Great stay overall!! I would suggest maybe moving the garbage cans away from some of the tent sites to avoid people invading privacy.

Had a wonderful time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they should have another Comfort Station with bathrooms in the South part of the park.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the campground and facilities. It is a good place to stay if you are traveling with kids. Our rating is based on the fact we were tent camping so the added charges per occupants and extra vehicle seemed high to us considering the above average cost of tenting. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Nice that it is close in to town.

Great facility with great amenities. But I would not recommend this campground to people who don't like kids/don't have kids. It was definitely more family oriented than for those in town to do the popular hikes in the area. But very nice bathrooms, tent sites, river access, pool, etc. Only thing that could have been better would be less kids and a shuttle to the Enchanchments hike!

Bathrooms were clean and the activities were so fun! We also really enjoyed the ice cream at the cafe. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly.

I’m torn with my review. I’ve interacted with 4 employees and only 1 of them was friendly and helpful. 2 of them were down right rude and basically called us a liar when we told them our dog was a service dog. I actually got into an argument with one of the guys who closed down the pool @ 8pm. He snickered and rolled his eyes at us when we told him our dog was SD. Then continued to argue w/

The particular site didn't have an interesting view and was loud from the swimming pool and traffic noise. I understand price is based on extras such as the pool, but some of us have no interest. We just want a quiet place to stay that's also scenic. Neither condition was the case. It was really dissappointing.

We tent camped and besides the rain it was perfect. The showers were very clean and there was lots of activities for kids if you had them. I will stay there again.

We loved our stay, and plan to come back again. We wish our tent site, T17 was level though. The whole site was on an incline and we slid to one side of our tent while sleeping. Also, the table was not level, and we just felt tilted all weekend. Amenities were awesome. We will come back, but would request a different site.

Too crowded. We stayed in campsite TE47, which is called "premium campsite" centrally located with water and electrical outlet. Those TE-sites are tiny. We barely could fit the tent and a middle size car. Tent of our neighbours was at another side of our car. There are larger tentsites located in the perifery. Probably those should be much better.

Such great facilities that have great value to anyone regardless of whether you have children or not. It felt very safe, it was clean and it was quiet. The activities are super fun and seeing the campground add other amenties was a delight! It would be great if the coffee cabin was open a little earlier, lots of folks are up and waiting around 7am or 7:30am. Other than that, it was a great time!

We had the best time! We picked the Pine Village KOA because it was one of the only places with room and a pool for the kids- so we booked and drove up there the same day! Our two night stay in our tent site was very comfortable, the grounds and facilities are impeccably kept, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! The movie night next to the river was a huge hit with our kids! 10/10

Grandkids loved the pool and I got to introduce them to swimming in the river! My husband is due to have hip replacement in a week and the employees were very accommodating with some extra services. Coming here for 6 years and looking forward to many more annual trips with the grandkids! Getting more expensive but still way more fun than a hotel!

Another great stay at Leavenworth KOA! This was the first time the kids were able to use the pool, and they had a blast! Thanks for keeping everything so clean and looking nice. Also loved the new mining activity. We'll no doubt be back again!

I had a wonderful time I bought Frappuccino at the Coffee Shop every morning didn't have to make it myself! Lovely camping spot great scenery there is a trail to the river and an outdoor swimming pool, which I had fun swimming in on my birthday.

We had so many issues during our stay. We told them but they didn’t really seem to care. Bathrooms often didn’t have toilet paper, soap or paper towels. They put us in the wrong tent site and then made us move which cost us 5 hours of family time lost. Someone charged items to our site, no refund given. Staff was rude. Kids throwing rocks at our truck, trying to start a fire and in our site.

The staff was amazing. I think the names specifically were Russ and Wendy. They were super helpful and made the stay that much better. Honestly the best customer service you’re gonna get. These people are saints haha.

Tenting Sites are very sandy and dusty and no privacy, not able to pre pick your site so given what is their choice Pool was good, cheap laundry services and nice newer bathrooms

Why are the tent sites so close to each other? I've been to other KOA, but we feel we're too close to other campers. I'd suggest lessening the campsite number, so we have some distance or barrier between other tents. Also, increase the number of bathroom stalls. Too often, we have to wait to get into the bathrooms.

The only downfall was that our campsite neighbors were chain smokers. They smoked cigarettes all night long (1:30am) which went right into our tent. My son has asthma so needless to say I didn't sleep very well because I was worried about it triggering an attack. I really wish smoking cigarettes wasn't allowed on the KOA property. It's not fair to be surrounded by smoke, especially for kids.

Location great. No usable Wi-Fi there. Front desk failed to offer membership. Front desk lied re wifi. Outdoor staff wonderful. Indoor staff dishonest unfriendly. Refused to accept us cash Screwed up my Canadian credit card. Inadequate washroom facilities.go to Safeway or McDonald's to use wifi. broken hot tub. Very expensive for services provided.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your credit card was only run 1 time for the correct amount, cash for reservations not permitted. KOA Rewards was available but per KOA Rewards golicy not applied on your first stay. WiFi is very busy in summer and as a courtesy offered you an alternative solution. Awesome staff all around!

We were booking two tent sites, however booking advisor did not let us know about the locking site option, because of that our two sites were not adjacent. It would have been better if we were told about this option. And downside of not using this option at the time of booking.

We are sorry that the employee did not inform you of the select my site option. Just like any KOA in summer we are extremely busy and not able always accommodate last minute requests. We highly recommend product enhancement features such as select my site to improve your overall guest experience

The camp site was crazy small from what was advertised online. TE45. If we came back would definitely find a different spot. All the folks around us said the same thing.

This is our second time staying here and this time we brought our 1 year old for his first camping trip. We had a blast! The staff is lovely and the campground is so much fun! I think we will make this a yearly family trip. Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and kind. They did a really good job to maintain the bathroom clean. I wish the hot tub was open. Other than that, I definitely would like to come back regularly. Thank you!

It was a little crowded but the facilities were top notch, more like glamping, than camping. Staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. The whole place was clean.
