The Campground was beautiful, but the host sending out multiple mass texts about cars and bikes was annoying.

Nice well maintained campground. Good comfort stations with showers and laundry. Nice welcoming staff. I am physically handicapped and must say the staff was very accommodating allowing an extra car due to the rain. (extra car fee is $25/day) We have a truck with popup tent on top so very difficult to break up camp when needing to go somewhere. Location in Leavenworth is exceptional.

Our next door neighbor stayed up until about 12:30am drinking and talking VERY LOUDLY. We had a sound machine and earplugs and we could still hear him. Since it was just us two i wasn’t comfortable going out to tell him to be quiet. This isn’t a reflection on your business, but maybe next time there aren’t tent sites being used, it would be nice to not have to places right next to each other

The only things I would mention are the bright river walk lights right next to a few of the tent sights. It was so incredibly bright when you're in a tent! Also, quiet time is 10pm and security assured me they were on top of a party happening two spots away. It was after 11:30 before they quieted down. Very very loud yelling and screaming. Otherwise, clean and love the hot showers.

We had an incredibly small camp site next to a steep hill. We have a young child and had to keep a very close eye on him the whole time. Otherwise, facilties were very nice. River walk and playground were great.

Over priced, they charged $40 if you drive a sprinter van to camp on tent site. Why? wall to wall of campers.

Our policy states tent sites are for tents. Camper vans that choose to utilize tent sites will be charged the additional fee. The sprinter van group chose to book late for Oktoberfest when all the RV sites we taken.

Maybe the nicest campground we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were clean and really nice. We also loved having inexpensive washers and dryers on site.

Only 1 tent site available when we booked on the internet, but when we got there, there was many and several empty spots were nicer than what we got.

We stayed at a tent campground right above the Wenatchee River. The facilities were super clean, staff incredibly helpful and friendly, really liked the text message updates, excellent spot to camp when doing the Enchantments Traverse!

I was disappointed you don’t participate in the free night customer appreciation weekend. Also there was no movie on Saturday. You end amenities too early now since the weather is good thru September.

Thanks for your feedback. The website has a great map that shows which campgrounds participate in KOA rewards Weekend. We did offer some Saturday morning activities and left our pool open. We recommend planning ahead and visiting during peak season when we have staff available.

Campsite was not a campsite, it was more like a drive thru. Over priced for what it is. Tried to change and given a firm rude no. I understand it was Labor Day weekend, but this actual campsite should not be included in the campsite sites.

The Leavenworth Pine Village KOA is always awesome. It’s always very clean and the customer service is always excellent. This stay was no exception. We were tent camping this time and it was nice to be able to have a camp fire.

Pine Village far surpassed our expectations. Though, we didn’t love having 3 young children under 3.5 and having a site that was right next to the drop off hillside. We tried getting it switched but they wouldn’t accommodate that request for us. And our firepit was literally 4 feet from the next sites’ firepit. Not much space between the sites. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Our first place (20) was a mud hole. Absolutely terrible. You need to keep this place in better condition. After we changed to K15 we had a nice stay. This fist place was a night mare and you should refund the stay.

We had the best time here in one of the little tent spots. The grounds were clean and they had a lot of activities you could do. A very beautiful spot and the river is a short walk from all the sites. Will definitely stay again the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Nice campsite. Great customer service. In general, the grounds had a lot of trash and poop especially at the river. It felt unhealthy and it made me worried about swimming in a river with so much poop at its banks. I feel KOA needs to keep on top of this. Also, electric bikes should not be allowed. A kid was speeding on an ebike and narrowly missed me before crashing all over the road.

This was our 3rd year in a row coming to Levenworth KOA and we already booked again for next summer. We had a great time doing activities, swimming, playing at the river, floating river, and so much more.

We came as 2 families in 2 sites. We had tent site 1 that was beautiful and the other family had rv site 20 that was was terrible. The van we parked in tent site 1 incurrired a $20 /night charge that I only discovered after. I went to the front desk. I shouldn’t have to check my bank statements to see that I have been charged additional money. And why is a van an additional charge. ?

Stayed in a tent - our site was relatively roomy, but the campground as a whole is pretty tightly packed. Luckily the crowd was very mellow and respectful during our stay but had there been more rambunctious neightbours, the stay would have been tough. If you are expecting lots of people especially kids and little privacy you will do fine. Nice pool and river access.

We stayed in T27, it is right across from comfort station 2. It is a great spot, and for us amazing to be right next to all things needed. Just know it is a high traffic area and loud at night. We LOVE everything about this place. The river access at this time in Aug. is magical. something for everyone and has unbelievable views. I finally swam across, it was amazing. 100% would do again.

The customer service, location, and amenities at this site are wonderful. The only negative is the close proximity and layout of the TE sites. Placement of the tables and fire rings on neighboring sites are awkwardly close together, lacking any privacy/separation for unrelated camping parties when eating or visiting. Some sites are also not appropriate for oversized vehicles.

Very well maintained place and so kid friendly! The bathrooms are AMAZING! Stone tiles and glossy stained wood walls and beams. Lots of kids biking and scootering. A great playground and a nice path down to a river beach. That tent sites can be hit or miss. I argued for a better site once we were there. The location can't be beat, just a stonesthrow from downtown! We cooked dinner at camp and then went downtown for ice cream. The only hard part about tent camping is that the whole place is lit up, even at night. The bathroom lights, the little street lights, etc. The maintenance guys patrol often, so it was easy to ask questions or get service. A+ service!

This KOA has friendly staff, excellent/above average facilities and easy location to walk to the grocery store or hardware store.

We stayed here during the off season so it was pretty empty where we were which was not a problem for us adult but our kids would have liked to have other kids to play with. We had a RV and the free power and water was great. Staff were great and always present. Trash pickup multiple times a day. The park is a short walk away and there are free buses into downtown Leavenworth.
