We stayed in a cabin and it was surface clean but not clean clean. The floors all felt dirty. You could see dirt around the edges of the walls. The fans didn’t look like they had been cleaned in months at least. We were left with 4 pieces of paper towel. A little bottle of shampoo and conditioner when it said toiletries were included. Not sure how 2 people can use that for a 3 night stay.

It was great but I really wish your wifi was better its really hard to enjoy down time when your wifi is so bad it barely works unless its on the strongest connective devices like laptops.

The ladies we checked in with were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and organized. Campers were quiet after 10. I appreciated our cabin location as we were camping with other family members in the front RV section. The proximity to the town center was nice, as well as to the grocery store. Thank you!

Friendly staff, lots of activities and nature, clean. Would highly recommend! The cabins and RVs are quite close together but everyone respected the quiet time hours.

They had a Karaoke night that was really fun for the kids. The space is great and super clean. Our cabin did have a bit of an odd smell like pee, but otherwise, it was very comfortable. We are planning on going back soon!

I've stayed here for years & this was the worst. The AC was broken & they didn't have enough backups so they told me it was performing appropriately. Was set to 66 & output was 77 degrees. The main light was out & never came back to fix, tear in floor, window wouldn't open, front door not closing properly, & finally the constant dismissive staff for my concerns of my children's well-being.

Love meeting my daughter and her family at KOA Leavenworth yearly . Safety for kids is so important and we feel here at KOA .

We upgraded this year to a deluxe Kabin and it was wonderful. So fun to have a bathroom and a kitchen. We loved it. Used the coffee stand daily. Great activities for the kids.....we also did Bingo and even the high school boys enjoyed it. Floated the river again this year ...great fun. Assumed as a FULL kitchen we would have an oven, so that was a surprise. Also AC in the little bedro

We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful and everything was very convenient. We rented a cabin which was stocked well, was comfortable and thankfully had A/C. The river area was stunning, the pool was lots of fun for the kids. We ran out of propane and it was picked up, refilled and returned in minutes for an extremely reasonable price, conveniently charged to our card on file.

Getting more expensive. Check in not until 3 and they make You check out at 11am. Only 4 forks in cabin of 6. Garbage never came. Broken bathroom door. Tv didn’t work. We just go for the convenience of being at the river all day and being able to shower etc after.

Very crowded, the office staff were helpful sometimes but most the time 4-5 of them would be standing there while there was a line and only one person being helped. The excessive texts were annoying we could have done one text upon arrival with all the information and been done with it. The bathroom showers had large clumps of hair in the drain. We like the location, and the Kid activities

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and grandkids, the deluxe cabin was comfortable and clean and located well in the park. Activities were well run and overall this is a very nice campground in a beautiful area. One small unpleasantry was getting a text upon leaving that we did not vacate before the 11am time, which was not true, we were out well before 11am.

We stayed in a cabin for our first time and we prefer bringing an RV. Cabins are very expensive for what you get but we love our annual trip to this particular KOA. The location is amazing!!!! The river is the best!

All great time there. Done several summers there with my kid 2002 thru 2012 and now with the grandkids. We've done December also to enjoy snowy Leavenworth and the reindeer farm. Also stay a couple nights when I travel east to Montana, etc. The staff every visit has been top notch. We'll be back in the future.

Need to ban the electric scooters. Kids flying around the park way to fast. Need to find a way to keep kids in their sites. Kids were using our site like a highway. Not very relaxing when you have to pay alot of money to stay here.

Everything was fabulous and we had a wonderful time. However we are disappointed in how high the costs are now…$700 for 2 nights in a cabin and $55 for an extra vehicle for 2 nights? I’ve camped here for 15 years and it makes me sad prices are so high now

The river access is spectacular! I have already suggested this seat to friends. Layout of the park was great. Bathrooms were clean. Our cabin stay was cozy—bonus to have AC!!!

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was very nice. The problem is my husband and i both walk with canes, and the chairs and seating in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Both the indoor dining chairs and the futon were horrible.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and love it still! Definitely will come back. Loved all the activities. Recommendations: So many people were eating and drinking at the pool and left trash everywhere. New movies to watch, the ones you have are scratched. The AC flow in the cabins doesn’t cool the main area very well. Was too hot at night still trying to sleep on the queen bed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at checkin. Additionally, they helped us purchase KOA Gift Cards for our families that were arriving the next day. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked, as was the rest of the campground. The comfort stations were immaculate. Staff was always available to provide service.

We had the best time camping with our grandkids and friends. The grounds are beautifully kept, the staff was friendly and kept a close watch on everything, therefore we felt good about letting the grands bike and scooter all through the grounds. The pool was great also. This was our first time there, but already booked again for next year!

Stayed at many KOAs. This one is money gouging, very rude employees. Messed up reservation and blamed me, costing me double. Could have stayed in two nice hotels for same cost. Threatened us for laughing after 10 when others were doing the same all weekend. Rude texts all weekend. Lost car keys so checked out 20 mins late and they charged me. Will not stay here again and possibly ever at a KOA.

We love Leavenworth and this is a nice KOA. Location is great, just a 5 min drive to town. We stayed in a cabin- 2 adults, 1 child. Bunk beds had no privacy in the hallway. Having our own bathroom and shower was a huge bonus. One and only complaint that stands out was the pool. It gets pretty nasty/cloudy/dirty mid afternoon. If you’re going to use it, be there at 9 am when it opens.

The spaces are so very small. Charging for an extra vehicle on top of the already expensive sites is crazy to me . However having a pool there with lots of kids activities is a big plus!

We had a great time at KOA in Leavenworth for the 3-day long memorial day weekend. The place is incredible, with tons of nature, activities, clean bathrooms, nice showers and overall just fun for families. Strongly recommended and we'll be coming back.

Lovely setting for camping set amongst the trees. Many nice cabins as well as RV and tent sites. The trail by the river very nice.
