Campground was loud and overcrowded. I reserved a site that was supposed to be in the trees by the water and instead was given a site next to the pool. I am allergic to chlorine and suffered with a terrible headache because of the close proximity to the pool and chemicals. I asked to move sites and all they had was sites they wanted to charge me more for. For a site with no hookups it's too costly

Making a same day reservation gets you last pick in peak summer season. You were offered to move to an upgraded site but chose to stay where you were even though you were allergic to chlorine and it gave you a headache? We do not have campsites directly on the water as we are 100 above the river.

We snagged a last minute reservation for a tent site and had an amazing weekend along the river. The KOA Leavenworth facility had so many fun activities for our five year-old - her favorite being the pool and movies on the lawn. The location is ideal for people wanting to spend time in town while still maintaining a sense of the outdoor outdoors/camping.

The tenting sites are terrible. Way to close together, ours had the AC units of the cabins running all night. It was way too expensive for what we got. After this KOA experience we probably won't be back at a KOA.

1. KOA lost our reservation, even though we had confirmation. We were given different campsites than what was reserved, and greatly diminished the enjoyment of our annual multiple family camping trip. 2. Registration staff were rude and indifferent to KOA’s error. 3. Neighbors had fire burning, even though burn ban, unequal enforcement.

Your reservation was not lost, there was no site guarantee and you chose a rustic tent site, same information as in your confirmation email. Going staff to staff you were given the same choices even with your yelling and demands holding up other guests. Per county fire code propane fires permitted.

I appreciated that I was able to arrive late and have a seamless check-in experience. My only two suggestions for improvement would be 1) make some change machines available near the paid laundry facilities.2) longer hours for the hot tub. I was really craving an early morning soak but was told that the tub didn't open until 9am. Fine to keep the pool hours later, but open the tub earlier please.

It’s an awesome place for families, but man… they’re sticklers about certain things. When we checked out of our spot, we were told we couldn’t swim in the pool. We just had to leave. What the heck? For how much we pay to stay there, we should be allowed to use their amenities as long as we’re out of our spot by the designated time. Otherwise, we had a great time.

We had a great time. There were plenty of on site activities for the kids to enjoy, they loved going swimming multiple times a day, and getting ice cream at the coffee stand. All of the staff was very friendly.

We have a large group that comes every July and it is what we look forward to all year. The staff is amazing and the campground is kept up beautiful. If it was closer to where I lived I would come much more often.

Staff were lovely, 10/10. But, my site was a bad spot, right next to the pool & live music. Multiple sites lower down were open but was told I could only move for $30/night. A family came to the adjoined site & had tents on my area. Quiet hours not enforced, they had older kids screaming until midnight. Shower was muddy & cold. Circumstantial, but if cancellations were different, I would've left.

Our family had a great time! The amenities were wonderful and there was plenty to do. The short distance to safeway and town were perfect. The people were friendly and the facility was very clean. It was a wonderful get away.

We stay here every year with our same friends. The kids have been taking the same picture since they were little down by the river. They are now 16 and still love going. Great place that caters to all ages!

The usual aspects of the KOA were available. Staff friendly and working hard. Absolutely hated our tent site which was on a peninsula with a road and RVs surrounding it and not a tree or scrub noted. With the cost for these sites a small tree could have been added or some type of shrubbery so we had an ounce of privacy and natural beauty. Effort could have been made for this large site.

Camp site T14- trail down to the river that people kept coming up and walking through our site/suggest blocking this off, and live music 7-9 pm on back patio which is great but you can hear the bass of the guys so loud at our campsite and we had to wake up early so that was slightly disturbing. Overall everything was clean and staff kept park up to parr.

It’s disappointing people were walking thru your site. Our rules are very clear about this and we will look at ways to prevent site shenanigans. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and we are in the forest which causes noise to carry.

It was the best ever!!!!! Loved the showers and bathrooms The staff was amazing truly amazing � the security was greatly appreciate as my 6yr old separated from her older sister and the staff were hands down amazing with the situation and communication. Location was great and loved all the amenities.

We camped for the first time with our two girls and had a fantastic experience! The accommodations, pool, and activities were great—our oldest loved Bingo. The customer service was truly above and beyond; when we ran out of propane at 9 PM, they picked it up, refilled it, and returned it in under 10 minutes. So friendly and helpful! We'll definitely be back!

The koa us nice but the spots are too close together. You are literally on top of each other. They do offer alot of activities for kids. There is only one pool that stays full and no doesn't fit everyone. I am not a fan of staying next to people who let there children run all over others sites or allows them to be loud during quiet hours but that is not the koas fault.

4th yr coming here friendly staff beautiful scenery and enforced quiet hrs. Spendy but get a lot of value with service and amenities. Not for you If seeking quiet secluded camping and middle of the week Less crowded can actually find space at the pool. Only suggestion would be ease up on the strict “leave the park by 11am day of departure” just spent $200 for two days camping ya know �

Whoever thought putting tent sites next to a very active volleyball court should have to sleep there all summer. Tents are less than 5 feet apart and the entire feel is sardine like. The staff was, however, very good. Would not return or recommend, unless the pool, etc, is important, as would be for kids.

KOA sells tent sites right next to a basketball court — balls flying into your food, head, and tent. The sites are so tiny, neighbors are practically breathing down your neck. No privacy, no peace — it feels like camping in a busy city park. This isn’t camping, it’s a bad amusement. Personal experience and subjective opinion.

As we discussed you were offered our 1 hour guarantee and chose not to use it. There are no text sites near our paved basketball court. You were in our water electric tent sites on our grass field. Your daughter did a beautiful job translating for you, kudos to her.

First time camping at a KOA and overall I was impressed. The amenities were great, everyone was very friendly from the staff to our neighboring camping families. I wasn't quite prepared to be surrounded by quite that many people though - KOAs really do pack them in - but now that I am aware, I am impressed by how smoothly everything runs even with that many sites are right on top of the other.

Very beautiful campsite. Close to safeway store and they have general store as well that opens until 10pm. Comfort room was spotless and the shower was really nice. I love this campsite and highly recommended. We will book again soon.

We enjoy coming back year after year but may consider otherwise w/ the price increase. 3 nights/$90 (site & $25 parking) is a bit outrageous. All campers are going to have a car, cost shouldn’t be more than $10-$15 (or free). We were put in t42 & thankfully the sprinklers were going off & there was a great emp who remedied that quickly bc that site was terrible! We ended up in t37 which was grea

We had a great time at KOA in Leavenworth for the 3-day long memorial day weekend. The place is incredible, with tons of nature, activities, clean bathrooms, nice showers and overall just fun for families. Strongly recommended and we'll be coming back.

Lovely setting for camping set amongst the trees. Many nice cabins as well as RV and tent sites. The trail by the river very nice.
