Very tight, small camp sites. Don't go with a family, too small of camping area. Also, your employees that camp in 118 , smoke pot all the time! It smelled up our tent site. Wasn't very pleasant!

Nice area. Lots of construction which makes getting in and to the office a bit difficult. Would stay here again as it is pretty quiet (construction is only on weekdays and doesn't start until after 7am) but I imagine during the week the construction would be quite noisy

Everything - staff, cleanliness, activities for wee ones, and more - was top notch! Reservation and check in a breeze - we were escorted to our site - comfort station very close. Gift shop well stocked with souvenirs and convenience items. Ice/wood even deliverable!

One of the better KOA’s. Great location, spacious sites for the deluxe pull thru. The construction on the outside of the park was a negative, but not a significant one. Good amenities and a good stay.

Wifi not at site. Welcome brochure says first point “to enjoy your stay checkout time is 11:00”. Not very welcoming.

Didn’t enjoy paying $100 night to basically be in the parking lot. Our picnic table was by the neighboring rvs sewer dump. Really nice folks.

Centrally located to downtown and the bus station. Staff were very efficient and cleaned vacated spots immediately. A little costly, but a great family experience!

Beautiful, well run KOA. Private river access. All day trash pick-up at our site. Very nice patio furniture and swing. Great staff. Our best experience ever at a KOA. Hope to return.

stayed for a week , loved it, used comfort station #2, which could have been cleaned little bit more often, BUT what an awesome place, end of the season so the coffee station was only open on the weekend but we loved hanging out at the river, what a peaceful place loved the diversity on the campground, from big 45 ft RV just a tent and loved chatting with the through hikers

1. If there are better sites available (there were plenty), let us know we could pick one and move. My site was yuk. There were plenty open nice ones, and I paid top dollar. 2. That guy who "escorts" you to your site? No thanks. The diesel was choking me. He was vague and I missed my site. Then he was rude about it. Just give us a map. We can do it. 3. The lady at the front desk was lovely.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Its unfortunate your 1 night stay did not meet your expectations. Did you contact the office via in person, text, phone or email to request a different site? As hard as our staff tries they cant read peoples minds. We escort all RV sites and we dont have diesel vehicles. Happy Kamping!

They stay was great. It was a very nice campground. The restrooms by the office need to have the floors cleaned and re sealed. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We stayed at front of park. Quiet spot and area. Grass in terrible shape and no trees. Not very picturesque. Nice pool area. Nice walk to river. Close to the free city bus to town. Close to Safeway. We enjoyed Leavenworth.

Gorgeous campground and surroundings. We really loved the river walk! Friendly efficient staff. We'll definitely be staying here again! Huge campground but the forest makes it so peaceful, and the huge rock formations in what we thought must be a new area are beautiful. If you don't tent or RV, it seemed like they had about 50 or more cabins!

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Leavenworth this is the way to go. I've stayed here 4 times and always in one of the rustic cabins. It is definitely not normal camping but more luxury. The playground is great for kids and the cabins have heat and ac. If you are just looking to explore Leavenworth without an authentic camping experience this place is top notch.
