RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.Camping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Leavenworth KOA requires a minimum night stay during Oktoberfest and Christmas Lighting times. These are subject to a 2 night minimum and a full deposit requirement upon reservation. Please note, reservations are not required, but should you choose to make one during these times you will be required to pay for at least 2 nights and pay the full amount as a deposit at the time of reservation. During minimum nights stays, cancelations are as follows: RV & Tent sites - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 2 days of your arrival, $10 fee if canceled prior to 48 before arrival. Cabins & Deluxe Cabins - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival. $10 fee if canceled prior to 7 days before arrival.
Shuttle runs on WEEKENDS ONLY (Fri-Sun) in May, September, Oktoberfest, Christmas Lighting and select dates over New Years and in January. The weekend shuttle hours are variable and depend on occupancy. Please see the office for the most up to information on shuttle times if you are traveling during these times.
Shuttle is FREE and is a great way to go to the town of Leavenworth without having to worry about parking/traffic!
We do not allow outside visitors to use the campground or amenities unless they are visiting a current camper.
Tent sites allow a maximum of two tents and six people.
There's no better place to camp in the winter than Leavenworth KOA! With as many as 65 RV sites available to book with full hookups, including water, you'll be cozy inside your RV with all the comforts and quiet sound of snow falling amid the glow of Christmas lights!
Don't have an RV or leaving it at home? We have you covered there too! We have 20 cabins without bathrooms/kitchens and 27 with bathrooms/kitchens so you can experience all that camping has to offer without worrying about traveling with your RV or staying in a stuffy hotel room! So you can either rough it a little or cozy up in glampings finest accommodations!
Looking to rough it a little? Tent camping is also available all winter!! All tent sites are located close to the main office and bath house and hot water is always available!
**Don't forget to bring your winter gear, both for you and your vehicle! We get feet of snow and freezing temps and while we do our best to keep the campground clear, mother nature has a mind of her own and winter in the mountains can be very unpredictable. Come prepared for extreme winter conditions which include heavy snow, ice, and sub-zero temperatures.
