Everything was fabulous and we had a wonderful time. However we are disappointed in how high the costs are now…$700 for 2 nights in a cabin and $55 for an extra vehicle for 2 nights? I’ve camped here for 15 years and it makes me sad prices are so high now

The river access is spectacular! I have already suggested this seat to friends. Layout of the park was great. Bathrooms were clean. Our cabin stay was cozy—bonus to have AC!!!

Wonderful staff, incredibly kind & helpful. Very clean park & facilities. So much for the kids to do. Coffee & ice cream bar is a great perk.

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was very nice. The problem is my husband and i both walk with canes, and the chairs and seating in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Both the indoor dining chairs and the futon were horrible.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and love it still! Definitely will come back. Loved all the activities. Recommendations: So many people were eating and drinking at the pool and left trash everywhere. New movies to watch, the ones you have are scratched. The AC flow in the cabins doesn’t cool the main area very well. Was too hot at night still trying to sleep on the queen bed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at checkin. Additionally, they helped us purchase KOA Gift Cards for our families that were arriving the next day. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked, as was the rest of the campground. The comfort stations were immaculate. Staff was always available to provide service.

We had the best time camping with our grandkids and friends. The grounds are beautifully kept, the staff was friendly and kept a close watch on everything, therefore we felt good about letting the grands bike and scooter all through the grounds. The pool was great also. This was our first time there, but already booked again for next year!

Stayed at many KOAs. This one is money gouging, very rude employees. Messed up reservation and blamed me, costing me double. Could have stayed in two nice hotels for same cost. Threatened us for laughing after 10 when others were doing the same all weekend. Rude texts all weekend. Lost car keys so checked out 20 mins late and they charged me. Will not stay here again and possibly ever at a KOA.

We love Leavenworth and this is a nice KOA. Location is great, just a 5 min drive to town. We stayed in a cabin- 2 adults, 1 child. Bunk beds had no privacy in the hallway. Having our own bathroom and shower was a huge bonus. One and only complaint that stands out was the pool. It gets pretty nasty/cloudy/dirty mid afternoon. If you’re going to use it, be there at 9 am when it opens.

Loved our stay there with our 3 year old. Couple things that would improve the campground: -- More camping cabins -- More shaded sites around the property. It was hot!!

The spaces are so very small. Charging for an extra vehicle on top of the already expensive sites is crazy to me . However having a pool there with lots of kids activities is a big plus!

When we arrived we upgraded from an RV site to a cabin because the RV became unavailable the evening prior to our reservation. The campground refused to apply the money we had paid when the RV site was reserved. Add this to the fact that the Pine Village is one of the most expensive campgrounds in the entire state, such treatment is unfathomable.

You reserved 2 sites. Per National Cancellation Policy we needed 7 days notice to cancel, not the day you arrive. The policy was received by you along with costs in your confirmation letter.

We loved our stay so much the location was convenient the activities were great and fun our kids loved the Bingo so much! Facilities were very clean. Only negative was we did not receive notification about the burn ban in advance of check in we recieved the notification after we had been on the road for 1hr. Would have loved to get that information a day ahead would have been helpful.

Clean, good, feeled safe. Personnel we're so nice and patient. The one complaint was other campers used both sides of the cabin as a walk way on the way to the pool or river area. Thanks for the great workers, refreshing.

Had a great stay. Bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. The cabin was great! My only complaint is the extra car parking fee. We had to bring three vehicles, so paid an extra $25/day per car per day, and had to find someone who only had a single car to register it. If I’m playing $400 a night for a cabin it should at least include the two parking spots directly in front of the cabi

We love KOA's. However, this week was a disaster. They refused to downgrade us from an 8 person, to a 6 person lodge, though we called ahead of time & ten, 6 person lodges were empty. The clerk forgot to give us our key. Then, 30 minutes later our credit card was charged $33.75 for early check-in. (Without warning) This KOA has sadly become more about money & greed, than people. Do not recommend.

You were charged an early checkin fee per policy which is in your confirmation email and also in your pre arrival text. Our staff needs time to clean everything for our guests. You upgraded to an 8 person cabin in June and we did not have 6 person cabins available. The key? Staff apologized

The cabin and staff were wonderful! When I checked in, my balance was $100 MORE than what it showed in my confirmation email. Not sure why? Also, my membership discount wasn’t applied. I expected more space/privacy between cabins. Felt like everyone was packed in like sardines. Disappointed.

Our stay was fine, however we feel you’re out to get $ at ever angle you can. Charging $70 for another vehicle to be parked for 2 days is insane, especially when renting a cabin that holds 2 families, promoting that ice can be delivered but then slapping on a charge for it, allowing dogs but wow the fee to bring them. Everything at your facility is SO expensive.

Reservation system is very lacking however the park if great and Laurie is amazing, she worked very hard to turn around a bad situation and her hard work is what saved our trip. Would come back again but would call to verify reservation

Last minute add on reservations can be extremely difficult to keep people in the same site. For future reference many guests are utilizing Select My Site to pick a specific site and not have to wait Chu sites mid stay with multiple reservations. We know Lori is truly amazing and so thankful!

I have been bringing my kids to the Leavenworth KOA for 4 years in a row now and we really enjoy it! It may be our last due to the prices, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our summer trips here. The bathrooms are always clean, the kids love the activities, and the staff are usually very kind.

This is the third year my family, niece, son, mom and dad all stayed at KOA Leavenworth. We love it. Efficient friendly staff, many activities. We use cabins and RV sites, my sister brings her dogs. Everyone LOVES IT!! we didn't want to leave and will be back next year!

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
