We always have a wonderful family gathering there!! It is the perfect get-away, very clean and is the perfect size! You have a wonderful store that our grandchildren love to choose a special gift to play with all of their cousins. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and kind! We always have different weather which makes each trip unique! We love to camp there!! Thank you!!

The negative review is not because of staff or the cabin. It was due to the excessive & high fees. We rented the smallest cabin they had for 2 nights, at higher prices than other KOAs, I’m a member. Our group rented 4 cabins total. The dog fee was 11.50 each PER night. I have two 5 lb Yorkies. Why My husband met up with us, we were charged $25 a night for his work truck. Why I won’t b

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

When you made your reservation online in September 2023, additional fees were disclosed 4 times: online, in your confirmation email,in your welcome text and on your signed receipt. Many KOAs dont permit pets in cabins at all due to damage. Happy Kamping!

We love this KOA and have returned a few times. The staff and location are wonderful. We found that our cabin was not as clean this time as in past trips which was a bit of a disappointment.

We brought a group of students for our weekend retreat and chose Pine Village KOA because of its closeness to Seattle, great location close to Leavenworth for exploring, and the campground is one of my favorite KOA's. Its clean, in the woods, lots of amenities and great customer service. The 6 person Kabins were perfect for our group and they got us all right next to each other. Loved it!

We loved our stay!!! Our cabin was cozy & clean! The staff was kind & so helpful! For Fall decor, there could be less of the scarey skulls & grim reapers. Younger kids are afraid of them. Maybe more emphasis on Festive Fall, pumpkins, leaves, lights, cute blowups…More of a Harvest theme… Thanks so much! We’ll be back!

Beautiful park, cozy cabin. We loved it although we had some pretty happy kampers next door who thought it would be a good idea to party until 3:30 in the morning . We didn’t realize our stay was on the last few days of Oktoberfest! Lol. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The layout of the campground was excellent. Very easy to navigate. The cabin that I stayed in was very clean. Props to the entire crew & staff. In addition, the free shuttle/transit was an excellent amenity.

Amazing staff! Myself and two of my friends came to celebrate my birthday and we had an absolute blast! We also came during Oktoberfest and couldn't have asked for a better time. There was a shuttle that we took to downtown that is right by the campground which was super convenient and took the stress away from finding a ride.

We had an amazing stay at the Leavenworth Pine Village KOA! The communication leading up to our stay was great and gave me very clear directions on the process leading up to our stay. When we arrived the staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and the campgrounds were awesome! Our cabin was amazing and we had a fantastic visit! Thank you KOA! We will be coming back for sure!

We rented a cabin for oktoberfest + overall we’re happy. One fewer star bc dog leashes and leash length were not visibly enforced. The folks at the site next to us had their dog roaming a lot and so we had to take extra precaution and planning to ensure we could safely take out our pup. Cleaning was also only ok. There was a used tissue on the floor. Otherwise, would totally plan to stay again

We came for the Octoberfest weekend and loved staying in the cabin. We have never stayed at a KOA before and now I think we will search for another one to stay in on a different adventure. Thanks so much!

The cleanliness of the room, showers & laundry facilities and the overall campground was exceptional. I really enjoyed the river walk acess as well as being greeted by the staff. Would highly recommend to others!!!

Online my only option for a shower was a deluxe cabin or greater. Never been there before. Cabin was way too fancy, too much for me and $$$. When i checked in i was told the campground HAS showers, not listed online and told "yeah we are working on that". NOISY. Parties next door. Put the single person next to families of kids and smokers when other cabins available. No exit sign near office.

I have been going to this KOA for years. Always felt welcome. The place is huge now but they still pay attention to details and make you feel welcome

Better than expected, the deluxe cabin was quite comfortable! The only downside is the AC unit, it is quite noisy when trying to sleep! The next night we opened all the windows, so with the ceiling fan it was comfortable. The Queen bed was quite comfortable.

So much to do for kids and families. The river access is easy and the river is beautiful place to be with friends and family. I wish I would have discovered comfort station #2, it is 100x better than the comfort station at the main office. I will be planing our next stay near that comfort station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our next stay

We stayed in the bigger cabin which is very nice.The grounds here are well kept. However, the jacuzzi was out of service, the fold out couch had mud in it, the main bed sheets were dirty. The maid was confrontational w/ attitude, this was resolved when I asked her to change the sheets. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Love staying at the KOA. All the amenities make it worth it. We got assigned a great location for the cabin. The only thing i would say is the movie choice could have been better for the holiday weekend. Otherwise so happy with the weekend. Cant wait to come back again!
