Groups and Retreats at Leavenworth / Pine Village KOA Holiday

Leavenworth KOA Holiday is the perfect place to bring your group together. Whether you're planning a family reunion, scout outing, RV rally, spiritual retreat or company weekend, we’re ready to welcome you. Located just two miles from the heart of the Bavarian-themed village of Leavenworth, our campground offers cozy accommodations, fun activities and year-round adventure.

From summer days on the river to winter nights under a blanket of Christmas lights, there’s always something for your group to experience in Leavenworth. Tie-dye t-shirts, mine for gems, explore the trails, or take the shuttle downtown for food and festivals. Choose from Camping Cabins or Tent Sites for a traditional camping experience, or stay in one of our RV Sites or Deluxe Cabins for added comfort. We also offer limited extended stays from November through April at select full hookup RV sites. Whether you're visiting for a weekend or staying a little longer, we’re here to help make your group trip easy and enjoyable. Please note, while we’re happy to host your group stay, we do not have an on-site meeting or event facility. We recommend arranging off-property locations for any larger group functions.

Things to Do with Your Group
Leavenworth KOA Holiday gives your group plenty of ways to stay active or simply unwind. On-site amenities and nearby attractions make it easy to customize your experience:

  • Downtown Leavenworth: Just a short shuttle ride away, the Bavarian-themed village is filled with shops, restaurants, live music and seasonal festivals. It’s the perfect spot for a casual group outing or a fun afternoon off-camp.
  • Outdoor Recreation: Surrounded by the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, your group can take advantage of nearby trails for hiking and biking. Lake Wenatchee and Lake Chelan offer opportunities for paddling, boating and relaxing by the water.
  • On-Site Activities: Tie-dye a KOA shirt, build your own stuffed animal at Build-a-Buddy, or gather for a movie night on the river lawn during summer. Younger campers will love the playground, open year-round—even in the snow.
  • Seasonal Events: Plan your visit around one of Leavenworth’s well-known events, like the Autumn Leaf Festival, Oktoberfest weekends, or the town’s magical Christmas light display that runs from Thanksgiving through February.
