The stay was great. We question the benefit of the hard and fast rule for checking in before the appointed time. Fine if you want to pay the $35 fee. This is 30 minutes before the 1 pm time. The campground had dozens of empty sites near our “ select a site.” We stay twice a season. We are your biggest fans and it’s a turn off. So we sat in our truck for 30 minutes.

I like this park, but customer service is really lacking. Not that the employees are not nice, they are, but they are very rigid about changes and early check-in. Im aware of their policies, but called a week before arrival concerned about pending snow over the passes. Could not change, either show up or lose deposit, no flexibility. Ended up arriving 30min early, wanted to charge me $30, really.

Park is pretty well maintained, and the staff are very friendly, but the non-stop upcharges are super annoying. An extra $30 to pick a campsite (instead of randomly being assigned one), Over $85 extra for a 2nd vehicle in your site (for 3 days) if it was not towed in by your motorhome (we drove ours in)! This is the same crap the airlines and hotels pull. No thanks! I'll spend my money elsewhere.

All fees are disclosed on your confirmation email and our website. Apparently you were not aware we did not charge you for 2nd vehicle that was driven in by your friends since you were busy yelling at our staff. We suggest reading the rules when traveling because the world continually changes.

This is an excellent KOA, all the staff is so friendly, has the exact right amount of communication via the text messages and the grounds are very well cared for. They enforce the quiet time hours even on Oktoberfest weekend which personally doesn't matter to us much either way, but I'm sure is appreciated by many of the campers. We love staying here!

We were there for the Octoberfest and had a great time. Facilities were great. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Bench in the shower was a little large (wide) so a large person would have some trouble standing straight and turning around.

I booked 2 sites way ahead of when we were going to stay obviously preferring the 2 sites being next to each other instead we were on completely opposite ends of the campground.

Absolutely wonderful place. I was very impressed with the marvelous comfort site/bathroom showers. All of the cabins are quite lovely on the outside. We stayed in our RV. The sites were amazing with the glider swings and patio sets. I loved it.

Our tent stay at Pine Village KOA was nothing short of fantastic! The site was clean, flat, and shaded—perfect for a relaxing night under the stars. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the well-maintained grounds, and how easy it was to settle in. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and just a short walk from our site, which made everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly welcoming!

The good: Clean and well kept facilities, super convenient to town and Safeway. Right next to transit center. Lots of activities for kids etc. The not so good: paid for a premium site (patio, table, gas grill etc) but gas grill did not work (out of fuel) Called and left messages several times , no response. This seems like a simple thing to manage.

Our stay was really nice. We had some loud neighbors past quiet hours, and we felt the way the camp hosts handled it moving forward was especially great! They made it so that it did not happen again during our stay which made us feel heard and respected, and allowed us to get great sleep. Beautiful property and very nice amenities. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed this stay. The park was clean and offered every amenity you could think of. The greeter at the entrance was especially great as he answered most questions before even being asked. The shuttle into town was another excellent addition. We would return in a heartbeat!

When i noticed the original campsite I had chosen was not conducive for satellite use, I asked if there were other spots available. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different spot which worked very well. The KOA is walkable to downtown Leavenworth.

Loved the Deluxe Cabin with two small bedrooms plus loft sleeping area for the kids. Cabin is very clean and stocked with clean bed linens and towels. Nice sized private bathroom w/shower (water pressure a little low), parking right in front of the cabin, full-size refrigerator, basic dishes and utensils. We’d highly recommend these cabins. And staff in the office is friendly too.

The park is cute, during the regular season has a lot of amenities. We had a regular back-in site. Because we were off-season, there were a lot of open sites. we were placed between other campers, in very small sites. Other sites were available. This site’s sewer placement was way in the back, far from the water/power post. Couldn’t hook up, sewer dump site was closed.

Great place to stay. Customer service is awesome with ice delivery and garbage pick up. Activities are super fun. Very clean bathrooms and good showers.

Mostly empty campground. Assigned the seemingly tightest slot in the camp, no place to park the truck. Needed a late checkout to allow my wife time to get supplies for our daughter’s wedding. Clearly no one was booked after me yet charged $30 for a late check out and 3 dollars for a pet. Money money money! Does not inspire any sense of loyalty for KOA and yet expected to provide a 5 star review.

When booking your internet reservation less than 24 hours from arrival, you were provided the option to select your own site. All information about additional fees are clearly posted on our website and also in your confirmation email. Arriving after hours limits the ability to move your site.

We stayed in a cabin and it was surface clean but not clean clean. The floors all felt dirty. You could see dirt around the edges of the walls. The fans didn’t look like they had been cleaned in months at least. We were left with 4 pieces of paper towel. A little bottle of shampoo and conditioner when it said toiletries were included. Not sure how 2 people can use that for a 3 night stay.

The campground is always clean and active. The grounds are well maintained and the bathrooms are clean and a comfortable temperature. However this was the second time that we were put in one of the few not awesome spots. Both times we thought it was because it was going to be full. The first time it was this last time it was not. We paid a lot and were disappointed with where we were placed

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
