General Campground Information

Cancelation Policy & Minimum Night Stay Requirements

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.Camping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Leavenworth KOA requires a minimum night stay during Oktoberfest and Christmas Lighting times. These are subject to a 2 night minimum and a full deposit requirement upon reservation. Please note, reservations are not required, but should you choose to make one during these times you will be required to pay for at least 2 nights and pay the full amount as a deposit at the time of reservation. During minimum nights stays, cancelations are as follows: RV & Tent sites - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 2 days of your arrival, $10 fee if canceled prior to 48 before arrival. Cabins & Deluxe Cabins - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival. $10 fee if canceled prior to 7 days before arrival.

Shuttle

The Shuttle runs daily - Memorial Day - Labor Day at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm, with a special late shuttle run at 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays.

Shuttle runs on WEEKENDS ONLY (Fri-Sun) in May, September, Oktoberfest, Christmas Lighting and select dates over New Years and in January. The weekend shuttle hours are variable and depend on occupancy. Please see the office for the most up to information on shuttle times if you are traveling during these times.

Shuttle is FREE and is a great way to go to the town of Leavenworth without having to worry about parking/traffic!

Pool

Pool is open 7 days a week beginning May 1st and closes September 30th.

Visitor Policy

Campers are allowed visitors from 7am-9pm. All visitors are must register upon entering property and are subject to a $10 fee per person, $20 per vehicle.

This facility and all offered amenities are for the use and participation of registered guests only.

Rates

All rates quoted are subject to change until the reservation is made.
All of our base rates include 2 people and 1 vehicle.
Any additional people and pets in cabins are subject to a $10 charge per night.
Extra vehicles are subject to a $20 charge per vehicle in an effort to prevent overcrowding throughout the facility.
No Tents on Cabin sites.
Subletting any site at any time is strictly prohibited. Guests choosing to do this will be asked to leave the property without a refund, no exceptions.

Tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and 6 people.

Campfires

We allow wood fires in designated stand up charcoal BBQ grills. We do not offer fire pits/rings. Burning of ground rubbish is strictly prohibited. Fire policy is subject to change due to burn bans, which normally go into effect around August 1st and lift October 1st. During burn bans, propane fires are allowed but wood and charcoal are strictly prohibited. All burn bans are regulated by Chelan County and enforced by KOA staff and the Chelan County Sheriff.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-out time is 11am for all sites.
Check-in time is 1pm for RV and Tent sites.
Check-in time is 3pm for Cabins and Deluxe Cabins.
Campers can request a late check-out at the front desk by 11am on date of departure.

The Leavenworth KOA General Store is open all year! Whether you are looking for that perfect gift, additional supplies for your RV, tent stakes, s'more supplies, bedding, food or any other item you may have forgotten or just remembered you need, you can find it in our store! No need to wait in long lines at the Safeway, look no farther than your Leavenworth KOA Store! Great, refreshing finds at fair prices! Make Leavenworth KOA Store your next shopping destination!

Site Guarantee

If you would like a specific site number there is a $20 Site Guarantee Fee. Please mention this at reservation. Site Guarantee only available by calling, you cannot Site Guarantee a specific site if you make your reservation online. Give us a call and we would be happy to check site availability and guarantee a site for you!  If you do not use the Site Guarantee, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE RESERVATIONS AS NEEDED up until your time of arrival. The TYPE of site you reserve is automatically guaranteed even if you do not pay a Site Guarantee Fee.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am in accordance with the city of Leavenworth. Noise complaints should be directed to the after hours numbers. Please note that our facility has sites that can be located in close proximity to each other and being respectful of your neighbor is an important part of camping. Management will not shut down fires after 10pm as late night chats around the campfire are the essence of camping. Management reserves the right to extinguish any fire at any time.

Winter Camping

There's no better place to camp in the winter than Leavenworth KOA! With as many as 65 RV sites available to book with full hookups, including water, you'll be cozy inside your RV with all the comforts and quiet sound of snow falling amid the glow of Christmas lights!

Don't have an RV or leaving it at home? We have you covered there too! We have 20 cabins without bathrooms/kitchens and 27 with bathrooms/kitchens so you can experience all that camping has to offer without worrying about traveling with your RV or staying in a stuffy hotel room! So you can either rough it a little or cozy up in glampings finest accommodations!

Looking to rough it a little? Tent camping is also available all winter!! All tent sites are located close to the main office and bath house and hot water is always available!

**Winter gear required for your vehicle and don't forget winter gear for you too! We get feet of snow and freezing temps and while we do our best to keep the campground clear, mother nature has a mind of her own and winter in the mountains can be very unpredictable. Come prepared for extreme winter conditions which include heavy snow, ice, and sub-zero temperatures.
