We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and very cute plenty of linens and towels. If I could do a 4.5 stars I would, no wifi at the cabin which for late at night I would have liked.The shower head is incredibly short, I had to basically sit to rinse my hair.The water pressure is really low as well, Im sure due to water conservation but being so short and low it took showering a lot longer.

This is the 2nd year our gymnastic team family has camped at the KOA and we love it!!! The girls have a blast team bonding while the parents get to know each other. It’s a great tradition we are starting. Thank you for a fabulous time!! See you next year!!

Was pretty disappointed in the stay. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely filthy and didn't appear anyone had cleaned it. We were charged for a third vehicle at our site for 278.00. We were not warned or asked about it, just happened. We did get it reversed at the end of the stay, which was cut short due to the smoke.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is unfortunate that rules and policies dont matter until action has been applied. There is a 2 vehicle maximum per site which is documented in the paper work received. A text was sent out asking for the removal of the 3rd vehicle with no response. Charges were made according to policy.

We have been staying here for many years and always enjoy our stay. There is a lot to do right at the campground but we are usually too busy doing things in the surrounding areas. The cabin was clean comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool during the 100 degree weather, it was great to come back to after being in the sun all day!

While it was over 100 degrees, the staff were always willing to help, they were all amazing!! Everything about this KOA was great and I am going to highly recommend it to everyone!

Had an amazing stay at the Leavenworth KOA. So much to do. It was super hot but there is plenty of shady areas and the pool is plenty big to accommodate larger numbers of people. Only nit pick is the sites are all so close together that there is almost no privacy. But I think that's par for the course at a KOA.

Well kept campground with friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool. Sites for the most part are decent. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was nice with air conditioning. Campground has lots of activities to do everyday for the whole family. The Wenatchee River runs by the campground which is a great place to cool off and have fun. The quaint Bavarian town of Leavenworth is minutes away, a must see!

Cabin was full of cobwebs; AC unit couldn't keep up with the heat. Did not like to see vagrants wandering through campsites -- I overhead them trying to find a spot to squat for the night. Also didn't like seeing people using drugs on the sidewalk outside of the campground. K9 dog area should have grass -- being full of rocks did not make it a useful area.

We did not seem to meet your expectations. Did you contact the office or after hours emergency number for all of your issues? Your perceived vagrants were Pacific Coast Trail hikers. We get raving reviews about our new dog parks and how the dogs climb and play on the rocks. Happy Kamping.

This was the 4th year in a row staying at KOA in a cabin. Love it here! The river,, pool, shopping, coffee and ice cream shack and friendly, helpful staff. Already booked for 2024.

Cabin was clean. Staff pleasant. Issues were attended to quickly. Bed against wall was difficult to get out, had to roll over spouse or crawl over footboard. Bed sagged in the middle with two in the bed. No shelves in bathroom.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the Leavenworth KOA. The staff were friendly and mostly responsive to texts. The amenities and activities available were great. One big issue was that our cabin was not cleaned appropriately. Our kids used the bunk beds, and on our first night, found garbage and used acne pads between the wall and mattress. It was pretty gross. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough.

This was our 7th Annual Family Camping trip to your location. We initially started as three (myself and my two sons) and have grown to nearly 30 extended friends and family. We've evolved from tents and a tent trailer to cabins and we are already planning for next year. We did a Saturday hike on Old Pipeline Bed Trail and a Sunday river float. We love this trip and will be back next year!

More than 25 years visiting each summer. So fun getting the grandkids excited about Leavenworth and this fun, activity packed campground. Bingo, rock painting, coffee hut, river, pool, scavenger hunt - we did it all.

We stayed in a Deluxe cabin. Would have been nice to had ice cube trays in the freezer. The loft was extremely hot for sleeping , even with the two units running . Some sound proofing in the floor of the loft would have helped also. every thing that hit the floor, sounded like it was coming down into the main bedroom. We did enjoy our stay.

Great! The best KOA we’ve stayed at. I would say that it could be improved by more frequent cleaning for the bathrooms, especially those right at the pool. More frequent cleaning of the pool itself would also be beneficial. It wasn’t gross, but after an aft of kids playing it it, there was a lot of hair and foam debris from floaties. Otherwise, the cabins, staff and amenities were top notch!

The campground was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Wish the pool had longer hours especially for kids who are excited to swim in the morning and when it is light out late in the smiler, such as 8am -9pm. The crafts in the text messages were not always free and wish would have known some of them cost money before deciding to go and get the kids excited about them.

Loved our stay. The kids had an amazing time and thats the most important thing. There were a few things that could have been better. We done multiple koa’s and the tye dye at this one wasnt well organized. We left with shirt dripping of dye. Also we came across lots of extremely unfriendly staff. We visited & although we hadn’t been in 3yrs we saw the changes. From when we arrived 20min early to being asked very rudely to leave campsite to my teen niece being questioned as to why she wanted a receipt for buying ice or even going to rec room & being scolded on our ages & rules, wasn't good experience. It’s different now w/ being bought by franchise! The rest was great but I feel cheated
