The river access is spectacular! I have already suggested this seat to friends. Layout of the park was great. Bathrooms were clean. Our cabin stay was cozy—bonus to have AC!!!

Stay was nice the park is very well kept but the pricing is getting a little carried away. I could have got a very nice hotel for the cost of a o e night stay.

The campground was fine, close to town lots of amenities right on the river. The staff however was horrible. Dont ask to be close to another party it falls on def ears. We asked to be close to our son and grandkids...we were absolutely on opposite ends of the park, they were in 12 and we were in 120. out of space to continue here but it just got worse.

We attempted to modify your reservations in December and utilize Select My Site to guarantee to be together. You declined the offer. In peak season it is very difficult if not impossible to move multiple guests to a specific location. Strongly suggest Select My Site feature.

Planned our trip well on advance with our kids grandparents making note ahead of time that we would like to be close to each other. When checking in, we were on two opposite ends from each other and nothing anyone could do about it other than be rude and tell us to plan better. The lock fee rate is ridiculous when we are already spending a lot to vacation.

All was good but 30 amp electric didn’t work correctly. I called campground & left a voicemail which was returned much later. I explained the problem & was told must be our RV. We made due for 2 nights in 90 degree weather. As we were leaving a KOA we told a KOA tech checking cable & he thanked us & would check it out after finding cause for no cable tv in our row. The 30 amp at home works.

Difficult drive through campground to get registration. Once there, check in very easy. Friendly staff. Loved the dog runs!

I loved the energy of this KOA. There was a lot to do and the bus stop to get to downtown Leavenworth was a hop, skip and jump away. I also enjoyed the river walk, the back patio was wonderful and the table and chairs by the Koffee Cabin were nice to relax at with sn ice cream. If we are in the area we would definitely return.

We had an excellent time at this KOA. The access to the river was really convenient, the pool was really nice and clean, and having the little coffee shop in the morning was nice. Everybody who worked there was extremely kind and helpful.

A great stay at Leavenworth KOA. Clean and convenient to town. Employees were friendly and communicative - they were so nice to our kids, who loved the ice cream tickets! We will be back!

Friendly staff!!!! Everywhere we went the staff were over the top friendly and happy. The restrooms were the cleanest you will find in a campground anywhere!!! The big surprise was how much fun we had doing karaoke on Sunday night. It was super fun! It was at karaoke that we met the head groundskeeper and his wife. They were so much fun. What a great place!

We enjoyed our stay in our campsite and the facilities/staff are great. There is a safety issue with the sharp metal bar in front of the shower curtain rod in the Men's room at the office Komfort Station, as it gave 2 of my fingers a pretty gnarly cut while raising them up after my shower and should probably be looked at.

One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at! Very clean and well organized. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The daily texts provided useful information and included weather updates as well. Highly recommend this facility!

Campground was loud and overcrowded. I reserved a site that was supposed to be in the trees by the water and instead was given a site next to the pool. I am allergic to chlorine and suffered with a terrible headache because of the close proximity to the pool and chemicals. I asked to move sites and all they had was sites they wanted to charge me more for. For a site with no hookups it's too costly

Making a same day reservation gets you last pick in peak summer season. You were offered to move to an upgraded site but chose to stay where you were even though you were allergic to chlorine and it gave you a headache? We do not have campsites directly on the water as we are 100 above the river.

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was very nice. The problem is my husband and i both walk with canes, and the chairs and seating in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Both the indoor dining chairs and the futon were horrible.

The facility was awesome, we love this place. Garbage pickup and propane fills at your campsite is amazing. The one thing I was bummed out by was two situations with front desk staff, acting rude, expressing frustration with previous guests and just being overall not guest-friendly. I actually think one gal was being discriminatory to a kid who she called "rude" but might be on the spectrum.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and love it still! Definitely will come back. Loved all the activities. Recommendations: So many people were eating and drinking at the pool and left trash everywhere. New movies to watch, the ones you have are scratched. The AC flow in the cabins doesn’t cool the main area very well. Was too hot at night still trying to sleep on the queen bed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at checkin. Additionally, they helped us purchase KOA Gift Cards for our families that were arriving the next day. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked, as was the rest of the campground. The comfort stations were immaculate. Staff was always available to provide service.

There is so much to do at the Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA. The kids got to go to the pool twice. We had ice cream one night while listening to karaoke. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this KOA.

We snagged a last minute reservation for a tent site and had an amazing weekend along the river. The KOA Leavenworth facility had so many fun activities for our five year-old - her favorite being the pool and movies on the lawn. The location is ideal for people wanting to spend time in town while still maintaining a sense of the outdoor outdoors/camping.

Site was terrible! Just a gravel spot, no grass and very narrow! Heaven help you if you’re there before 1 pm. Absolutely no early checkin. It’s not like any maintenance is required on a gravel site. They almost made us leave the campground for 1/2 hour. Every nite I got a text around 9:30 - 10 pm reminding campers that 10 was quiet time. Thanks for disturbing our sleep! So would not recomme

We had the best time camping with our grandkids and friends. The grounds are beautifully kept, the staff was friendly and kept a close watch on everything, therefore we felt good about letting the grands bike and scooter all through the grounds. The pool was great also. This was our first time there, but already booked again for next year!

This was our 5th year camping at Leavenworth KOA. We love the location, offering easy access to the river and town. This year, we came with a larger group but didn’t book early enough, which made parking a challenge. It would be helpful if the campground added a designated guest parking area. We also had confusion regarding the new pellet grill policy. Despite these issues, we had a great time!

The tenting sites are terrible. Way to close together, ours had the AC units of the cabins running all night. It was way too expensive for what we got. After this KOA experience we probably won't be back at a KOA.

1. KOA lost our reservation, even though we had confirmation. We were given different campsites than what was reserved, and greatly diminished the enjoyment of our annual multiple family camping trip. 2. Registration staff were rude and indifferent to KOA’s error. 3. Neighbors had fire burning, even though burn ban, unequal enforcement.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your reservation was not lost, there was no site guarantee and you chose a rustic tent site, same information as in your confirmation email. Going staff to staff you were given the same choices even with your yelling and demands holding up other guests. Per county fire code propane fires permitted.

I appreciated that I was able to arrive late and have a seamless check-in experience. My only two suggestions for improvement would be 1) make some change machines available near the paid laundry facilities.2) longer hours for the hot tub. I was really craving an early morning soak but was told that the tub didn't open until 9am. Fine to keep the pool hours later, but open the tub earlier please.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The location was just right for reaching hiking trails, the Bavarian Village, and the Safeway store for stocking up on groceries. We were two adults traveling alone, so did not utilize most of the facilities or participate in any of the activities, but it would’ve been a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Have camped here several times. Staff are friendly and location is close enough to town to walk yet still feels close to nature. Mocha loves fetching sticks on the river
