Thelma & Louise (1991): Some of the iconic scenes from this classic film, starring Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis, were shot in the Moab area, showcasing the region's scenic beauty.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989): While not entirely shot in Moab, some scenes, including the motorcycle chase, were filmed in the nearby Arches National Park.
127 Hours (2010): This film, directed by Danny Boyle and starring James Franco, tells the true story of Aron Ralston, who became trapped by a boulder while canyoneering near Moab.
Mission: Impossible 2 (2000): Parts of this action film, directed by John Woo and starring Tom Cruise, were filmed in the red rock landscapes around Moab.
City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold (1994): The sequel to City Slickers features scenes shot in the beautiful landscapes around Moab.
