Everything you could want or need and more! Comfort shower/restroom areas are close by and very clean. Campsite areas were very clean and easy to utilize hookups. Staff was helpful and able to answer any questions that we had. One of the best stays we’ve had at a KOA in a long time! Highly recommended!

All employees were kind and helpful. There was an employee living across from our campsite and was out smoking a bong. Then he got in his cart and went to work. My son asked what he kept putting on his mouth. That was awkward. I asked if we could move to a site with more shade for our baby and was told no, the sites were full. Not one camper was there from the time we checked in and out.

It is unfortunate that you had to observe this type of behavior. We do not support this from an employee and disciplinary action has been taken.

Sites were very close together, could not fully extend our awning. Expensive park and for the $108 per night I expected a decent site where I could put a chair or two out. Also lots of trash Round, not picked up. River walk was nice

Super large campground. Clean and well maintained. Friendly, efficient staff. Some older sites are very compact and have some tight curves. Most have some shade.

The prices sky rocketed over the past 12 months. The staff seems a bit hostile -- one evening we were receiving a ton of campground wide texts about towing, and they weren't even correct. It seemed very emotional and reactionary. There was a ton of fast driving cars throughout. The guys on golf carts were doing a great job, but its hard to stop. It just felt a lot different this year.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind my family and I go every year and we only stay at the KOA everything is clean and the facilities are very well maintained. We live it here. It has became a family tradition for the last 4 years.

Your signage is chaotic to find check in. We didn’t receive email how to get in. The person that booked all 3 of us months ago got them & he was driving to get there. Then put us by the construction areas. I have camped at a lot of different places, different states & this one was the worst.

We spoke when you checked and we discussed the restrictions Leavenworth has on signage. Emails and texts were sent to the information on file and we are glad you found us. We are sad you didn't have a great stay, we try very hard for all our guests to provide an impeccable experience.

We stayed here for the first time over 4th of July. It is a great location, very clean, alot of friendly staff and Independence Day parade. My other concern was that in the main road into the park the fire hydrant had been covered and it looks like it has been along time. That is concerning considering they are in the dense treed area. We scheduled our stay for 7/4 2026 :):)

Location is convenient, grounds/ buildings are very clean, wifi is excellent. Lots of activities everyday for kids on site and there's also river access. Our site had no shade so was very hot. We faced afternoon sun so had limited shade in morning and late evening (patio site). Friendly staff.

Used one of the Premium RV sites this stay, disappointed with site size for price, would not book this type of site again, other wise rating would have been a 10 and 5.

Even tho it’s a crowded campground, it was clean and the sites were nice. The bathrooms were amazing!

Overall great. BUT... The cable TV connection was terrible. Myself and my friends in another campsite both had trouble with the cable TV. Spent hours trying to diagnose why. Finally gave up.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pine Village with some exceptions. I would like to see the RV spots where we stayed fixed up a bit with better parking pads and more grass or concrete in the leisure area outside the RV. I believe we stayed in the original part of the old KOA before the expansion of the park. Our site was #85 and we were able to make the best of our uneven and worn out site.

Most beautiful, clean, incredible campground I have ever been to! They have daily activities, a super clean pool, a huge playground, 2 small off leash dog parks, very very nice bathrooms that are cleaned all day long, live music; gold mining, a well stocked store, a beverage stand, and the friendliest most helpful staff. I can't say enough about this place.

we asked to have two sites together. When we came were told it was an extra $30 for each site. We paid the $60. When they escorted us to our sites, one trailer was in one of the sites. They said they would have to give us another site. The other site was just outside the office and was like parking in a parking lot. not friendly, not knowledgeable office people.

Our first trip with our two grandchildren was a total success. We were so impressed with the campground facilities and entertainment. Miss Chris and Mike were absolutely an asset to the campground. They were so wonderful not only with our grandchildren but will all the children. The facilities were also immaculate. We are thinking about becoming a member. Thank the entire KOA team for the fun.

For the money, the camp sites are rough. Very rocky, with very little grass. I've stayed at state sites in eastern Washington (@$38/night) that are nicer than the KOAs. Extra $30 for picking your sight, extra money for having a dog, extra money for late check out, it's too much! The placement of the sewer is horrible, right where people walk. site 53 & 54.

Leavenworth WA does not have any state parks and is a destination tourism location, prices reflect. All extra fees, late checkout information are clearly disclosed. Sewer is in the proper location on the backside of RVs. You chose a gravel FHU back in site, gravel is rock.

Nice facilities. Was very disappointed in the fact I booked a cabin and RV site at the same time and they were so far apart. Also it was extremely hot out and the RV site had such limited shade it was uncomfortable.

Summer months are extremely busy and weekends are sold out. For future reference we recommend you book up to a year in advance and utilize select my site feature to pick specific sites that are available to meet your needs.

Everything was great except for our campsite (#74). Attaching a tent site the back of a trailer site is extremely invasive. Those sites should be booked as double sites, and not sold to two separate campers. We had no privacy and felt like we were vacationing with strangers. Other than the site layout, all was excellent!

We had a great time at KOA in Leavenworth for the 3-day long memorial day weekend. The place is incredible, with tons of nature, activities, clean bathrooms, nice showers and overall just fun for families. Strongly recommended and we'll be coming back.

Lovely setting for camping set amongst the trees. Many nice cabins as well as RV and tent sites. The trail by the river very nice.
