The options were good there, we have camped there multiple years. But, when there is construction and so much closed, the prices should be lowered some. That’s just an opinion on that one. However the real issues were the neighbors. Each year there are people who don’t follow quiet time rules and/or take up more space than their lot as it’s not clearly marked. This year it was loud speakers

Site was uneven with large depressions, water was on and off office had nothing but apologizes, overpriced for what they had to offer.

It was our first camping adventure, and it was a resounding success. This Koa had so much to offer , very family friendly. Great staff! We would definitely come again.

We love the campground, but Friday morning went to get up to take a shower before work. We had no water pressure. So therefore, I had to go home from the campground to shower before work it was somewhat of an inconvenience. And we were not compensated in any way. Only an apology. I think that somewhere there should be some extra points on my account for our inconvenience.

We stayed at lot 61. I have 2 issues with the site. First, the wood decking that is at the site is full of black carpenter ants. I HOPE none of them came home with me. Second, the site had some large holes making the ground very unlevel so it was difficult to find a good spot for the picnic table. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the front bathrooms were clean.

The people were wonderful, but we were in the front of the campground, and it was very muddy and dirty. I thought we were pulling on fully gravel sites, but the gravel was all packed into the dirt-you couldn't even see it. The sites in the back looked much nicer and farther apart. Next time I will request those pull through sites. Also seemed a little pricy for the quality of the sites.

Well I specifically wanted a cabin with air conditioning, cable TV and a full bath and kitchen the TV signal was horrible in out the whole time and waking up to no water in the morning which meant no coffee, no shower, no bathroom, no breakfast what was the purpose of paying for the amenities when you can't use them wasn't even offered a discount

Nice campground, good sized fairly level sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge camp store, I think they carry almost anything that you would ever need if you forgot something or need a part.

Best Campground I’ve ever been to by far, friendly and professional staff a joy to be around. The KOA Management was also very helpful I was personally helped on several occasions. I stayed in the Deluxe Lodge and the amenities were amazing, anything you’d need to have a great time camping. The best part was the Fishing Pond and complementary Mini Golf!

Not prepared at all for the premium price you charged us. Cabin was moldy smelling, dirty, mattresses have stains and dirt fridge was filthy, fire pit was dismembered, advertised big weekend and the things offered were not prepared. Store closed without hours on door, hot water in bathrooms were super cold. All over super let down and we stay every year on the same weekend.

Location is great. Upon arrival our campsite needed repair. The repair was done quickly but was completely avoidable if staff looked at the site. Picnic table was in bad shape as well. Music Friday night was incredibly loud as well not very family friendly music always being played. Our children could easily hear it from our camp site and struggled going to sleep. Putt course needs work.

Very nice campground even though the swimming area is under construction, we just had a relaxing time. We're not that far away but good to know there's somewhere close by just to have a short getaway. Once the swimming area is finished, the campground will be busy with us being one of them. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Not what I hoped for. Couldn't host family get together, office doesn't offer visitor/guest passes. We were forced to pay for an additional site. Water pressure goes to zero for no apparent reason. Not fun when you're in the shower.

It would be helpful to have your lawn people bag the grass clippings rather than have the patios littered with them only to come into your camper on your shoes. Also, the trees overhanging the patios are dropping some sort of seed that is of a sticky nature and very difficult to get off the bottom of your shoes. Maybe someone could just blow the patios just prior to the arrival of a reservation

Don’t let this eating fool you. First I want to say our over nighter travel back from Florida was May 3rd. Campgrounds in Michigan are just opening for the season so lots of branch/tree debris on delux patio. The office was friendly but there was a sense of confusion. However, the park has started a new renovation and appears it will be a great asset to family camping down the road.

People who checked us in were superb, however the grounds person placing incoming campers did not handle the situation we were in very well. The campground made a mistake and he could have handled it differently. People next to us had their reservations incorrect as well. Friends of our stayed in cabins. What they advertised and what they got did not match up.

Overall KOA very rundown/not well maintained. Our first cabin was just gross. In addition AC was duct taped into the window, lights wouldn’t work, there was a queen sized stained mattress on a full size frame/spring, and bathroom was advertised as full bathroom but had no sink. We spent an extra $200 for another cabin which was better but still not great. Would not recommend. .

This is not a place for big rigs, roads very narrow. The young lady at the counter had us going in the wrong way for a pull through, lack of training, it was very tight trying to get turned & head in the correct way. Sites were very uneven & unkempt. Lots of amenities, but too much trouble just trying to get into our supposedly "deluxe" spot. There was nothing deluxe about it! Not even average!

It was pretty empty when we were there for the weekend yet they wanted all of the campers to be on top of each other. We had early baseball games to go to so we went to sleep at 10. The campsite next to us had a good party until we'll after midnight. They ran out of water twice while we where there. The baseball field is unsafe to play at as they have concrete bases that are raised up.

Internet was terrible. We had no internet at 1:30 AM. We had no water at 3:00AM. We did not have water still at 9:00 AM

My only thing that I would change… at the dump station near the Camp Store, there was not a way for me to flush my black water tank. Most RV’s have a connection that allows a hose to connect for flushing the black water. The hose at the dump station had the spray nozzle on where it could not be removed so that it could connect to the RV.

We had an amazing Halloween weekend! We loved all the decorations and activities! The haunted house was amazing! You have a very wonderful , friendly and accommodating staff! We’ve been camping at Monroe KOA for years, and we are very excited to spend many more years camping there! We are also extremely excited for all the new changes and improvements at the campground. The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
