You need better signage that your registration office is WAY in the back! Overall, very nicely run campground. Crowded, but it didn't feel cramped. Too many people walking into/through camps

The place is great. For the price a hotel starts to become a viable option though. I feel like the parking pads could have been designed to be more level in the pocket where a trailer parks. Our sewer hookup was higher then the lowest part of our tire to dumping sewer required added steps to make sure the hose drained. Also a sign asking parents to tell kids not to run through occupied spots

The park is soooo big. Your registration booth in the middle of the park was weird and the staging area is a joke the way it’s laid out. We just about took another vehicles door out when we HAD to make the sharp turn to follow your lead to our site. The gold cart staff were absolutely NO help with that. Felt crowded and tons of kids. Your KOA had many activities for kids just not our preference.

It’s an awesome place for families, but man… they’re sticklers about certain things. When we checked out of our spot, we were told we couldn’t swim in the pool. We just had to leave. What the heck? For how much we pay to stay there, we should be allowed to use their amenities as long as we’re out of our spot by the designated time. Otherwise, we had a great time.

This KOA is a very busy place, but they are welcoming, friendly and well organized among this Chaos. We receive activity list every morning and keep us informed of weather changes. Great place!

Site was not level which made it difficult to hook up! Other campers were LOUD after quiet hours with no attention paid to them from staff around the campground using motorized carts.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and loved every bit of it. We will come back.

Stayed at many KOAs. This one is money gouging, very rude employees. Messed up reservation and blamed me, costing me double. Could have stayed in two nice hotels for same cost. Threatened us for laughing after 10 when others were doing the same all weekend. Rude texts all weekend. Lost car keys so checked out 20 mins late and they charged me. Will not stay here again and possibly ever at a KOA.

This is where I spent most of my summers and every time we come we get to experience something new. This time it was floating f the river and having the company on site was awesome. The KOA staff are amazing and super friendly and the campground is so well maintained and beautiful

Brought my city dweller 7 y/o grandson for a camping adventure and this was the perfect mix. The pool was great, tons of kid activities…. The sites ARE narrow , but I called ahead and spent the extra $30 to confirm my site. Wanted as much grass as possible and since we stayed 8 nights I didn’t want to take a chance. The staff was awesome… bath house even had nice laundry facilities.

I would have liked to see programs on Sunday.

We wish we had activities on Sunday and Monday, however they are our days off for our activities team. They work very hard are so appreciative! We do offer activities to go and have a live gold panning demonstration with our real prospector Mike.

We love Leavenworth and this is a nice KOA. Location is great, just a 5 min drive to town. We stayed in a cabin- 2 adults, 1 child. Bunk beds had no privacy in the hallway. Having our own bathroom and shower was a huge bonus. One and only complaint that stands out was the pool. It gets pretty nasty/cloudy/dirty mid afternoon. If you’re going to use it, be there at 9 am when it opens.

We had a great time. There were plenty of on site activities for the kids to enjoy, they loved going swimming multiple times a day, and getting ice cream at the coffee stand. All of the staff was very friendly.

Loved our stay there with our 3 year old. Couple things that would improve the campground: -- More camping cabins -- More shaded sites around the property. It was hot!!

Biggest KOA we've stayed at and the busiest. Store/office left a lot to be desired. Only knock is the water pressure was so low my shower diverter valve wouldn't engage. Probably due to amount of campers at site. Overall good campsite.

We have a large group that comes every July and it is what we look forward to all year. The staff is amazing and the campground is kept up beautiful. If it was closer to where I lived I would come much more often.

The spaces are so very small. Charging for an extra vehicle on top of the already expensive sites is crazy to me . However having a pool there with lots of kids activities is a big plus!

Staff were lovely, 10/10. But, my site was a bad spot, right next to the pool & live music. Multiple sites lower down were open but was told I could only move for $30/night. A family came to the adjoined site & had tents on my area. Quiet hours not enforced, they had older kids screaming until midnight. Shower was muddy & cold. Circumstantial, but if cancellations were different, I would've left.

Everything you could want or need and more! Comfort shower/restroom areas are close by and very clean. Campsite areas were very clean and easy to utilize hookups. Staff was helpful and able to answer any questions that we had. One of the best stays we’ve had at a KOA in a long time! Highly recommended!

All employees were kind and helpful. There was an employee living across from our campsite and was out smoking a bong. Then he got in his cart and went to work. My son asked what he kept putting on his mouth. That was awkward. I asked if we could move to a site with more shade for our baby and was told no, the sites were full. Not one camper was there from the time we checked in and out.

It is unfortunate that you had to observe this type of behavior. We do not support this from an employee and disciplinary action has been taken.

Sites were very close together, could not fully extend our awning. Expensive park and for the $108 per night I expected a decent site where I could put a chair or two out. Also lots of trash Round, not picked up. River walk was nice

When we arrived we upgraded from an RV site to a cabin because the RV became unavailable the evening prior to our reservation. The campground refused to apply the money we had paid when the RV site was reserved. Add this to the fact that the Pine Village is one of the most expensive campgrounds in the entire state, such treatment is unfathomable.

You reserved 2 sites. Per National Cancellation Policy we needed 7 days notice to cancel, not the day you arrive. The policy was received by you along with costs in your confirmation letter.

Our family had a great time! The amenities were wonderful and there was plenty to do. The short distance to safeway and town were perfect. The people were friendly and the facility was very clean. It was a wonderful get away.

Super large campground. Clean and well maintained. Friendly, efficient staff. Some older sites are very compact and have some tight curves. Most have some shade.

We stay here every year with our same friends. The kids have been taking the same picture since they were little down by the river. They are now 16 and still love going. Great place that caters to all ages!

The usual aspects of the KOA were available. Staff friendly and working hard. Absolutely hated our tent site which was on a peninsula with a road and RVs surrounding it and not a tree or scrub noted. With the cost for these sites a small tree could have been added or some type of shrubbery so we had an ounce of privacy and natural beauty. Effort could have been made for this large site.

Camp site T14- trail down to the river that people kept coming up and walking through our site/suggest blocking this off, and live music 7-9 pm on back patio which is great but you can hear the bass of the guys so loud at our campsite and we had to wake up early so that was slightly disturbing. Overall everything was clean and staff kept park up to parr.

It’s disappointing people were walking thru your site. Our rules are very clear about this and we will look at ways to prevent site shenanigans. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and we are in the forest which causes noise to carry.

The prices sky rocketed over the past 12 months. The staff seems a bit hostile -- one evening we were receiving a ton of campground wide texts about towing, and they weren't even correct. It seemed very emotional and reactionary. There was a ton of fast driving cars throughout. The guys on golf carts were doing a great job, but its hard to stop. It just felt a lot different this year.

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
