I stayed at the campground for 3 days and encountered friendly, helpful staff each day. The campground layout is nice with a good mix of tent, trailer and cabin sites. The grounds were clean and staff arrived soon after a camper departed to ready the site for the next arrival. There were a lot of activities for kids and families to take part in during the stay. The river access was great as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA camping cabin in Pine Village Leavenworth and really appreciated how well the property was maintained. However, after checkout a staff member asked us to leave the dining area in a way that felt rude. We understand if this is policy, but a more polite communication would have made a big difference.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. You were asked multiple times to depart and then you decided to take over tent site picnic tables. At that point you were firmly asked to leave so our staff could re-clean and sanitize. 11am departure is stated in our guest service guide and on our website.

This was our first time at Leavenworth KOA and we will be back! The facilities and grounds were beautifully maintained. The proximity to the river adds such a beautiful element. The staff was so friendly! One of my favorite features was the water bottle filling station- so thoughtful at a campsite! It was a busy weekend but still felt so relaxing and peaceful!

This KOA has really expanded! The staff was friendly and the pool was nice! BUT we were shocked our site was in the “premium RV section” (basically a sprawling, shadeless parking lot) There were patios w/ full hookups but the sites were oriented so the awning provided no relief from the afternoon sun. Our site was a 10 min walk from playground (and trees!) so not ideal for family w/ young kids

I have a small RV the size of a camper van. I had it parked next to one of the cabins temporarily while I cooked dinner for our group of twelve people. I had no less than 8 different park employees tell me I needed to move the van. I told each one I was happy to comply as soon as i finished cooking but they were very insistent. Burnt dinner. Lots of hassle. Similar van was parked 2 cabins by

Yes it was unfortunate your dinner burned and that you were asked multiple times to move your Motorhome to your RV site since it was sticking out in the road and caused another guest to run into the rocks and take out a lamp post. RV’s are not allowed on cabin sites.

Stay was great except checkout. The checkout manager was rude. After packing up, we stopped at the gift shop for souvenirs for our kids and were told to leave the property. We respect the 11 AM checkout rule, but this could have been communicated politely. Please point me to where it states guests must leave the entire KOA property by 11 AM.

As a reminder checkout is clearly posted on our website, in your guest service guide and you were made aware at checkin. You were politely reminded multiple times to depart which did occurred 1.5 hours later after 11am and taking over campsite picnic tables which had to be re-cleaned by staff.

The entire place was completely overrun and way too crowded. To make matters worse, our cabin shared an area with a tent site who were part of a massive group. They completely took over, expanding their setup until they had monopolized the entire space. They literally hijacked our designated picnic table and firepit like we weren't even there. It completely ruined the experience.

We had the best time with our family and friends! The kids could swim, ride bikes, and do a variety of activities. We already rebooked for next year!

Great stay, just not everything was open during our stay which was frustrating. We also told our kids they could do Bingo at noon on day of check or since it had been closed the other day of our trip but you can't extend check out nor park on property after check out which seemed a little crazy. Only reason I gave it a four. Would have been a 5 if things were open.

We had to be moved to another campsite because of the space we were given wasn’t large enough. Then when moved that space couldn’t accommodate two vehicles. The desk staff were so kind and apologetic that it made the inconvenience much easier. Kudos to the staff!

We always love staying at the KOA but would love to give the lovely person checking us in extra kuddos. She was so kind and helpful. The best customer service we’ve had at a KOA. We checked in around 630 on Thursday evening. Didn’t catch her name. She had blondish ombré hair and glasses. Anywho. What a gem!

I purchased a patio site. over a 130 dollars a night, young man with the nose ring at check in was rude and needs a training on saying thank you. borderline jerk. the site was dirty. The BBQ grill had puddles of grease under it. The grill was covered in dirt and grease as well. so was all the other sites with grills. POR MANAGEMENT of housekeeping for sure. Cute town but find a better RV park

Such lovely folks at this KOA, very helpful, and quick in getting me checked in, helped me make changes to my reservation. Highly recommend and will be staying again whenever I'm in Leavenworth.

We had a family reunion with 29 people from all over Europe the country. Had a great time and everyone liked the KOA and all the activities in Leavenworth. Was our second stay and my wife was the organizer, we will be back. We live in WA. Thanks

Spent the weekend with family and thoroughly enjoyed. Pool was nice for the grandchildren. Made 3 tie dyed camp tee shirts as a fun project. Campground and cabins were clean & well maintained. Definitely recommend.

Everything and everyone was wonderful. The koa offered lots to do for kiddos and adults. The ONLY downfall is the firepits are very close to your camper with the sites being on the smaller end. We had the issue of smoke from the fire getting into our camper from simply opening the door bc of the close proximity. This made it difficult to sleep bc of the difficulty breathing.

The campground is clean and well organized. The area near the entrance appears to be a newer addition. The sites in this area are close together and unshaded. The sites further in and the hill are tree shaded and more well spaced. The laundry room near the entrance seems to be relatively new It is clean and well lighted, and the machines are new and large. There is a free bus into Leavenworth near

Pleasant stay, very nice park. Recommendations for improvement: water the dog park after 11:00pm. We took our dogs out for their last potty break of the day, all three sprinklers were going off and we had to find an alternate site in the dark. Pool is lovely, plenty of chairs and lounges, but steps slippery. Hot tub needs replacement...dangerous to get in and out of, many jets didn't work.

There isn't enough room to express our disappointment. Therefore I will be sending a letter to your franchise, corporate, Yelp, Google to share our negative experience. We have been coming here for 6 consecutive years on the first weekend of June to meet our friends and kick off the summer. Each year has gotten more restrictive and much less inviting. Very disappointed and none of us will be back.

Appreciate the activities for kids, the cleanliness and how dog-friendly they are. We stayed here years ago and the campsites were much more spread out than they are now. It appears they're trying to squeeze in as many RV campsites as possible to fit more people, which is great for availability, but it felt like the sites were practically on top of each other because they were so close together.

My first time camping at KOA was a terrific experience. The staff at Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA were cheerful, friendly, and really made me feel welcome. My campsite was clean, in a great location, with a wonderful view of the river and meadow below. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Really want to try one of the Camping Cabins for my next visit.

Had a great time! Campground is always so clean and nice. Activity directors Kris and Mike are wonderful and great with the kids. I was a bit annoyed that my kids were told to get off their bike and wear a helmet. We forgot there helmets and ended up renting from local bike shop $10 per day. I found the helmet rule to be inconsistent across the campground and didn’t find it anywhere in the rules

The sites are too small for the price. We were camping in a parking lot. When we got home, my kids said our backyard is more of a forest than the campground, and I couldn’t disagree. The pool and playground were great, but it didn’t make up for the lack of nature and privacy in my opinion.

Great location, nice amenities and programs, but the landscaping needs some work for the rates charged, including weeds in gravel areas in most sites and limited quality lawn areas. Also sawed-off trees trunks with no limbs.

Spent a great weekend with friends and we were enjoying life at the KOA. No one was inebriated or under the influence. We were enjoying stories and song. 7pm. One complaint. We were not obnoxious. What makes the other person’s preference override ours? If you’re going to enforce a noise ordinance, then give out. min/max decibel or enforce quiet time and tell everyone esp kids to not make sou

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
