Great campground and bathrooms! Only thing we weren’t aware of was that some of the beds in the cabin aren’t real mattresses but pads.

This is one of the best KOAs I’ve been to. So much to do. Our stay was during Oktoberfest and the staff had control of the situation to ensure the camp remained quiet as everyone continued to arrive from the festivities. Our cabin was clean and had all the necessities. We loved the dog park and the laundry was also clean and affordable. We’ll definitely be back!

Cabin was clean and nice! Staff was very helpful and the shuttle stop right out front for Oktoberfest was so nice!

Campground is too packed with sites and cabins with no space between them. Cabin was not as advertised as the loft has such a low ceiling it is virtually unusable and 2nd adult bed for 2 wipes out the living and eating area. Clearly a for profit, squeeze as much out as possible at the expense of comfort and space. People were nice but neighbors literally shared your space. Neighbors on top of you.

We did not see anywhere posted that inserting the socket of the fairy lights would bring a KOA worker to our quiet fire the very first night, he was instructed to cut the end off the lights so we could not plug it in again. This is absolutely ludicrous. How much is it gonna cost for you to employ a person to go to repair all this? Wait, we get to pay!!!!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The fairy lights as you called them are Christmas lights to be turned on at Christmas time. You were asked multiple times not to plug them in. The removal of the plug is the last alternative when people have a hard time listening.

5 of us stayed 2 nights. We took the shuttle into town for Octoberfest. Had a blast.

We stayed in one of your dlx cabins for two nights which was cute. However, the mattress on the bed was TERRIBLE. it was so old and had zero support. My husband and myself sunk into the middle of it. I have been dealing with a back ache since we’ve been home. For the amount of money you charge for these cabins you should make it comfortable for your guests where they would want to come back.

This was our first time staying at a KOA. It was conveniently located and we stayed in a little cabin which was perfect for just the two of us. We will definitely look into other KOAs as we travel.

We were very disappointed that our towel and other requests were left on the porch and we had to bring them in

I used to come here as a child with my family and now my husband and I are bringing our children. We love the family friendly atmosphere, how clean everything is and how helpful the staff are!!!

Staff was so awesome! Remembered my kids names. We got really cold tent camping and they helped us get a cabin so we wouldn’t get cold again. KOA was clean, bathrooms always clean, pool area was clean. When we camp in Leavenworth we always stay here!:)

Been coming to this KOA for 30 years. First with our kids and now with our kids and grandkids. Many improvements and additions throughout the years. Karaoke, Tiie-dye and Bingo are favorites with the grandkids. The only negative is the prices for cabins have increased so much over the past 5 years.

Our family loves the Leavenworth KOA! The cabin was clean and cozy, river swimming was great, and fantastic live music!

Bobby was the only person on our vacation that was rude to us. I’ve never had a koa employee be the least bit unfriendly and he was down right rude!

It was great. There are two safety concerns: the stairs are slanted down that would be a fall/slip hazards (cabin KL09); the hot water is too hot, it could scald a skin. It’s probably way above 120° standard setting. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, quiet, great family get-togethers, staffs are awesome, rules were enforced professionally. The cabin we stayed in was beautifully clean and loved the porch swing. The comfort station(bathrooms/showers) was well maintained and clean regularly. But some activities such as movie night and live bans, was canceled last minute even when the weather was clear. Quiet time is from 10 pm, but the park and surrounding was closed down way before then.

Amazing stay again! This is the 10th year we’ve stayed at the campground and it’s better than ever. They got rid of the charges for extra vehicles! The bathrooms and pool are in great condition. Maintenance and housekeeping were quick to drop off paper towels, TP and trash bags. Front desk staff was friendly. Overall a great stay. Thank you! We’re already booking for next year.

It was very crowded. Just did not seem as inviting as it has been in the past. The staff did not seem as friendly as they have been during the last few stays. My family will probably stay somewhere else next year.

We had a group of about 25 people, with multiple cabins. This our third stay at a KOA, and our first at Leavenworth, and it was a great time! We loved the the outdoor pool, as well as the proximity to the river (although quite cold with a decent current, it was beautiful). The cabins were clean (aside from the floors needing a bit of a scrub), bedding, toiletries and coffee was appreciated.

Cleanest most organized campground I’ve ever been to. The staff is stellar! The cabins are perfect. Comfy and clean with a great shower! Just rustic enough to still feel like you’re at a campground. The live music was awesome as, I mean really, who does that? It was perfect. The ice cream was a hit! We reserved the cabin we want for next year. It’s our new anniversary spot:)

I have stayed here many times over the years, but not since it was expanded. It is not a cozy getaway anymore but a city to itself. You are packed in with as many guests as possible and it is nothing like it was. It felt like camping in a daycare. You don’t get any value for the money anymore and I definitely would not come back or recommend.

I love this KOA! It’s well maintained with friendly staff. My one concern that I noticed with my recent stay is with the rise in popularity of e-bikes and e-scooters. A lot of kids were flying through the property at unsafe speeds. Someone could get seriously hurt if a collision were to happen at those speeds.

I’ve been coming to Pine Village KOA for 20 years, and it is improved every year! Clean, safe for kids, access to both river in town, along with a nearby grocery store. Look forward to coming back next year.

Stay was really good. Enjoyed our time. The one thing that would make a stay great would be the shower heads in the cabins to have shower wands. The shower heads were low for average to tall people as well as water coverage made for longer showers.

Came here with 4 yo Grandson for 'grandparent camp'. Stayed in a deluxe cabin & was impressed at how they provide the amenities to cook! Nice outdoor grill, handy hotplate, convenient Keurig, fab bath towel, & God bless the airconditioner and fan! We brought his bike, swam in pool and river, & did crafts they provided. Steep $$ though - more like a luxury hotel per night vs campground - A splurge

We wer in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful! So very well appointed, very clean and perfect for our needs. The campgrounds were immaculate. The rules were very clear and we were reminded daily (via text) what the expectations were. The correspondence from KOA was remarkable! From the days before we arrived and throughout our trip. Great group to work with!

We had a wonderful time! The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. The campground is cared for and maintained impeccably. So many amenities are offered and our whole family really enjoyed so many of them. We have been visiting this KOA for 9 years when our granddaughter was 1 YO. We already have reservations for 2027!

Nice KOA, beautiful riverside location. Clean/hot showers and bathrooms. Not much privacy at the camp sites, kind of close together but lots of amenities. You can walk to town if you are ok walking along the highway.

One of the best KOA'S we've stayed at. During October fest. Staff and immunity's were perfect. Beautiful surroundings. When we first arrived they told us that the water was off due to a repair being made but was on within a hour. A couple of days later a Staff member came to our site to ask us not to dumb our tanks due to a sewer blockage downstream of our site and wouldn't be able to get a plumber until the next day, was ok as we didn't need to. Just a very nice location in the mountains with the pine trees and river
