We were stranded in Leavenworth and able to get a camp site. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool which we enjoyed. Live music on the patio. Lots of family-friendly activities. Walking distance to Leavenworth.

There were 2 metal garbage cans located at the edge of our site for all to use. The sound of the lids were disturbing our attempt to sleep when others used the cans late at night. Please consider swapping out metal lids for plastic and/or relocating the cans away from sites. More restrooms are needed, trough sink is awful. Gravel pathway to restrooms is also noisy at night, consider paver stones.

I’ve been coming to Pine Village KOA for 20 years, and it is improved every year! Clean, safe for kids, access to both river in town, along with a nearby grocery store. Look forward to coming back next year.

It was an excellent experience. The Koa staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean despite of being frequented by so many people. Definitely recommended for families!

The campground is great and has some fun amenities, but during our stay the water was out for 2 days and everyone was instructed to go to town to use the bathroom. The Gaga pit was also full of water and unusable for 3 days. Our site cost about $1000 for the week and expecting running water seems pretty reasonable. There also was no discount for the days it was out.

Stay was really good. Enjoyed our time. The one thing that would make a stay great would be the shower heads in the cabins to have shower wands. The shower heads were low for average to tall people as well as water coverage made for longer showers.

Came here with 4 yo Grandson for 'grandparent camp'. Stayed in a deluxe cabin & was impressed at how they provide the amenities to cook! Nice outdoor grill, handy hotplate, convenient Keurig, fab bath towel, & God bless the airconditioner and fan! We brought his bike, swam in pool and river, & did crafts they provided. Steep $$ though - more like a luxury hotel per night vs campground - A splurge

It’s a nice place for families. The spaces are very close together and there is alot of dirt. I did see alot of staff roaming around. The general store is nice. Check in was easy.

VERY NICE AREA , FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD CAMPSITES. THERE ARE 2 SHORTCOMINGS TO IMPROVE ON: THE STRENGHT OF WIFI, AND 2 PISSUARE, 2 TOILET, AND 2 SHOWERS ARE INSUFFICIENT NUMBERS ON THE MEN SIDE FOR AROUND 80 CAMP SITES

Large park, nice pool, river access make this a great place to stay. Enjoyed exploring the town and driving into the mountains. Our premium site was spacious. Would recommend a stay here.

Very pricey for quality of both our “deluxe” RV site and tent site. RV site was VERY narrow and patio was partially unusable with slides out. Front office staff were not friendly — it felt very bossy and make sure u follow rules. Bathroom was filthy at times with no hand soap or paper towels. Worst KOA experience we have encountered in a long time.

We wer in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful! So very well appointed, very clean and perfect for our needs. The campgrounds were immaculate. The rules were very clear and we were reminded daily (via text) what the expectations were. The correspondence from KOA was remarkable! From the days before we arrived and throughout our trip. Great group to work with!

We had a wonderful time! The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. The campground is cared for and maintained impeccably. So many amenities are offered and our whole family really enjoyed so many of them. We have been visiting this KOA for 9 years when our granddaughter was 1 YO. We already have reservations for 2027!

I booked the Deluxe Cabin (Full Bath with Tub & Shower), Patio. We stayed in KT6. The description on the KOA booking site says this includes 1 Bed-Queen Bed as well as Full Bath with Tub & Shower - neither were in KT6. We got a full bed (not a queen) and a shower only (not Full Bath with Tub & Shower). A real bummer for the INSANE price we paid to stay at the KOA. We will not be returning to KOA.

Had to change requested cabin due to plumbing issues. Understandable, but a small discount or perk would have been nice. Needed our propane refilled and it was quick, efficient and market rate. We love this KOA and visit ever summer and frequently winter too!

Friendliness of the staff has seemed to decline. I wanted to arrive a day early and while there was shown availability on the website, when I called the staff said they were sold out for the night. Seems like they just didn't want to work with me on any options like moving sites after one night which I would have been willing to do. Other than that, the rest of my stay met my expectations.

The staff provided excellent service, the campsite is well-located with great amenities, and the atmosphere is fantastic. However, there are two issues that need improvement. First, there seems to be a problem with the Wi-Fi; it only works with certain apps, while many others show no internet connection. Deluxe space was very narrow and crowded with slides on both sides. Comfortable station 1 was often very unclean and out of hand soap and paper towels. Activities were way too pricey. Just not up to KOA standards. Also rude front office staff responding to concerns over bathroom conditions.

It’s a beautiful campground, I just wish it felt more like a mom & pop place to camp rather than a money factory. Water went out for about 6 hours one of the days we were there, and there was no official notice to the campers. People found out via not being able to unlock to bathroom/laundry doors at the comfort stations. Been here 3 summers in a row, but getting hard to see the worth in staying

This is a beautiful KOA. Water main broke one day and we were out of water for over half the day. We blew the lines out like suggested and still found soot. Guess we will be flushing out the whole system and getting a new filter. It may have been out of their control, but maybe a credit for a future stay would be nice to offer to campers who were there.

Everything was great. I suggest maybe getting a new coffee stand person. She seems overwhelmed and moves very slow. I am sure you are losing revenue. I stood in line for coffee for 10 minutes and the same was at the wi dow the hole time for 2 coffees.

POC here. Just stayed a weekend for a family meetup in the middle of the state with college friends. We enjoyed all the activities for kids, the river, the pool, the fun variety of items at the gift shop. Was a great time and we will visit again. Kris in the craft cabin was great, she needs a raise! :)

Love the KOA! There is a lot to do for everyone! I was a bit frustrated with the fact that you charge for a tent on your trailer site. Not only a charge but that it’s a daily charge. If you are not taking extra space and you have the same amount of people, it should not be an extra charge. IMO

We absolutely love it! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. So many activities for the kids. It is a must stop on your trip you can take a short (free) bus ride to town or it's close enough to just walk to it.

The Leavenworth KOA is generally a great campground. I've stayed here tent camping many times before. However, I felt like I did not get much value from my last visit. The tent campsite was really expensive - especially considering that the site had no power or water. But the worst thing about the site was proximity to neighbors. My tent was less than 5 feet away from my neighbors.

Good stay, could plant a few more trees along the 107 site line for shade. The "comfort" station at the entrance could use another bath and a couple of showers (pretty skinny on services). People very nice good sites. The power and cable hook ups along the 107 line seem to be to far forward but know this won't change, (maybe next time) great garbage pick up. We would stay again .

Fantastic! The campground is beautiful nestled in among the pines! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to downtown Leavenworth.

Nice KOA, beautiful riverside location. Clean/hot showers and bathrooms. Not much privacy at the camp sites, kind of close together but lots of amenities. You can walk to town if you are ok walking along the highway.

One of the best KOA'S we've stayed at. During October fest. Staff and immunity's were perfect. Beautiful surroundings. When we first arrived they told us that the water was off due to a repair being made but was on within a hour. A couple of days later a Staff member came to our site to ask us not to dumb our tanks due to a sewer blockage downstream of our site and wouldn't be able to get a plumber until the next day, was ok as we didn't need to. Just a very nice location in the mountains with the pine trees and river
