We stayed just for a stopover and really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. I would say though, the young gentleman who checked us in was more like a robot and spoke with a monotone voice. He was nice enough but a smile upon check in would have been a welcome site after driving for 7 hours and being exhausted probably didn’t help. The park was very nice.

Nice size lots...and ours was level. Services very good. A little road noise but didn't bother us.

The owners are so friendly and helpful. They made sure we got to our site and made sure we had all hookups we needed. The location was convenient for us as well.

Very easy check in and out. Nice and professional staff. The park itself and surrounding area was very clean and quiet. A real heartfelt “Thank you” to the Hou family.

The staff were amazing; friendly and kind. The area around the pool needs to be replaced as it has been patched too many times. They don't offer much for kids. The store doesn't offer as much as many KOA's do and the campsites are very close together.

Great location! Just be aware the campground has well water. Just be aware it smells and runs orange. Turned our toilets yellow which washed up fine after we left. We had a filter on that plugged after just a couple days. Also the boxelder bugs were relentless. It was a full time job keeping them out of the motorhome. This KOA needs to upgrade to city water and spray for bugs please!

A fairly typical KOA, but the owner (I’m assuming the man I spoke to was the owner) could take lessons on speaking to customers. Sites are fairly tight. Laundry room has office hours (24hrs open is the norm), WiFi stinks.

Build in 70s and not updated. Services are on left and right of RV... terrible setup. Internet is crap...big city and internet was worse than a KOA in the middle of no where. Shame I pay good money and get crap like this.

Place is nice enough but the mini golf was extra money, they made my 13 year old have an adult at the pool which we didn't have any issues with at any other KOA. The owners I felt followed you around only to correct you. Would not recommend. Not kid friendly

My stay was fantastic! This survey lacks explanation; such as, is a rating of 1 likely or unlikely? Or is a rating of 10 good or bad? I "assume" a 5 in a star means 5 star rating? On a rating scale of 1 through 10 a 1 means very good and a 10 means very bad.

My Dad and I stay here every year while we attend the 3M Open and love it. Facilities are always clean and campground is the same. Staff is friendly. Only complaint I would have is the wifi could be better. Other than that, it a great campground. I have 2 more stays scheduled there this fall

This is out 3rd summer staying at this campground. The family that runs the campground is so nice & accommodating. They were very helpful & understanding when we needed to make changes to our reservation. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Grounds are clean. Nice laundry facilities & bathrooms were clean. Nice place to stay in the Cities - close to attractions that we were in town for.

Very well maintained journey KOA. Staff was courteous to and helpful. It is conveniently located near Minneapolis. Sites are close to each other, but level and large enough for our 42 foot fifth wheel and truck. Pool is nice and perfect for cooling off.

From check-in to check-out was a very relaxing stay. It was well kept and site was fairly even with little need for leveling. Bathrooms and showers were clean and there was lots of hot water for showering. We will be back

Beautiful spacious sites. Didn't have everybody crammed up against each other. Grounds keeper kept the campground clean. Nice grassy dog park close to our site.

Stayed here while hunting nearby, just sleeping in the bed of my truck. Pricing was fair, bathrooms were very clean.

This is a campground. Nice owners. Kept very clean. Close to places and easy to get to where we wanted to go.

This KOA was amazing! The hosts and Gary truly care about their guests. They were helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. The entire property was well maintained and immaculate, including the showers. Hard to believe it's right in the city. We couldn't have been happier. We'll be back for sure.
