Upset about hidden fees, was told we would only have to pay $48 more upon arrival but when checking in the price was $150 more. That’s a bit outrageous. However this campground is beautiful and I had a wonderful peaceful weekend.

It is unfortunate that your experience was less than satisfactory. There were no hidden fees. The price you booked the site with was for 2 people and one vehicle. You decided to have more people on site and extra vehicles so that increased the base price according to all online fees. Happy Kamping!

Great location by the Wenatchee River and well kept by friendly staff! Tent camped; great tent site for me this time. Only downside is that some of the tent sites are a little small I noticed - would encourage the KOA to maybe create a little more privacy between tent campsites with space or some sort of natural barriers. Overall 4/5, enjoyed my stay, I'll be back!

Prices are out of control. A winter tent site should not be $50. Maybe bring back the peak/off-peak rates?

This was a beautiful location. The facilities were well kept and great for our short stay. We were walking distance to attractions, a supermarket and hardware store. We fell asleep to the sound of the river rushing by. We heard a train near by and looked up info, we are now planning to take a train ride through that beautiful area and there is a stop by Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA.

There was poop all over the bathroom floor that was left there for over 48 hours without being picked up. They even put a wet floor sign out but didn’t bother to clean it for the whole weekend. Also the showers didn’t have hot water for a while

The so called poop was tracked in and cleaned up as soon as it was reported. The wet floor signs stay on the floors all winter long since there is snow that gets tracked in daily. As for the hot water, it was back on as soon as they delivered propane at 10pm. Happy Kamping!

On the second night someone stole our Yeti cooler. In the morning the ranger told us that theft was pretty common at that campground, as teenagers would steal coolers to get beer. We went to the front desk and spoke to Jennifer, who rudely told us to read the policy, and said she would do nothing about it, and that the camp manager, Lee Wheeler would say the same. We encourage every guest at check in to secure their items every night to deter unwanted visitors which includes wildlife. A cooler was found damaged beyond repair by a bear below your site. This is an area full of Hungary wildlife preping for a winter sleep. Happy Kamping!

Very expensive at over $70. Plus virtually empty campground and yet they put another camper right beside us. Their office staff need to use some common sense in these situations. I get it if campground close to full, but when so empty it was ridiculous.

If you would have asked our awesome staff at checkin for isolation we could have accommodated you. It isbecoming cold at night and out of courtesy you were positioned close to our comfort stations for your nighttime bathroom run.

The woman and her husband who checked us in were saints. I had a medical condition come up after our reservation and they worked hard to get us to a new site that would accommodate. Incredibly kind. Thank you so much. I hope you are able to read this. ��

It would be nice if campgrounds would inform us of fire bans in effect or not as it affects what people bring.

Thanks for your feedback regarding campfires. Burn bans can happen at a moments notice which is mandated by Chelan FD #3 and City of Leavenworth.

My first time camping. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the campgrounds and also the facilities. The staff is amazing. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent experience!

Everything was great except one night the group next to us had loud kids but they did quiet down right at 10, then another morning a group next to us was packing up to leave at 4:15am and kept shutting doors and their tail gates really loud before starting up trucks and leaving. Every guest should be reminded at check in about quiet hours and reminded that also means when getting in and out of car

Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff in the office on a busy night. Need to shut off street lamps in the tent area after a certain time at night. Beautiful area to stay and near enough to walk to Leavenworth or take free shuttle bus.

I only spent 1 night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information on dining in Leavenworth. The campground was quiet at night restrooms were amazingly clean.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff & other campers were all so nice. We saw magical family memories being made everywhere at this busy campground. So many things to do for all ages! My 2 girls (13 & 16) & I were really looking forward to the hot tub for a couple days after a 6 day road trip of tent camping along the way but it is for 18+ & unfortunately was also closed.

This place is incredible. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The camp is kept clean and well maintained. The have great events all weekend long for kids and adults. Overall best camping experience for the whole family.

Really appreciated the campsite quality, the firewood/ice delivery, the trash pick up, and the number of amenities. Price is a little steep for tent camping, and our spigot was difficult to use (like, 2 inches from the ground), but all in all a wonderful experience.

Best campgrounds ever! We truly enjoyed our stay. So many activities for the kids like tie-dying and they absolutely loved the pool.

Great camp ground. A little pricier than some others, but it does come with some nice added features like the pool, hot showers, activities for the kids, outdoor movie nights, etc.

We have always loved the campground however there are a lot more people these days and there are just not enough bathrooms or showers for the number of campers. You are packed in the sites like sardines and there were more people in the pool than there was water to enjoy any of it. Unfortunately, it's just not a family campground like it used to be.

Nice amenities. Didn’t like neighbors music playing late into the night. Difficult with a small child needing to get to sleep, when music is blaring next door.

This was such a relief to get to this part of our journey. This Koa is located close to the Safeway. They do have their own coffee stand. Right on the river with excellent views of the mountains. The options for places to stay is amazing! They keep clean grounds and clean comfort zones with laundry and showers. The showers by the pool will get very muddy due to the high traffic. Will stay again!

Great place to stay. Lots of things for kids to do. A little bit crowded campsites but overall worth it.

Tent neighbors very loud past 10 pm. Both kids and adults playing ball games from 9-11. Loud music and talking. Could not get adequate sleep. Sites need a bit more distance away from one another and not near a playing field. Coffee was very good and convenient and clean campgrounds. .

Great stay overall!! I would suggest maybe moving the garbage cans away from some of the tent sites to avoid people invading privacy.
