As always, I enjoyed my stay. However, I do not like that i have to write down my credit card number for a cabin rental on a piece of paper.

Paid extra for shaded area. Site 23 has 100% no shade. Young people checking you in need more training. Was quoted one price for golf cart rental & told another when trying ti reserve one. Wifi was horrible. No connection most of the time. No real food market. Allowing fires inappropriately.

We enjoyed our stay but the site we had 207 was tight for our rig, should have been for smaller but website said ok to use. Everything else was great!

Lots of fun items to do. We are excited for the new expansion. We loved that there were adult swim times in the pool. Another one earlier in the day would also be a nice touch. We need to give a proper shout out to a worker there named Henry. He gave a quick hand with an RV related issue we had and saved the day! Please ensure proper dues are given for his extra efforts to our stay!

Nearly everything about this KOA is top-notch. Great store, pool, bathrooms and laundry. Our only disappointment was the weak wi-fi signal. We needed to do a few things on wi-fi and lost signal within a minute of connection.

Site 27. Good location and level. Some shade. Sites are a little crowded. Pool and shower houses are very clean. There is a surprising ability to get food delivered to your site but requires cash or credit since to can’t add to your account. Food is basic not a restaurant style but still a nice perk. Regular Live music would be nice.

Stayed here 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it! The first weekend there was a a band called Phil - a Genesis / Phil Collins tribute band that was awesome! Absolutely recommend this campground to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Always clean and respectful patrons and staff. Would love to see the WiFi boosted, as you offer WiFi, but when campground full, all my devices said that the signal was out of range. Got great signal in the wee hours of the morning only.

The fire wood was terrible it was so wet it sizzled when we finally got it lit. I had to use an entire box of fire starter. The pool was cloudy and I couldn’t even see my toes, but it had plenty of chlorine. The adult swim should be posted on your check in paperwork- kids were disappointed when we finally made the long walk down only to see adults only from 3 to 4. But clean and quiet campgro

Okay place. Very large. Got charged for being an hour early. Didn't find staff very friendly. They did give us bags for trash and recycle when checking in. Restrooms and laundry good.

We have been going to this campground for 10+ years, long before it was a KOA. Every year since they became a KOA it has been going downhill. The staff keeps getting younger and less knowledgeable. Knowledge of the systems, overall demeanor, and lack of listening are my top complaints. A new policy makes you pay in full for your reservation, even two years out, not just a one night deposit.

Very clean facilities, quiet in the evenings. You can tell they care about their property because there’s always someone around doing something. Whether it be taking the trash out, cleaning, landscaping, etc, there was never a shortage of workers.

Milton KOA Office/store staff could be a little more friendly as well as those that answer your phone calls to inquire about things. I noticed that they are short on the calls and even seem a bit put out to have to answer the same questions. It may be a question your asked frequently and your tired of answering, however the person asking it is their first time hearing the answer. Be kinder!

As in every time past, we had a wonderful time at the Milton KOA. When we were leaving, we were missing a pin for our sway bar and the staff went over and above to help us find it or replace it. Always find all the facilities in perfect order. We love Milton KOA.

I was disappointed in the spot we were given. The shrub was overgrown into the gravel lot. I had to open my slide into the shrub. I couldn’t access my under storage without getting stabbed. The other side of the lot had shrubs too, that ate into our space. #17 should be at a discounted rate. It is much smaller. Clueless college students running the place. An available adult would have helped.

Great facility. Everything about it was great. The one complaint I have that might keep me from coming back is the road out of the place. The deep V formed into the road is completely ridiculous. I made the first attempt to exit and my camper was sitting on my bedrails, damaging the bottom of my camper. I had to back up and take another line. I am a seasoned driver but that road is just dumb

Stay was good, staff was wonderful, younger kids working there. The WIFI for the kids is poor. It has been poor for years and needs to be upgraded. The playgrounds need some attention with weeds and prickers in the play area. Fix the waterfall in the pool please. I dont think it has worked for years.

It was very nice. Bathroom near our campsite was clean and very nice. The only complaint is that it was a bit dusty. Anytime a vehicle (including golf carts) went by, there was a lot of dust in the air.

Other than the cigarette butts at the campsite (maybe some after care at the sites?) it was a great stay. Great price. Convenient location.

It would be much better if kids were allowed, w/ supervision just like the pool, in the hot tub. All the kids want to do is go in there or at least stick their feet in "to warm up" and security is coming around shoeing them out. It doesn't help matters when the pool is not very warm at all.

I guess it's my fault really, I should have asked if we could look at what's available for open sites but instead they just gave me one. We only needed electric & water. Turns out we were parked in one of the pull through sites with campers, what seemed like only 4ft, on each side of us, with full hook ups. After a little walk down the road we saw more bigger beautiful sites. Just mad at self

Awesome campground. Friendly staff. We had a tornado warning while we were here and the staff was amazing making sure everyone, including our pets were safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

This is an extremely nice campground, with a pool, playground, dog walk, laundry, showers, etc. The only thing keeping me from rating it a 5 is the lack of decent wi-fi. It only worked near one of the permanent buildings. They do have seasonal residents there so maybe they should upgrade the wi-fi to accommodate so many people there all of the time. The people working around the camp and in the office were very nice and kept the place clean and orderly - despite the large crowds on the weekend.

We love Milton KOA and stay here every time we are in the Madison area. The campground is quiet, with large campsites. They also have a nice walking path behind the campgrounds. I recommend taking that walk! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Nice people. Enjoyable experience.
