Stay was great. I was confused about the cost. When I reserved, I reserved for 2 adults and 1 pet. I did expect to be charged extra for my adult son who joined us but my husband and I and our dog all ended up being additional charge then what was estimated. I have not had this happen at a KOA before.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is unfortunate you stay was less than satisfactory. Your initial cost was the site with 2 adults and 1 vehicle. As per web site all extra people and pets cost an additional fee depending on numbers using the site. Happy Kamping!

We arrived after office hours, but the manager made things simple and easy for us to stay the night during a long trip. Amazing staff, lovely campground with every convenience.

This KOA is very well kept. Lots of staff that were very helpful. I needed some propane and they came to my site, picked up my bottles and returned them to me full. Great service

Koa leavenworth is the most beautiful koa campground i have ever stayed at in my whole life and if you want the best service ever ask for Russ, he really took care of us!

April 1-4,2024. Camped with 27’ Airstream. Pull through close to entrance. Full hook up provided along with spacious concrete patio, hearty, movable chairs, table, swing bench, clean/fueled Weber BBQ and brick fire pit. Plenty of room between camp sites. Everything was clean and well maintained. The Pine Village KOA is beautifully located, nestled on east edge of town. Highly Recommend!

Very friendly staff and very accommodating, nice campground facilities. The only issues we had was a long term campers barking dog that kept getting the other dogs wound up. We made a complaint to staff and it helped a little but still very annoying, especially since the terms state that nuisance animals would be asked to leave. Also the area around the site like the parking area was muddy .

It was only overnight but the check-in host shared all the great trails within KOA for dogs and views of river. Also, a partial refund for cold shower which Garry immediately was fixing and let the registration person know it was not working. Thank you for great customer service. All the best during your busy season soon.

We understand your concern and the view of The Enchantments is still the same. Without the apartments, Leavenworth would not have housing for employees to support tourism

All good. Beautiful grounds. Super helpful and knowledgeable and kind staff. River walk was gorgeous. Bathrooms were clean. Views from the campground are stunning.

Mid February stay friendly staff well kept everything. Nice clean bathrooms and laundry facilities. Only request would be to put more gravel down on the newer pads where we stayed. It was hard to keep the mud out of the RV.

The staff did great and were very responsive and helpful in very bitterly cold temps. No problem getting around as they managed the deep snow.

During the winter time in the past, it was much more family friendly. They had fires going outside. The hot tub was open and the building next to the main office had old-school arcade games and woodstove going. None of that exists now. Now it’s just your average camping place with a rather nice office and things for sale. Bathroom and showers were very nice. Hard to get staff to answer phone.

Everything at the campground was good. The campground was easy to navigate, had nice amenities (most closed for winter) the location was good for sour trip to town. But for someone that basically didn't use anything other than power and sewer. it was kind of irritating have to pay $8 for my child to camp with us. Other than that everything was good.

Saturday 12/9 it snowed heavily, but as soon as it started your crews were busy plowing the roads. Thanks ! I know it is not your doing but if you could pass on to the city counsel that Leavenworth appears more secular than in past. I did not see or hear Merry Christmas no Manger. I lived in Germany 7 years been to several Christkindel Markets, Leavenworth is not one. Will not return.

We stay at the Leavenworth KOA every December. It’s conveniently located-walking distance into town or few min. walk to the free shuttle behind Safeway. The cabins are decorated with Christmas lights. The store is stocked & one of the best stores in the KOA family. This last visit, it snowed for 17 hours. the maintenance crew plowed roads and sites! On our arrival there was snow between the sights from a snow fall last week. We got a long pull thru for my 37’ class A. Sites are angles to the roads. Two sewer connections for different sized RVs. Heated water faucet. Lots of tent sites in rear or campground. Office staff wonderful. Close to town as we came for the Christmas lights and festivities. Didn’t use wash rooms or laundry.

We had a great stay, would have been nice if the snow would have been shoveled farther out around the campsite so you could walk to your vehicle without slipping and falling.

For being a winter destination I expected amenities like the hot tub being open. Looks like all of their planning fun is for summer and nothing for winter stays. Disappointing winter stay.

I was pleasantly surprised what a wonderful, well kept park it was. I’ve been through a couple other KOAs and I was not impressed. Here, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautifully maintained campground.

Our site was way to small and tight (To close to neighbors) for $100 plus there was really no value, $50 would have been a stretch only for the 30 AMP and bathroom use.

It is unfortunate that a 40' site was to small for your 20' camper van, next time you might try booking a 65' site. If you come in off-season our prices are adjusted to better fit your request. Happy Kamping!

Excellent stay. Very clean sites (we stayed at an rv site) Ammenities included a fireplace, chairs and a rocking bench, and a bbq, all placed on a clean cement slab. The store was adorable and affordable with things %50 off. We ended up leaving late and we didn't get hassled at all about it. Very clean and pull threw sites.
