We love this KOA location. This location is an annual trip for our family. I would have to say that although I know how extremely busy it is during the Summer season, it would be great if the phone could be answered more often. There was also a bit of a domestic situation going on two spots from ours that wasn't taken as seriously as it should have been. It just didn't feel like the "same ol' KOA.

We are so glad to you love our KOA! We work extremely hard to make every stay memorable. We try very hard to answer the phones as our office staff availability allows. Unfortunately the domestic dispute became more than our staff was permitted to address and law enforcement was necessary.

The BEST KOA we have been to! Hands down!!! Amazing staff, amazing grounds! Just all around perfect! Bravo to the hard work it takes to make such a beautiful place run!!!

Excellent stay! Beautiful, well maintained KOA. Staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating and always greeted with a smile! The staff here really made this a 10/10, wouldn’t change a thing about this experience, kids loved it, adults loved it! Thank you Leavenworth KOA, you guys are awesome.

Impressed with the state of repair and cleanliness of the whole place. Plenty of activities for the children, the sites were comfortably spaced, the staff helpful (being guided to our site upon arrival was a great introduction), the showers were next-level, and the Iced coffee was delicious. Thank you for a great stay, we'll be back!

We were on a trip with grandkids and daughter in law. We had a good time. My only “complaint” is the extra charge for adult. I don’t understand that one. Anyhow the employees were all very nice. It was our second time there and we will be back.

This KOA is better than many we have stayed in. Very clean, good staff and professionally run. The only negative is that someone needs to make a run through the park after 10 p.m. and tone down the parties. By midnight I had to close all the windows there was so much noise.

Site was somewhat difficult to get into and was very dusty. The garbage pick up was great. We did not use any of the amenities as we did not have children with us

What a beautiful and very large campground. This is very much a family oriented KOA with lots of different activities for the kids. My only negative comment is that the bathrooms are not cleaned often enough. Due to the large number of campers, the bathrooms should be cleaned several times a day. Otherwise, this location is wonderful and we loved our site.

Great stay, very clean campground. Staff all around and easy to contact. We had an emergency while there with a friends 76 year old dad falling on the rocks by river, they made sure medics were brought right to us and one staff member stayed with us the whole time.

Amazing place. Service was as good as the best hotels that I've stayed in - it was next level stuff. Our daughter loved all of the activities. The place is so much fun and a great sense of community with the travelers. I genuinely regretted not planning more of our days at this location, especially once I realized how beautiful the river walk was. You should all pat yourselves on the back. A+

Clean campground, super friendly staff, so many amenities. One of our most favorite places to stay! Notable mentions- the River access, great spot to wade or swim, and this location is easily walkable to downtown Leavenworth

The set up for our kids is why we come Downside this time was more then once when we visited the store (to buy something) the workers told my 5 year old to not touch or play with the balls. One worker even said the balls can get dirty & then others won’t buy them. Are you kidding me!This is a family friendly campground. This is the nicest KOA we have stayed at in our over 35 years of RVing. Great and friendly staff and great parking areas and amenities. Not KOA's fault but we were disappointed in the town of Leavenworth. Parking was a problem and parking was expensive.

Nice KOA. We wanted to be in Leavenworth and it was convenient. Very busy campground especially on weekends. Courteous staff. Walking distance to Safeway, free bus for downtown Leavenworth and right on the Wenatchee River.

First time here, and super impressed!!! I can’t say enough great things about the campground. It was such a great experience! On our last day, my son said,”if I don’t get dressed, then we can’t go home, right?"

The stay was good. The site was small. Access to the river was enjoyable. The larger dog area was a bit out of the way. The staff was friendly except for person working in the koffee cabin in the morning. Attitude was aweful and the cream in the drinks was curdled.

Had some difficulty moving into our tight spot, however, once there all was grand. Well kept and trash pickup were an unexpected benefit.

We went last summer and the grounds were well maintained and so pretty. That was a bummer this time... The sites were dry and no grass and just weeds. Staff was great and we love staying there.

Really nice park! Lovely walk to the river. There are a lot of planned activities for both children and adults and a daily email to tell you about them. Very close to downtown Leavenworth. We’d stay there again!

This was one of the best KOA - and best overall- campgrounds we've stayed at. It's a large site but very well maintained. I was impressed how new & clean it is. Was told it was recently expanded, and it seems amazing. A ton of amenities, with a pool, coffee cabin, laundry stations, outdoor lounge seating, a large array of Kamping Kabins. This KOA is situated next to the river, which is accessible by trail. Beautiful wooded lot. We will be sure to visit again. Lovely job on the upgrades!

This is exactly what you would expect a mountain village KOA to be! Extremely clean, very friendly staff, and many things to do! We walked to the shuttle and enjoyed Leavenworth each day. Lots of places to walk - and river is a bonus! Dog parks are spacious and nice. Can't wait to come back!
