Clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Short walk into town is great as you don't need to pay for in town parking. Looking forward to come back. Also try the outdoor hot springs next door. Very relaxing.

This KOA has been one of the best KOAS for many years (30). However the last 5ish years the management has gotten downright rude. From splitting tent sites, paid extra for site guarantees (to guarantee families stayed together) to harassing friends that stop by to carpool ud into town, visitors helping with the baby 5 minutes gram & grampa parked in the site, threats of fees, towing received, boo

It is extremely unfortunate that you feel that you don’t need to follow the rules that are in place to provide an impeccable guest experience for all. I randomly drove to Leavenworth, and was gonna sleep in my car. However, I figured it would be enjoyable to find a place I could sit around a campfire and read a book. My dad sent me a link to this website, a couple minutes later I had a reservation. Campsite was clean, reservation was quick, they were able to get me into one same day. My only qualm was that it was a bit more expensive.

Beautiful place! Our pull through trailer spot was wonderful. They offered lovely patio furniture, gas grill, firepit. The dog park was clean and well set up. Very enjoyable place to stay!

Room was awesome, warm, clean. Had a small kitchenette. More than we needed. Wish they had hand rails and steps up from the parking. Steps between cabins with hand rails for easier access. Not very handicap accessible.

We were only there for two nights but we enjoyed our stay. We thought it was a little expensive, but the campground is beautiful and clean.

The campground is nicely set up among trees and small hills. Feels spacious and somewhat private. The daily fee, however, reflects the cost of everything in Leavenworth.

Had multiple issues with our cabin stay including having our CO2 replaced the first day and the smoke sector replaced the second day. Campground was clean and kids really enjoyed all the amenities. They had a scavenger hunt for the kids with a lot of seasonal decor that the kids loved.

Best KoA we have ever stayed at. The daily text features were fantastic. The park was huge! Clean i amenities, and friendly staff. They guide you to your site and pick up your trash at the site at the end of your stay. So convenient.

We showed up an hour early and had to wait in the parking lot for an hour before we could "check in". I understand there is a policy. However, it would be nice to have some flexibility, especially when the park is nearly empty. Just like hotels, if your room is available, why not show some compassion and allow the guest early entry.

The stay was great. We question the benefit of the hard and fast rule for checking in before the appointed time. Fine if you want to pay the $35 fee. This is 30 minutes before the 1 pm time. The campground had dozens of empty sites near our “ select a site.” We stay twice a season. We are your biggest fans and it’s a turn off. So we sat in our truck for 30 minutes.

I like this park, but customer service is really lacking. Not that the employees are not nice, they are, but they are very rigid about changes and early check-in. Im aware of their policies, but called a week before arrival concerned about pending snow over the passes. Could not change, either show up or lose deposit, no flexibility. Ended up arriving 30min early, wanted to charge me $30, really.

We had a great time at KOA in Leavenworth for the 3-day long memorial day weekend. The place is incredible, with tons of nature, activities, clean bathrooms, nice showers and overall just fun for families. Strongly recommended and we'll be coming back.

Lovely setting for camping set amongst the trees. Many nice cabins as well as RV and tent sites. The trail by the river very nice.
