What we expect.from KOA.

One set of showers for entire park on opposite end of tenting space. Tenters are the one who who need closer as RVs and permanent spots already have them. There is a bathroom and laundry right next to tents. Invest in a couple of showers there.

Facilities were great, Workers great, Most sites are not very Level or wide enough for camper and a rug outside of camper. sites could be made a little bigger and made so they are more level. We had site 35 not terrible but could have been made wider and been dressed out better with gravel. other issue is very dusty with gravel drives that has clay dirt mixed in it. Otherwise a great place

The only problem I have is the exit road. The way it is formed places alot of stress on a trailers suspension.

First time taking our Airstream out. Enjoyed the Milton KOA. Everyone was friendly and helpful, resort was clean and people respected the quiet time.

My reason for a three star is the unfriendliness of the staff. They can make all the difference. I don’t think they exchanged 10 words. Also, if the store is open until 8; then offer all amenities. Store is either open or closed.

All of the amenities were pretty good. The tent sites were really small, though, and hard to work with. Some were on a hill, which was even more challenging.

Very enjoyable. would like to extend my thanks to all staff that help my 80yearold parents who staying out there by them selves for the first time. they checked in on them during storm to mark sure everything was ok and helped them with the awning. again thank you so much.

Checking in is always easy. The staff is very helpful. The grounds and sites are well maintained. Bathrooms are super clean. I always enjoyed stay.

We live in Texas and this is one of our go to spots when traveling in Wisconsin. Very clean and quiet. We look forward to staying with yall again.

Great KOA for families (adults and children). We took our 2- and 7-year-old grandsons for a couple of nights and we had a great time! Clean, plenty of activities for children (especially the pool) and a very efficient staff.

The staff is super nice . This campground is very well kept and is absolutely beautiful. I have been telling everyone I know about ot. I've stayed at alot of koa's and this one is thr best by far. Will definitely be returning

Very nice facilities: bathhouse, laundry, building, pool, etc. Clean, new and very well maintained. Great cellular service on both Verizon and AT&T. Love the log cabin design through out the park.

The seasonal ppl were friendly, the place was clean, the pool was fun but really small. Campground map is outdated and inaccurate. Sites were on top of each other, not spacious as the map indicates. Rules were not followed, lots of little kids walking dogs, through other sites and around the grounds w/o parents and no care about vehicles. Love they are expanding. Fun time all day in the pool.

Very nice campground. Great campsite. The Office/Store/Snack Bar are great! Everyone we met - who works there - was nice, friendly and fun to visit with. Nice pool too!

Just stayed the night because we were on our way way home but if we come back to the area we would stay again. This is a beautiful campground with great amenities. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful campground. The showers, laundry facility and camp store are great. Everyone was friendly. We pulled in after 9:00 pm and finding our campsite was a bit of a challenge. Having the site numbers lit up would be helpful.

very nice campsite; we were only there for one night. The campground was well maintained; clean bathrooms and a great cement/patio site.

Great stay. Again! I love this park. It is clean, well kept, the pool is great. I love that the staff is super knowledgeable on how to take care of EVERY question or request we always have & they are SO polite & friendly. The girls in the office/store/snack shop work SO HARD! They're always friendly no matter what. The security at the park is perfect! Not to strict but not to lax. We'll be back!

We had camped at this facility years ago (before it was a KOA) and one of our favorite things to do there was their hayride. It was extremely disappointing that they didn't offer it at all during our stay. Also, the pool was very cold. I understand that it will be a bit chilly when entering and that your body needs to acclimate to the temp, but it was so cold we were never able to acclimate.

The Milton location is beautiful, but the girls working in the store are bad. Really bad. They don’t care, they’re rude, they obviously don’t want to be there. I told them people kept walking through our campsite #3 and she said “oh well”…. Need someone there that cares about customer service

The Milton KOA Holiday is our 160th stop and we stayed for 11 nights. While we were here, the park celebrated its 31st birthday but they have done an excellent job keeping it updated. The property is huge and has so many amenities (soccer goal, pickle ball, frisbee golf, huge pool area and more) and activities throughout the season (anniversary, corn roast, water fest, fireworks, etc.). Check in was a fairly routine process but customer service at the desk included an eye roll when questioned about an early check in. We chose a standard full hook up site away from the amenities which I would recommend if you don't have kids and want some peace and quiet. There are many site types/price range to choose from based on your needs and many shade trees throughout. Trash and recycling is picked up and had a package deliver to the rv which is not common. The laundry and bathrooms are updated and clean and the grounds are nicely maintained. The interior roads and pads are gravel and in decent shape except for the dust/mud (a lot of it - need to invest in actual gravel). The only detractors are the size of the dog park given how much space is available and too many golf carts going down the wrong way of the street (especially the weekends). Overall, would rate a 4.4. Connectivity (3 pm): Park WiFi 9.11 down/1.12 up; T-Mobile 674.0 down/12.9 up; Verizon 459.0 up/1.23 down

This is a very nice campsite. However, we were told upon check-in that there was a one-way system in the park on the roads....great! But it seems this doesn't apply to golf carts. There were way too many golf carts just going around the park and stirring up the dust from the gravel roads. Otherwise, this is a good park with clean and plentiful amenities. There are plenty of activities for the kids and we even enjoyed a game or 2 of horseshoes. There is a nice 'nature trail' around the back of the park but watch out for the golf carts.

A friend and I stayed here the second night of our vacation. Because of the rain, we changed our plans from a tent site to a cabin. The cabin was VERY NICE!!!! It could sleep up to six people and was spacious inside. The management team had the key to the cabin ready for us as we checked in after hours. The only drawback was that they did not have the outside light on nor the air conditioning running for us. It was quite dark, and it was a little tough finding the cabin at first. The bathhouse was in excellent condition. The employees we met the next day checking out were very nice. Overall, it was a good experience.
