I grew up here as a kid. we won’t stay here again, and that makes me sad. The staff were awesome! (Bobb especially), water slide and activities were fun! Fishing pond was great! But the sites are way too small, our neighbors on all sides of us smoked pot all day long and coughed all night. We had a baby visit and they left since it smelled so bad. Made the place trashy when it could be beautiful

Porta potty were not cleaned out for the holiday weekend and I was there Wednesday to Monday the grass was not cut in the rustic areas were we stay and we were up by the swimming area and a woman lost her 3 year old child and when they found her one of the employees came by her and yelled at her in front of all the people

Great trip, no issues. I like the campground and atmosphere, it would be fun if they added some adult activities like some other campgrounds have like a cornhole competition or sometimes they have bingo. The timer on the shower was a bit shorter than I would’ve liked but all in all, they do pretty well there. Thank you

We had some business in Ohio and wanted to stay close to the border, we found this KOA, called and made a reservation for two nights. Everyone was very friendly. Bath houses were spotless. Lots of things to do within the campground. We would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing campground for families and kids. There were so many things to do and lots of open space to run around in. Very nice and welcoming staff. Great job! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We had a great stay. We were at site 41, which is right beside the store and across from playground and water area. The owner/manager was very nice. They were working very hard on the property to have it ready for summer. The park is very clean. They have a nice snack shack at the water/playground area. The store is stocked for all of your needs. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

We enjoyed staying at the KOA for Mothers Day BUT WE where very DISAPPOINTED in the way CAMP CARE was handled !!! WE ENJOY GOING FOR CAMP CARE TO WATCH THE CHILDREN BE ACTIVE IN ACTIVITIES IN WHICH WE DONATE MONEY TO THE ACTIVITIES. IT WAS NOT THE SAME NOR DID IT FEEL THE SAME AS WE DONATED MONEY TO THE MANAGER OF THE KOA . SAUN TOLD US IT WILL BE DIFFERENT NEXT YEAR !!! I HOPE SO !!!!!

The cabin we rented was not very clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and we were charged extra for every little thing that and we were unaware of all the extra charges. We ended up paying about $70 more than anticipated or quoted when we arrived. Had to wait in extremely long lines to even pull in the park and again to check in.

we have been coming to this KOA every year for the last 5 years and its such a nice thing to see all the upgrades they put into this location every year! Its a great place for families and friends.

The campgrounds were amazing. Had an issue with an appliance but it was addressed quickly. Other than that, a completely successful and satisfying experience.

Poor maintenance of campground, we were in a premium spot which was all dirt. Bad potholes in roadways and really filthy restrooms. Staff was not courteous at check in. We have been from Utah to Florida and up to Michigan, and honestly this was the worst campground we have experienced.

We stayed Saturday to Sunday (Mother’s Day) we were hoping something would be going on for breakfast for mothers day like the pancake breakfasts they had last year but nothing was going on. My family had a blast on Saturday. We arrived early and was able to check in early! So many fun activities for the kids. We will definitely be staying again.

The staff was wonderful, but most of the advertized facilities were abandoned, nearly everything was in a state of neglect. the minigolf looked like it hadn't been touched in years and nearly nothing in the gameroom functioned, none of the external stands were operational so it felt like paying full price for half ammenities.

The cabin was dirty the bed was lumpy and I was not impressed We were booked for 5 nights but only stayed one I asked management to switch cabins or even just the bed but they said they could not but They did refund us for the remainder of are stay so that was one good thing

Great staff, great campground!! We had the best time this past stay, and we're looking forward to staying again soon! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful in answering our questions about our new travel trailer. We love Monroe KOA!

Joshua at check in was awesome. Took time to tell me about the park and all the happenings for the weekend (bummed I missed the s’mores!). Tina stopped by our site to make sure all was good, as well as being there when I flagged her down for a quick question. We were in site 160 pull through, full hook ups. It was long for our 5th wheel plus truck, and wide enough for us and our small pups.

I had fun hanging out with my dog and doing a poor job pitching my tent. I ordered uber eats instead of cooling over the fire but it was still a good experience for me and my doggo! Everybody that works there is super nice and compassionate.

The park was pretty empty when we stayed the weekend of 4/28-4/30 and the staff would not complimentary upgrade our cabin to be closer to our party. They wanted to charge us an extra $200. Our cabin was dirty, there was old food under our uncomfortable bed. The water reeks of eggs. The pet fee is a little ridiculous, $100 for the weekend for 2 dogs? The park also has a huge flooding problem.

Had a good stay, would recommend that the gravel pads be wider so when you step out of your RV you're not stepping in the mud when it is raining. Additionally, since we were one of the few staying for the night and with the rain would have been nice if we were up graded to a site with a patio.

The site was not level at all I paid for guarantee site ( when there was only a dozen campers . The booking should have been like there is 90% open to save me 10.00. When I got there the electrical box was broken needed to be repaired . When I paid for a premier site it said gas grill And there’ was no gas grill Had to cook everything in the camper

Had fun but my favorite part of the trip was the fishing. I caught so many 3-6 pound catfish. It was an awesome experience

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
