This is my third or fourth time staying here and it is always wonderful! Super friendly staff, very clean grounds and bathrooms were always clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had the best time and will absolutely be back! One thing, when we reserved the campsites we mentioned we would need them to be adjacent as we were sharing all of our cooking tools and would need to be able to have a shared common zone, and our sites did not work for that at all. Luckily, we were able to get both tents into one of the sites and use the other for vehicles, so it worked out.

Nice place, reasonably clean with the exception of the dog poop.In our camp spot. Be cautious, though the bathrooms are not clearly marked.As far as male female? For those concerned. Other than that nice place friendly staff. Only stayed one night as per traveling by motorcycle. Was able to get cleaned up?Relax a bit and head it out in the morning.

This was our first time at Leavenworth KOA and we will be back! The facilities and grounds were beautifully maintained. The proximity to the river adds such a beautiful element. The staff was so friendly! One of my favorite features was the water bottle filling station- so thoughtful at a campsite! It was a busy weekend but still felt so relaxing and peaceful!

Stay was great except checkout. The checkout manager was rude. After packing up, we stopped at the gift shop for souvenirs for our kids and were told to leave the property. We respect the 11 AM checkout rule, but this could have been communicated politely. Please point me to where it states guests must leave the entire KOA property by 11 AM.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As a reminder checkout is clearly posted on our website, in your guest service guide and you were made aware at checkin. You were politely reminded multiple times to depart which did occurred 1.5 hours later after 11am and taking over campsite picnic tables which had to be re-cleaned by staff.

We had to be moved to another campsite because of the space we were given wasn’t large enough. Then when moved that space couldn’t accommodate two vehicles. The desk staff were so kind and apologetic that it made the inconvenience much easier. Kudos to the staff!

We always love staying at the KOA but would love to give the lovely person checking us in extra kuddos. She was so kind and helpful. The best customer service we’ve had at a KOA. We checked in around 630 on Thursday evening. Didn’t catch her name. She had blondish ombré hair and glasses. Anywho. What a gem!

Such lovely folks at this KOA, very helpful, and quick in getting me checked in, helped me make changes to my reservation. Highly recommend and will be staying again whenever I'm in Leavenworth.

My first time camping at KOA was a terrific experience. The staff at Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA were cheerful, friendly, and really made me feel welcome. My campsite was clean, in a great location, with a wonderful view of the river and meadow below. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Really want to try one of the Camping Cabins for my next visit.

I have loved this campground for years, we live close by and it’s a great get away for the family and ideal for walking into downtown. However, I am quite upset about the ridiculous rate hike this year! It was already quite expensive and now the most expensive camping I’ve ever done! 72 DOLLARS A NIGHT FOR TENT CAMPING IS RIDICULOUS!!! And now they have even added a $30 fee to pick a si

In years past, there were activities planned for Fridays after Memorial Day, so arrive on Thursday evening to setup and be ready to play on Friday. We were super disappointed to hear they weren't offering planned activities on Fridays. For a Holiday KOA, Fridays should be included in the weekend events.

I can't help but express my disappointment in the fact I requested a possible move the spot next to me and was told I'd be charged a $30 site change fee for a spot that was never occupied the entire weekend. Seems a bit egregious to me.

Having to pay $30 to switch from campsite TO3 to campsite TO38 once we had already checkin to be closer to our 40+ friends that were also staying there was ridiculous. I will never stay at this KOA again.

I have been coming to this property since the 1970’s or 1980’s. It has historically been a place where the staff is friendly and the place is neat and tidy. The same was true with this visit. The restrooms and showers were spotless, and the hand soap and paper goods were never empty.

I reserved a tent site for 5 nights and due to my son getting a cold we checked out 1 day early. We were the only tent campers the entire time besides having 2 truck campers surround us on both sides our 2nd night. They were up very late and woke me up at midnight foraging sticks in our site, 1 foot from my tent. They still charged me for the 5th night (~$60). We will never stay at this KOA again.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Short walk into town is great as you don't need to pay for in town parking. Looking forward to come back. Also try the outdoor hot springs next door. Very relaxing.

This KOA has been one of the best KOAS for many years (30). However the last 5ish years the management has gotten downright rude. From splitting tent sites, paid extra for site guarantees (to guarantee families stayed together) to harassing friends that stop by to carpool ud into town, visitors helping with the baby 5 minutes gram & grampa parked in the site, threats of fees, towing received, boo

I randomly drove to Leavenworth, and was gonna sleep in my car. However, I figured it would be enjoyable to find a place I could sit around a campfire and read a book. My dad sent me a link to this website, a couple minutes later I had a reservation. Campsite was clean, reservation was quick, they were able to get me into one same day. My only qualm was that it was a bit more expensive.

I loved staying at the KOA Pine Village! It was incredibly clean, staff was very friendly, and it was perfect for the weekend to enjoy Oktoberfest.

Our tent stay at Pine Village KOA was nothing short of fantastic! The site was clean, flat, and shaded—perfect for a relaxing night under the stars. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the well-maintained grounds, and how easy it was to settle in. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and just a short walk from our site, which made everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly welcoming!

Our stay was really nice. We had some loud neighbors past quiet hours, and we felt the way the camp hosts handled it moving forward was especially great! They made it so that it did not happen again during our stay which made us feel heard and respected, and allowed us to get great sleep. Beautiful property and very nice amenities. Thank you!!

The campground is always clean and active. The grounds are well maintained and the bathrooms are clean and a comfortable temperature. However this was the second time that we were put in one of the few not awesome spots. Both times we thought it was because it was going to be full. The first time it was this last time it was not. We paid a lot and were disappointed with where we were placed

We are fairly new to RVing. For the past two years we've mostly stayed at Thousand Trails because it's very economical for year-round travel. Our first stay at KOA Leavenworth completely exceeded our expectations. The campground had such a wonderful atmosphere, with lots of families, kids, and activities. There were plenty of recreational amenities, and our grandchildren had an amazing time. We all made wonderful memories together. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the clean, well-maintained campsite. Another big plus is the location—it's just minutes from the beautiful town of Leavenworth. We enjoyed strolling through the village, especially stopping for the delicious fresh cookies and the famous ice cream. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. KOA Leavenworth has definitely changed our impression of KOA campgrounds, and we'll certainly be looking at more KOAs on our future RV adventures. Highly recommended!

This was a better than expected KOA, the pool was large and felt great in the Leavenworth heat, it was big enough for multiple families to enjoy. The store had a little bit of everything from rv & cooking equipment to candy, beer, jewelry and clothing. The place was well kept and they even pick up your trash if you put it out in the morning or evening. They have a really nice trail that leads to an overlook of the river then continues to the river itself. You can get in but I wouldn't venture very far out. The sites were spacious enough I've been in tighter quarters. The Campground is 2 minutes from downtown Leavenworth so you can't beat that. Had a great time, I would go back

If you are looking for a perfect family getaway, this is it. We just wrapped up an exceptional stay at the Leavenworth KOA, and we are already planning our next trip back. The Site & Activities: The campground itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. One of the best parts was the schedule—they have daily activities running on both weekdays and weekends (including movie night), so there is never a dull moment. Our kids were living their absolute best lives and loved: * The pool and playground * The beautiful river walk * Daily arts and crafts * Tetherball, Volleyball Perk for the adults: There is an adults-only hot tub! It's on the smaller side (fits about 4 people snugly), but it's a great spot to unwind. Cabin KL15 (Highly Recommend!): We stayed in cabin KL15, and it was spectacular. It was fully air-conditioned and beautifully ventilated, which was amazing to come back to after a long day outside. It easily accommodated the family with a bunk bed, a full bed, and a futon that was shockingly comfortable (a rare find for a cabin futon!). A full kitchen and a BBQ. Staff & Service: The front desk team deserves a shoutout. Every interaction we had with them was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. One Quick Heads-Up: The only minor inconvenience we encountered was the path leading down toward the playground and pool area. There are no concrete steps there yet—just a steep, slippery dirt slope that a couple of us actually wiped out on a times. Definitely watch your step on your way down! Honestly, a tiny dirt slip is nothing compared to how fantastic the rest of the trip was. The overall experience was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning!
