General Campground Information


1 family and 1 camping unit per site. Family is 2 adults and unmarried children under the age of 18. An extra tent no larger than 8 feet by 8 feet is allowed for children. All reservations are required to be paid in full at time of making the reservation for the current camping season and the following year.  Sorry we NO longer accept checks! You can also pick your site when making the reservation on the phone or online for an extra $15.00 fee. We are now taking reservations for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 seasons!


Weekend cancellations refunded until 7 days before arrival less $15.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or fail to show up, you will lose a 1-night deposit. HOLIDAY cancellations refunded until 7 days before arrival less $15.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date for the Holiday, you will lose the full amount paid. Mid-week cancellations refunded until 48 hours before arrival less $15.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up, you will lose a 1-night deposit.
The golf cart cancellation policy is the same cancellation policy as the sites, cabins, and cottages. Email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

If you plan on changing weekends, the same cancellation policy will apply for changing weekends as well!

Monthly reservations:
Monthly reservations require a deposit of $150.00. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will lose your 1-night deposit of $150.00.

Midweek special deal

Stay 4 nights during the week and receive 1 night free Sunday thru Thursday only. Deluxe Cottages stay 3 nights during the week and receive $100.00 off the 4th night. Midweek special does not include weekends or Holidays.

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in time for all sites and cabins is 3:00 pm. Check-out time for the cabins is 11:00 am and check-out time for the sites is 1:00pm. If you come before 3:00 pm, there is an early check-in fee of $5.00 an hour anytime before 3:00 pm if your site is open.
Check out time for rental golf carts is 3:00 pm and return time is 1:00pm.

Select My Site

Guest wishing to select a specific site will now have the option to do so with KOA select my site option! This service allows you to choose your individual site and to have a couple sites together when booking more than one.We added this option due to the increased popularity of our park. When making reservations, guests can pick the "KOA select my site" online option or when speaking to someone in the office as well. Please note : A one time $15.00 fee applies to each reservation when picking their site.


The pool is swim at your own risk. No life guard is on duty. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets or glass in the pool area. Hot tub is adults only (18 and older). The pool and hot tub are open from 4/26-10/20. Pool hours are Sunday-Thursday 9am-8pm and Friday and Saturday 9am-9pm. Adult swim hours are everyday from 3-4pm!


Each campsite tenant is responsible for his/her guests. All guest must register at the Clubhouse/guard shack to receive a visitor car pass. Visitor fee is $5.00 per person for the day. Visitors must be gone by 10:00pm. Visitors who stay less than 2 hours can receive a full refund of their fee.


If guests arrive after hours who already have a reservation, if you are paid in full your packet will be down in the night time registration box for you when you arrive. Please call ahead and let us know you are going to be here after hours. The late night check in box is located on the back of the wood shed building in front of the clubhouse.

Reservation Guarantee/Deposit Refunds/Inclement Weather

We understand that inclement weather is not as ideal for camping, but unfortunately, the weather is not in our control. When reservations are made, guests must understand that they are agreeing to our cancellation policies for their camping plans. As a business we also incur an expense to process reservations via your credit card payment. Therefore, even in instances of inclement weather, refunds of reservation deposits will be made consistent with our cancellation policies.

Dump Station

Dumping of garbage, raw sewage, and gray water on the ground, in the woods, or in the fire pits is not permitted. Our dump station is available for guests that are not staying on full hook-up sites. The dump station is also available for non-registered guests for a $20.00 fee.


We do have golf carts for our guest to rent. Check out time for carts is 3:00pm. Guests are welcome to bring in their own golf cart but it must be approved by Milton KOA staff. Golf carts brought in by guests must be electric only, bring in proof of insurance, and have to purchase a $30.00 golf cart sticker that is good for the season. You have to be 21 to drive rental golf carts and also if you bring your own golf cart. Gas golf carts are not allowed!


Well behaved pets are always welcome. Pets must be on a leash at all time. Dogs allowed unleashed in the "Dog walk/run area" designated on park map only. All pets must be cleaned up after. Failure to clean up from your pets will be cause for ejection from the campground. No pets allowed in any buildings, playgrounds, or recreation fields. Do not leave dogs outside unattended. No aggressive or barking dogs allowed. Children must be 16 years or older to walk dogs.


Quiet time hours are from 11:00pm-8:00am. Please be considerate of others. Anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated. All children under 18 must be in their sites by 11:00pm. No radios or music after 11:00pm. Please be respectful to your neighbors at all times..
