Beautiful surroundings. Close walk to free downtown shuttle Friendly staff. Our only concern was with all the children (no parent supervision) riding bikes directly in front of our rv as we tried to navigate the long drive to the office. This KOA has a 5mph rule for bikes and vehicles, and I heard the staff having to remind the bicyclists of this several times. a dedicated biking area may help

The Leavenworth KOA is the perfect camp in Leavenworth. It’s close to all the different activities around the area. The individual sites are thoughtfully laid out and well maintained. With multiple amenities and activities in the camp itself, makes it a great place to bring the kiddos. The only critique we have is that the laundry machines need to be replaced.

Had at least two different neighbors dogs unleashed coming into our campsite. Numerous children riding e bike/motorcycles/scooters way too fast in campground. Love the location but cost is a bit high for what you’re getting

All of the activities were fun but especially the kids activities with Miss Kris and Mr Mike. They are so welcoming to each person and my grandchildren loved what was offered each day.

We have been RV campers for over 25 years. My husband and I do a lot of traveling alone but then we also do a lot with our five grandkids. Our favorite campgrounds are KOA, and Jellystone parks. This KOA in Leavenworth by far was the best campground we have ever been to! Cleanliness, the staff, the layout, and the amount of things to do. We are from California, and will be making the trip back.

This KOA campground is great. The sites are very clean, there is lots of activities and the staff is very good. Definitely going to stay again.

Just a couple suggestions: 1. We expected a better RV spot, a fairly level site. The site was rough, uneven, and not in character with most of your RV sites. This was site #70. It was difficult to get the RV close to level. 2. A poster of handout or including transportation info on your brochure would be handy. The bus service into town was great, it would have been nice to know in advance

We were out of power for half of our stay. I understand that there are things you can’t control But we have not been offered a refund or any compensation.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We worked very hard to accommodate you during the power outage. We offered to move you. We offered you free propane and ice to keep your refrigerator cool. Sometimes there are other work arounds available and everyone else that was affected by the power issue was happy with the outcome.

Very clean camp ground. Weather was not the best due to fires but we had a great time! Location to downtown is awesome. Great friendly staff! We will be back Memorial Day for sure! Can’t wait to see Bobby, ms Kris and Mike again!

We stayed in our camper for 2 nights, it was great! There are family friendly events daily and so much for kids to do! We enjoyed the outdoor movie, live music, karaoke, dog park, kids crafts and the pool/hot tub. Our kid had a blast mining gems as well! It is very clean, organized, friendly, close to town and has a trail down to the river. We'll be back with our whole family next year!

Really appreciate the amenities, how secure it felt (frequent rounds made by staff after). The use of E-bikes/motorized scooters was too much. Around the club house was the pool and park, many kids around. An electric scooter user almost hit a child then minutes later did hit a truck. Also for the cost of camping would REALLY be nice to have a free late check out when available. $30/hr is awful

Overall the stay was great. The grounds are extremely clean and loved all the activities for kids. The coffee shop opens at 8 which is late for me but much earlier than most campgrounds. Check in is easy and the employees were super helpful in explaining everything. The only negative experience was Unfortunately other guests lacking common sense. E scooters would be my biggest complaint.

We had a good stay. We appreciated the text communications and all the activities offered. Our only note would be that the camping spaces are extremely close together. Thinning out your camping spaces, rv and tent would make for a more enjoyable experience. Anyone making a reservation should make note that your neighbor is extremely close by. There is no real space between you and your neighbor.

This was our first time staying at a KOA Campground. We were very impressed by the way the camp was run. The check-in process was quick and easy. I loved the escort to our campsite and the assistance backing into our site. During our stay I observed the staff/crew working like clockwork cleaning, operating, helping campers and conducting numerous activities. This was a fantastic experience!

We were there for two nights and had a great time. Walked into town and enjoyed the sights, food, and drinks. We also spent a whole afternoon on the river - so relaxing and fun to swim. Everyone was great from staff to camp neighbors!

We love staying here. It's our 5th year coming in a row. Our only recommendation is to make the patio area by the pool a no bike area. All 3 of our kids were walking their bikes in the area and got asked to walk their bike. No bikes in that area would prevent all bike issues.

We were camping about 40 minutes away, and due to the smoke, we decided to move. I was able to book a site last-minute as our alternative was to just cut our trip short and go home. The campground is well-kept with very friendly staff and TONS of activities. It is pricier than other camping options, and we would choose a more secluded site next time, but all of the amenities were worth it!

We recently stayed with a big group of us. We reserved 10 cabins and 2 deluxe pull thru sites. Around 60 of us in total. The air quality was unhealthy, but that didn’t stop us from having a good time. Some staff were more strict than others when it came to E-Bikes/scooters and speed regulations though.

This is our third year booking this facility. It is very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that most of the activities were canceled during our stay. Karaoke both nights and move night were canceled. We intentionally stay here because of the activities and amenities.

The camp ground was fairy empty yet we were put right at the main gate. I didn't ask to get moved thinking it was full and we already set up our trailer. I really wish we would have been given the choice of a site not right in front and beside the bathroom. The bathroom was clean however we kept getting sewage smells at night while we were trying to eat. Not happy with money spent verse quality

I was kinda disappointed in my site. I thought I was getting an upgraded corner site ( I paid more). Instead it was the same size as the others, my bonus was a tetherball on the corner at which the all the kids were playing until late. It is a beautiful place to stay and if I am in the area again I would stay again, I just wouldn’t trust the map when I book my site.

It's heavily staffed which can be good but I found it invasive and most the employees were very grumpy. It's very expensive and you are crammed in like sardines. Very loud at night including a train. Lots of rules you must follow. Plus side is campground is very kid friendly with lots of stuff for them to do and river walk is awesome.

Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA is a place we visit frequently. Service is excellent. Enjoy the River access and activities that are offered.

Stayed in site 109. Paid $164/night for two nights. Since I was traveling alone, I wanted to watch some TV. The cable tv picture was snowy regardless of which cable I used. Then tried to stream video, but the camp internet kept dropping off and I would have to reconnect several times. The shower was good despite the mediocre water pressure. The Comfort Stations were clean and maintained.

We had the best time! so much fun that we didn't even leave the campground! We did tie-dye, stuff-a-bear, and bingo! Spent time at the pool! Had a fabulous time mining for gem stones - so much more than I expected. And even went swimming in the river and jumped off of rocks! the staff was courteous and helpful. Especially the folks doing all the crafts! See you next year!

Although the park was clean it was looking like it was in need of some maintenance. We were on the end by comfort station 3 and the landscaping ws looking really tired, weed blocking sticking out, mulch gone and weeds all over. It was not like all the other koa we have stayed at.

Nice KOA, beautiful riverside location. Clean/hot showers and bathrooms. Not much privacy at the camp sites, kind of close together but lots of amenities. You can walk to town if you are ok walking along the highway.

One of the best KOA'S we've stayed at. During October fest. Staff and immunity's were perfect. Beautiful surroundings. When we first arrived they told us that the water was off due to a repair being made but was on within a hour. A couple of days later a Staff member came to our site to ask us not to dumb our tanks due to a sewer blockage downstream of our site and wouldn't be able to get a plumber until the next day, was ok as we didn't need to. Just a very nice location in the mountains with the pine trees and river
