Our tent stay at Pine Village KOA was nothing short of fantastic! The site was clean, flat, and shaded—perfect for a relaxing night under the stars. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the well-maintained grounds, and how easy it was to settle in. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and just a short walk from our site, which made everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly welcoming!

Our stay was really nice. We had some loud neighbors past quiet hours, and we felt the way the camp hosts handled it moving forward was especially great! They made it so that it did not happen again during our stay which made us feel heard and respected, and allowed us to get great sleep. Beautiful property and very nice amenities. Thank you!!

The campground is always clean and active. The grounds are well maintained and the bathrooms are clean and a comfortable temperature. However this was the second time that we were put in one of the few not awesome spots. Both times we thought it was because it was going to be full. The first time it was this last time it was not. We paid a lot and were disappointed with where we were placed

Closest bathroom was next to the pool. Using it during pool hours was challenging. Closest bathroom was far from our site, definitely need one or two additional bathroom locations.

There is a very small patch of grass for PCT hikers to camp at the Leavenworth KOA. It's not a normal tent site. There were 10 tents crammed into this space my second night. One of the campers there was stumbling drunk. I asked Becky the manager to open up more tent space for us, she wouldn't do it. I asked for a refund and she said, "I won't give you a refund but you're free to leave". Not fun.

Its unfortunate that you did not enjoy the second day of your stay and harassed staff multiple times to have your own site that was private. You were offered a regular tent site which you declined to due to cost. No one complained about a drunk PCT hiker. Per policy no refunds.

We enjoy our stay at Leavenworth KOA every year. This year, although enjoyable, felt slightly subpar compared to our previous years. For example, less activities available and the ones that where seemed to be very money centric. I understand that the county has put a stricter tolerance on the ability to have a campfire fire, however, this will be our deciding factor on whether to return.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The amount of hours and available activities free and paid were comparable to the last 3 years. Some of free activities included rock painting jewelry beading, pine cone craft, and live music. Living east of the Cascades in a record dry year increases fire risk and also fire bans across the state.

We liked the campground, the registration staff was very friendly at all times, the only thing we didn't like was that the people camping in the tent didn't respect the schedule, it was 11:30 pm and they were still making noise, my family and I were also in the tent and it was really annoying, you go to relax and rest although we realized that staff passed by and didn't say anything to them,

We appreciate that the bathrooms in comfort 2 were spacious and clean. Also liked the quiet hours. We liked the text service.. always so quick to help. Could use a little privacy between sites.

Very comfortable stay - glamping. We had all the facilities at our disposal and had no hardships and could really enjoy the camp. Our kids enjoyed the open play area, movie night, swimming pool, various outdoor sports and the terrain. The best part, restrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. Overall I would say it was worth the money even though slighly expensive for 2 day tr

We had a wonderful visit. All the staff was very nice. You accommodated being close to the bathrooms just as I requested due to having a granddaughter with disabilities. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.

Tent site on the river and near all amenities. Great spot with lots of space and close to washrooms, pool, river access etc. Camp had a lot of activities throughout our stay. Clean showers and bathrooms. Staff friendly snd helpful. One of the best KOA's we have stayed at. Would definitely return again.

I love how clean and organized the KOA is. My only issue is how packed in people are. It seems slightly overcrowded. Very well maintained and the employees are doing a phenomenal job.

It is very unfortunate that we were not able to change spots, we were assigned a terrible spot with no shade where there were many around us with shade that were occupied by campers that were only there for one night. I asked to be moved before we set up camp and were told we could not. That was very unfortunate because we were there for 3 nights.

Always clean and taken care of. Beautiful place to stay ! Me and my granddaughter had the pleasure of doing crafts and meeting Mary and her partner made our time there very special. My go to place is Pine Village.

We had an excellent time at this KOA. The access to the river was really convenient, the pool was really nice and clean, and having the little coffee shop in the morning was nice. Everybody who worked there was extremely kind and helpful.

Friendly staff!!!! Everywhere we went the staff were over the top friendly and happy. The restrooms were the cleanest you will find in a campground anywhere!!! The big surprise was how much fun we had doing karaoke on Sunday night. It was super fun! It was at karaoke that we met the head groundskeeper and his wife. They were so much fun. What a great place!

We enjoyed our stay in our campsite and the facilities/staff are great. There is a safety issue with the sharp metal bar in front of the shower curtain rod in the Men's room at the office Komfort Station, as it gave 2 of my fingers a pretty gnarly cut while raising them up after my shower and should probably be looked at.

Campground was loud and overcrowded. I reserved a site that was supposed to be in the trees by the water and instead was given a site next to the pool. I am allergic to chlorine and suffered with a terrible headache because of the close proximity to the pool and chemicals. I asked to move sites and all they had was sites they wanted to charge me more for. For a site with no hookups it's too costly

Making a same day reservation gets you last pick in peak summer season. You were offered to move to an upgraded site but chose to stay where you were even though you were allergic to chlorine and it gave you a headache? We do not have campsites directly on the water as we are 100 above the river.

We snagged a last minute reservation for a tent site and had an amazing weekend along the river. The KOA Leavenworth facility had so many fun activities for our five year-old - her favorite being the pool and movies on the lawn. The location is ideal for people wanting to spend time in town while still maintaining a sense of the outdoor outdoors/camping.

The tenting sites are terrible. Way to close together, ours had the AC units of the cabins running all night. It was way too expensive for what we got. After this KOA experience we probably won't be back at a KOA.

1. KOA lost our reservation, even though we had confirmation. We were given different campsites than what was reserved, and greatly diminished the enjoyment of our annual multiple family camping trip. 2. Registration staff were rude and indifferent to KOA’s error. 3. Neighbors had fire burning, even though burn ban, unequal enforcement.

Your reservation was not lost, there was no site guarantee and you chose a rustic tent site, same information as in your confirmation email. Going staff to staff you were given the same choices even with your yelling and demands holding up other guests. Per county fire code propane fires permitted.

I appreciated that I was able to arrive late and have a seamless check-in experience. My only two suggestions for improvement would be 1) make some change machines available near the paid laundry facilities.2) longer hours for the hot tub. I was really craving an early morning soak but was told that the tub didn't open until 9am. Fine to keep the pool hours later, but open the tub earlier please.

It’s an awesome place for families, but man… they’re sticklers about certain things. When we checked out of our spot, we were told we couldn’t swim in the pool. We just had to leave. What the heck? For how much we pay to stay there, we should be allowed to use their amenities as long as we’re out of our spot by the designated time. Otherwise, we had a great time.

We had a great time. There were plenty of on site activities for the kids to enjoy, they loved going swimming multiple times a day, and getting ice cream at the coffee stand. All of the staff was very friendly.

We have a large group that comes every July and it is what we look forward to all year. The staff is amazing and the campground is kept up beautiful. If it was closer to where I lived I would come much more often.

Staff were lovely, 10/10. But, my site was a bad spot, right next to the pool & live music. Multiple sites lower down were open but was told I could only move for $30/night. A family came to the adjoined site & had tents on my area. Quiet hours not enforced, they had older kids screaming until midnight. Shower was muddy & cold. Circumstantial, but if cancellations were different, I would've left.

Our family had a great time! The amenities were wonderful and there was plenty to do. The short distance to safeway and town were perfect. The people were friendly and the facility was very clean. It was a wonderful get away.

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
