General Campground Information

Camping Info

Campsites accommodate one family (two adults and unmarried children under 18) and one camping unit per site. An extra tent no larger than eight by eight feet is permitted for children. Our 2025 camping season officially runs from April 25th to October 19th.

Reservation Policy

We are currently accepting reservations for campsites and golf carts for the 2025, 2026, and 2027 camping seasons. All reservations require full payment for the current and following camping season at the time of booking. Reservations made for 2027 require a one-night deposit at the time of booking and must be paid in full by April 1st, 2027. You can choose your preferred site or area when making your reservation by phone or online for an additional $15 fee. Please note a two-night minimum stay is required on weekends. No exceptions. We do not do holds.

Golf cart reservations are made separately from campsite reservations and must be booked by phone. Golf cart reservations follow the same booking policies as campsite reservations.

We accept all major credit cards. We no longer accept checks.

Cancellation Policy

(Effective for reservations made starting January 1, 2025.)

RV & Tent Sites: If you cancel before 7 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will be refunded minus one night.

RV & Tent Sites - Holiday: If you cancel before 7 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the full amount paid.

Sleeping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins: If you cancel before 14 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will be refunded minus one night.

Sleeping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins - Holiday: If you cancel before 14 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the full amount paid.

Monthlys: Monthly reservations require a deposit of $150. If you cancel before 30 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose the $150 deposit.

Golf Carts: The same cancellation policy applies as it does to sites.

Switching Weeks/Weekends: The same policy applies as it does to cancellations.

Switching Sites: A $15 KOA Select My Site fee will be charged.

Early Checkouts: No refunds are available for early checkouts.

Email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact our office by phone.

Golf Cart Policy

Golf carts are available for rent by our guests. Reservations for golf cart rentals can be made up to two years in advance. The pick-up time for rental golf carts is 3:00 PM and they must be returned by 1:00 PM. Rental golf carts are not available for early pick-up.

Golf cart reservations are made separately from campsite reservations and must be booked by phone. Golf cart reservations follow the same booking policies as campsite reservations. Please note a two-night minimum stay is required on weekends. No exceptions. Please bring a valid driver's license and credit card when you pick up your rental golf cart. Golf carts will not be rented without a valid driver's license and credit card presented at the time of pickup.

Guests are welcome to bring their own golf carts to the campground, however, prior approval from Milton KOA staff is required. Only electric golf carts are permitted, and guests must provide proof of insurance. Gas-powered golf carts are strictly prohibited at the campground. A $30.00 seasonal golf cart sticker must be purchased and displayed on all guest-owned golf carts. 

To operate a golf cart on the property, whether rented or guest-owned, the driver must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

KOA Select My Site

Introducing "KOA Select My Site!" Choose your perfect campsite online or by phone for a $15 fee. This feature lets you pick your preferred area and specific site from available options and even reserve adjacent sites for group bookings. Due to our growing popularity, we've added this option to give you more control over your camping experience.

Simply select "KOA Select My Site" online during booking or by phone with our staff. While site selection is limited to available sites, this ensures you get the spot you want. If you do not select a specific site, you're guaranteed a site of your chosen type, but your specific site number may be adjusted up until check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

The standard check-in time for campsites, cabins, and deluxe cottages is 3:00 PM. Check-out time for cabins and deluxe cottages is 11:00 AM. Check-out time for campsites is 1:00 PM. If you arrive before the 3:00 PM check-in time and your site is available, there is an early check-in fee of $5.00 per hour. Please note that early check-ins are not permitted for cabins and deluxe cottages. 

Early Checkouts: No refunds are available for early checkouts.

Late Checkouts: Late checkouts are not permitted.

The pick-up time for rental golf carts is 3:00 PM and they must be returned by 1:00 PM. Rental golf carts are not available for early pick-up.

Late Night Check-Ins

For guests arriving after regular office hours with a confirmed reservation and full payment, your registration packet will be placed in the designated night-time registration box. To ensure proper arrangements, please notify the campground office in advance of your late arrival. The night-time registration box is located on the back of the woodshed building in front of the clubhouse.

Pool & Hot Tub Rules

The pool is for recreational use and swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult while in the pool area. For the safety of all guests, pets and glass containers are strictly prohibited. The hot tub is designated for adults aged 18 and older. 

Both the pool and hot tub are open seasonally from April 25th to October 19th. Daily pool hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Adult swim hours are reserved daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Visitors

Each campsite tenant is responsible for their guests. All guests must register at the clubhouse or guard shack to obtain a visitor car pass. There is a $5.00 per person visitor fee for the day. Visitors are required to depart the campground by 10:00 PM.

Pet Policy

Well-behaved pets are welcome at our campground. Pets must be leashed at all times, except within the designated "Dog Walk/Run Area" as indicated on the park map. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Failure to do so will result in immediate ejection from the campground. Pets are not permitted in any buildings, playgrounds, or recreational fields. Leaving dogs unattended outside is prohibited. Aggressive or excessively barking dogs are not allowed on the premises. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to walk dogs.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours at the campground are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly request all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during these hours. Any behavior deemed a nuisance will not be tolerated. Please note that playgrounds close at dusk. Children under the age of 18 must be within their designated campsites by 11:00 PM. The use of radios and music is prohibited after 11:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.

Dump Station

Dumping garbage, raw sewage, and gray water on the ground, in the woods, or in the fire pits is strictly prohibited. A designated dump station is available for guests staying in sites without full hookups. This dump station is also accessible to non-registered guests for a fee of $20.

Inclement Weather

We understand that inclement weather can impact camping plans, however, as weather conditions are unpredictable, we cannot guarantee favorable weather during your stay. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policies. Please note that processing reservations involves costs for our business, including credit card processing fees. Therefore, even in instances of inclement weather, refunds for reservation deposits will be processed according to our established cancellation policies.
