Family outing. Check in was fine (new employee training). Slight aroma in cabin. Opened windows, thought it would dissipate. Fouund out that a dead mouse was in bottom of garbage can (with mouse poop). Grounds were clean, garbage picked up daily, restrooms clean and music on Sat evening. Pool/hot tub was not open yet - bummer. Otherewise, overall good.

I did not have hot water in my cabin til Saturday morning I had to call maintenance 3 times Friday before it was resolved

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You called one time, maintenance showed up immediately that same night, and you had hot water by 9:00 pm Friday.

The deluxe cabin coach bed was so bad and the queen bed was not much beeter. We brought brats to cook on the grill but the ignitor button was broken so we couldn't use this :( Trick or treat was good and no-one was too scary the pool was nice a little chilly but kids don't care. Golf cart rental was tough we called 1 month ahead of time and than again 2 weeks before no one answered.

Very clean ,only thing I requested 1mounth in advance to be close to my son .who was in a cabin . was not able to accommodate didn't understand stand .the weekend very busy, yet quite .a nice campground

Brought 5 grandchildren for the weekend. We made lots of good memories. We felt safe. The campground was clean. Everyone was nice. We'll go back again for the 5th time next year!

Very nice campground. Clean bathrooms. Lots of amenities. Our site was nice. Didn’t get a chance to swim, but it was very inviting. Got ice cream there. Had a soft serve with different flavors. Game room had video games. All in all a very nice experience. Recommend if you have kids. Lots of things to do.

Overall great! We didn’t find the place as clean this year, which was unusual . We found two water bottles in our bed and crumbs on the table. The bathrooms by the pool could use more attention. The other bathrooms and amenities were very good. We enjoy staying there and will be back - thank you!

The only issue I had was on Saturday with only two people running the front counter. Not the kids in particular but there definitely was not enough help at the counter. After 15 min waiting in line I put the product back and left. At check in on Thursday there were 6 behind the counter. Where were the owners last Saturday to help out?

As always, I enjoyed my stay. However, I do not like that i have to write down my credit card number for a cabin rental on a piece of paper.

It would be much better if kids were allowed, w/ supervision just like the pool, in the hot tub. All the kids want to do is go in there or at least stick their feet in "to warm up" and security is coming around shoeing them out. It doesn't help matters when the pool is not very warm at all.

It was great.. We won the Halloween costumes contest “��”(group category) “Jurassic World” and survived the Haunted Barns. We had an awesome family weekend. See you next time!

Way to expensive for a cabin without a washroom. The bathroom sinks off the pool, were not cleaned toothpaste on them for 3 days,.garbage bins over flowing. The garbage on pool deck were overflowing and werent replaced. The staff was awesome and activities were wonderful.

I will not recommend a cabin here. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to get a cabin. I was disappointed in the amenities for the daily price of the cabin. I have stayed at other camp ground cabins that offered more for much less. Even low cost hotels had more to offer at $60/night over your $160/night.

Awesome campground. Friendly staff. We had a tornado warning while we were here and the staff was amazing making sure everyone, including our pets were safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

This is an extremely nice campground, with a pool, playground, dog walk, laundry, showers, etc. The only thing keeping me from rating it a 5 is the lack of decent wi-fi. It only worked near one of the permanent buildings. They do have seasonal residents there so maybe they should upgrade the wi-fi to accommodate so many people there all of the time. The people working around the camp and in the office were very nice and kept the place clean and orderly - despite the large crowds on the weekend.

We love Milton KOA and stay here every time we are in the Madison area. The campground is quiet, with large campsites. They also have a nice walking path behind the campgrounds. I recommend taking that walk! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Nice people. Enjoyable experience.
