It was a camping trip with family. First camping trip for my 2.5 year old grandson. The KOA is nice and clean. Most of the staff are very friendly. Since the pool is heated, I'm not sure why it's not open all year round. My biggest complaint is the cost. $600.00 for 3 nights, plus paying for any and all activities if truly ridiculous. Also, what happened to the shuttle bus to and from the town?

The KOA Park was extremely clean and cared for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty for kids to do with wonderful amenities, plus within easy walking distance to Leavenworth if you’d like to walk or ride a bike.

I can't help but express my disappointment in the fact I requested a possible move the spot next to me and was told I'd be charged a $30 site change fee for a spot that was never occupied the entire weekend. Seems a bit egregious to me.

I enjoyed my stay and would likely stay again when I return to Leavenworth for a trip. The cabins all appeared to be brand new. The cabins were vacant this week so it was very quiet. This is likely why the office closed early (compared to other KOAs) and several of the amenities were not open (coffee bar, pool). I did like the meadow above the river - it looked like a nice place to rest.

The campground was great and everyone was very nice. The maintenance guys were very helpful to me. My husband usually sets up our RV, but he was not feeling well. The maintenance guys were great about showing me how to set it up and helped me do what I couldn't do . Thank you guys!

We stay at this location every time we visit Leavenworth because we are within walking distance to downtown.

We were only there for 2 nights but wished we could've stayed longer! The campgrounds were clean, the staffing was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved all the activities for the kids and the river walk trail, we will definitely be back soon!

People are nice cabins are clean the cost is pretty high for having no pool or anything for the kids to do but the park you should really charge off season prices if everything is closed we come here every year on mothers day with 10 to 12 families and koa has gotten quite expensive

Having to pay $30 to switch from campsite TO3 to campsite TO38 once we had already checkin to be closer to our 40+ friends that were also staying there was ridiculous. I will never stay at this KOA again.

The park is nice and close to the town. It is a very large park, not much privacy. Lots of dogs. We have a dog too so we can’t be too critical but the barking was constant. There was a nice but small off leash dog run but not everyone picked up after their pups. Hoping to find a smaller, woodsy park next time.

Very nice Rv park! Friendly people and very large park with lots to do and close to town. I only marked it down because we were is 144 which is next to the spa (separate business) where they have a wood fired sauna that smoked continuously. I understand camp fires etc when in the woods but sometimes it smelled of burnt rubber or chemicals. Next time I would choose a spot far from the smokey spa!

Very orientated to huge rigs or chalets, smaller rigs right in the middle was very noisy, very expensive for a KOA….it would’ve been cheaper to book a motel room

It has been customary for us to rent a cabin at the Leavenworth KOA annually because of the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenience. Love Leavenworth’s KOA!

We have stayed at the Leavenworth KOA many times before and I was very surprised in how it’s changed. There were tall weeds everywhere and all the trees were gone. Site 126. I think the grounds crew aren’t keeping up with making the sites look nice. And if they did weed eating, all the dead weeds were all over the concrete, I was very disappointed.

We loved the resort. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds. I do recommend removing the tree stump from space #106 because it was very tricky to back our truck and camper in with it right in the way, and it almost took out our running boards of our truck. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to return.

We were disappointed in our stay. We paid a high price to stay in one of the oldest cabins with the oldest most uncomfortable patio furniture when there was the same size cabins available with new concrete patio and nice patio furniture. We also had campers right behind our bedroom window and wondered why they were placed there when there was also other campsites available. Unhappy campers :(

Lori & the rest of the staff were great. Wish the long term rate was under $1,000. Would have been nice to have the hot tub open in the winter. Nice clean park!!

Our 1st visit to Leavenworth/ Pine Village KOA Holiday, in anticipation of attending Leavenworth's Celtic Festival. We found this KOA was really quite pleasant, very clean facilities and sites. Sites which were nice gravel with cement patios, equipped with gas bbq, love seat and table & chairs. Ooh, and a nice fire pit. Best part though were the very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and personnel veery friiendly. We stayed 3 nights and WiFi worked fist day only. They stated it was an outside issue and unable to fix.

This was our first time to Leavenworth KOA. We were so pleased with the layout/experiences available on the grounds (and this was pre-Memorial Day so it sounds like it only gets better in the summer), the cleanliness and quality of the cabin we stayed in, the hospitality of the staff, and the proximity to grocery store and Leavenworth downtown. We’re so excited to make this a regular getaway!

I have been coming to this property since the 1970’s or 1980’s. It has historically been a place where the staff is friendly and the place is neat and tidy. The same was true with this visit. The restrooms and showers were spotless, and the hand soap and paper goods were never empty.

We only stayed here because it said you could fish. Turns out you can not. And we had a very unhappy 78 year old birthday girl on our hands. Also had helicopters flying overhead for hours on end over night and didn’t get any sleep.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There is no where on our website that talks about fishing. In fact fishing is permitted on the Wenatchee per WA State Fish and Game. Those so called “helicopters” were actually wind turbines that turn on when temperatures get too cold and risk freezing all the fruit grown for our nation.

Great stay! The bedroom in our cabin kc16 smelled like something rottin.. spoiled milk or wet towel type smell that was pretty aweful. Never went away. Other than that we had a great stay!

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
