I was however upset at the fact that the rules stated no fireworks were allowed and the campground allowed them every night. We expected the fireworks show put on by the campground. However our dog hates fireworks so we had no sleep at all due to the other campers setting off fireworks nightly. One hit our friends car.

Great staff. Great for kids. Full hookup sites were very small and tight and bathrooms by office always seemed to be closed in the morning.

The first night was great, the double price a couple days later did not impress me, was holiday weekend. WE enjoyed the fireworks Saturday night. I didn't like that the store was supposed to be open until 10. Walked to store didn't make it before I noticed a lot of employees on grounds suddenly, didn't want to finish walk w-3yr old if store closed. I stopped staff they said it was 9:55 closed

Nothing is kept up. All picnic tables are wobbly and rotting. Any sites with wooden boards are not even and rotting. The younger male staff are rude and just sit on thier phones. Grass not cut. Just seems poor management and care of non cabin sites.

Quick overnight stay. I found the telephone personnel courteous and friendly. Efficient checking on the 4th of July. Site was perfect for my rig. Nice campground!

The campground was rundown. Even though the grass was cut, Lots of weeds around the playground and needed a little TLC/ power wash. Not much to do and not very busy. The office also had weird hours and did not open/close the same time each day.

Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of activities for the kids. Water slide was great with lifeguards! Fishing pond was also a favorite for the grandkids!

With everything closed, no boat rental no shack to buy food. I believe you should let people know before booking and a discount since we were limited to things to do. Really clean! Friendly staff.

I guess with the campground not having a beach any longer is a big disappointment. I understand things happen. The campground just is not the same any longer. There was not much for the kids to do.The campground was almost empty for being a weekend. Was very disappointed but thank you for the memories with my kids and grandkids!!!

Nice campground with lots of sites for all sizes including tents. Close to Toledo where we went to a very nice zoo and not far from Ann Arbor, which we did not have time to visit. Looked like a great location for families with a lake and play area.

The space they provided wasn't big enough for my camper and there would have been no place for me to park my truck. Fortunately they worked with me and let me take up two spaces for the night. There was no sewage hook-up. My space was far from being level. I'm just glad it was only one night. I'll not be using a KOA ever again.

The staff is very helpful and the camp store is great. I have never seen a KOA as run down and dirty as this KOA. The bathhouses are disgusting. The grounds are not being maintained. Can’t believe that is a KOA.

They put me on site 29 for one night. The site has no grass only dirt to carry into your RV and it rained earlier that day so dirt went to mud. My dog and I were very disappointed. My rate was $50.00 which was grossly an over charge. I have stayed at KOA's over the years but never one this bad. The roads need redone,, picnic tables are terrible, the entire park is not KOA. Where's the inspector?

Everything was great and I can’t wait until next year when the pools are done and the splash pad. My only feedback is the trash at the dog park should be taken out daily. The smell from the garbage cans Almost made me vomit.

We absolutely loved it. The cabin was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we did come on a weekday so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the weekend adventures. But we definitely will be back to tryouts all of the different activities. I loved it so much. I cried when I left because I didn’t want to go back home. I couldn’t have asked for a better two day Vacay. Thank you guys so

We had reservations for a pull thru patio site for a forty foot rig. Our site that was assigned would only fit our rig. We had to park our truck on the patio. We pay extra for a patio site so we would have enough room to accommodate our needs. The front of the camp ground area looks a cluttered mess with sites that people must stay there full time. Not a good first impression

Needs updating bad. No maintenance done, shabby accommodations. The grill looks like it had never been clean and essentially started a grease fire when used. Furniture was broken. Lots super small and crammed. I would not stay here again. WAY overpriced for what you get!! Only plus was a comfortable queen bed.

"Deluxe" Cabin was an absolute dump. Air Conditioner wasn't working, bed frame was totally jacked up. Miserable 2 nights. Unfortunately, all the local hotels were booked, otherwise we would have left.

The camp workers were very helpful and kind. The showers were very clean. The water slide water was nice. The cabin we stayed in was clean inside. Now for the issues. Online it said there was swimming. It was in the 90’s when we came. There is NO swimming. We had to drive 30 minutes to swim. The entry of our cabin was full of spiderwebs. Bathrooms by cabins were gross. Park was worn down.

Park usually does a social media contest and never did it. The power went out early Sunday morning and they made no announcement or any kind of accommodation for any of the campers. Wet and wild weekend was kind of a bummer. I wish they did more. This is the third weekend in a row we have stayed and this by far was the most disappointing.

Great camp will be awesome when they get their new pool complex built. But nice friendly staff. Hard to reach anyone by phone.

The campground was clean and staff was nice. The Water slide was cool and kids really enjoyed it here. The only complaint would be the store and activities do close early. Would definitely stay here again

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
