It’s a well kept campground and expansion seems to be on the horizon. They seem to like providing entertainment in their tent area. The music is loud, but they do stop playing at a reasonable hour of the night.

Family outing. Check in was fine (new employee training). Slight aroma in cabin. Opened windows, thought it would dissipate. Fouund out that a dead mouse was in bottom of garbage can (with mouse poop). Grounds were clean, garbage picked up daily, restrooms clean and music on Sat evening. Pool/hot tub was not open yet - bummer. Otherewise, overall good.

We stayed in site C36 which is very nice. Over at the end of the property, the turn-around needs to be redone to allow larger rigs to be able to make the round-about turn. Another item to consider would be a different way to exit the campgrounds. We always do our best to avoid going on anyone's grass or decorative landscape and the one exit out is really tight for longer rigs.

We love coming to your campground. I was talking to my wife on the way home and said this is my favorite place to camp. The bathrooms are located well and super clean. Every staff member was smiling and explained the rules (even the ones that are dumb) like adults only swim when it is only my family in the pool area. Can't wait to come back!

I did not have hot water in my cabin til Saturday morning I had to call maintenance 3 times Friday before it was resolved

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You called one time, maintenance showed up immediately that same night, and you had hot water by 9:00 pm Friday.

My husband and I stayed for the Bogo weekend from Trust-Monday. This was our second time staying at this KOA. Although, the pool and hot tub wasn’t open (it was cold out anyway) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are so well kept and tidy. The bathrooms/showers sparkle. The staff is super friendly. The campsites (C-11) where we stayed are very roomy. We are looking forward to returning.

The only complaint would be the early arrival fee. $5.00 for each hour/partial hour. It goes against the 3-3-3 rule as in arrive by 3:00 o’clock.

Stay was great. Staff is very friendly. Upon leaving, we had a rear inside tire very low on air. While asking for help at the office, the owner jumped in and immediately called one of his guys to bring an air compressor to fill my tire. Within 10 minutes, we were back on the road and made it home safely. They saved the day.

Very expensive for no poo at the timel, when I booked online it wasn't shown the pool would be down it just stated it was a heated pool. Staff need to multi task thats all I'll say about that

You booked that day in the office, and in your packet, it states the pool is closed due to maintenance. You also booked one of the more expensive sites in the park.

Employees should follow the same speed rules as everyone else. Wood very pricey… not well seasoned. Camp store seemed very lacking in refrigerated last minutes goods. Some frozen goods would be nice like pizza and ice cream. Overall, good experience though.

We do have a whole freezer of ice cream bars along with soft-serve ice cream. We also have a snack shack with a full menu as well including pizzas.

Loved the huge store and very clean & private bathroom. The grounds were immaculate. Lots of hands on workers keeping it running smooth. We will be coming back.

Absolutely the best full service campground we’ve ever experienced. Very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations to the point where they offered up a solution to a challenge we had without us asking. Rare these days. Milton KOA is definitely going to be a repeat stay in the future.

We always love staying at the Milton KOA. Their staff is always friendly, helpful and there when we need them. They have great tasting pizzas and other foods from their grill. The grounds are clean and well kept. They have lots of activities for the kids and their special events are fun too. Milton KOA truly rates their 5 Star rating.

We have been taking our kids, now grandkids to the Milton KOA for years. Such a welcoming campground, very clean, well maintained and always have security present. The best thing is there are no young kids or teenagers roaring around on golf carts like you see at other campgrounds.

We have been going to Milton for years, we always have a good time. My only down fall of this trip was the haunted house. This is a designated kids weekend. Our groups’ 5, 6, 7, and 9 year old kids went through and the teenage “scarers” took every opportunity to SCREAM in their faces only, not scare them, scream 3 inches from their faces in the dark. Extremely disappointed.

Awesome campground. Friendly staff. We had a tornado warning while we were here and the staff was amazing making sure everyone, including our pets were safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

This is an extremely nice campground, with a pool, playground, dog walk, laundry, showers, etc. The only thing keeping me from rating it a 5 is the lack of decent wi-fi. It only worked near one of the permanent buildings. They do have seasonal residents there so maybe they should upgrade the wi-fi to accommodate so many people there all of the time. The people working around the camp and in the office were very nice and kept the place clean and orderly - despite the large crowds on the weekend.

We love Milton KOA and stay here every time we are in the Madison area. The campground is quiet, with large campsites. They also have a nice walking path behind the campgrounds. I recommend taking that walk! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Nice people. Enjoyable experience.
