Everyone there was very nice. The facilities were well maintained. And the only issue that arose was very quickly looked at by the staff and was remedied.

My son and I experienced our first camping trip together. Ms. Mary's personality was warm and inviting. She went above and beyond with providing assistance and making our trip a success.

Not a place to tent camp although they have 4 sites available. It’s not real camping. We were surrounded by RVs and cars driving by all night. There was zero privacy. The bathrooms were the saving point and reason the rating wasn’t lower. They were exceptionally clean. They looked like they had just been remodeled.

We had a blast, but they only downfall was the internet was down. We wanted to use the fire stick for karaoke night but other than that we had a great time.

If that was a premium site, it was very bad. Roots coming out of the ground, unlevel. The site was just nasty. The bathroom was a bloody mess.

We were at a tent site right next to the bathrooms/laundry room. It was clean, convenient, and I was able to book last minute. It was fairly quiet too. Not the same as camping in heavily wooded areas, but still a good time.

We reserved a tent site, and after we arrived the location, we were shocked to see the location of the tents. There are 4 tents. Two tens are right behind the dumpsters, and 2 are adjacent to a stagnant water body. Both the locations are enough to get sick with mosquito and other insect bites. We cannot recommend this to anyone to tent-camp here. We left the place right away. Weekend wasted!

Bed bugs! Tent camped for 2 weeks. Over 1/2way through our stay we used the washers. The washer's cold water would only work. Within the next two days I woke up with lines on my back and bug bites. Within the next couple days our kids woke up with lines/bites. Shook everything and found a bed bug shell &Bed bug stains on our tent. There we had to dispose of our tent, 2 sleeping bags & suit case.

This was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at Seriously, false advertisement there is no bounce pad or Pickleball no volleyball net. we planned this trip with the intention of having an amazing time I don’t have any idea why it is called a KOA holiday. There is absolutely no shade no trees no umbrellas for the tables or the pool. There isn’t even a general store we will never return

Clean camp area, plenty of room. We were right next to the restroom and laundry room. Super clean showers. Very nice front desk ladies. Will definitely come back!

First time camping with my daughter and we loved it. She told me it was the best thing ever happening to her. She is only 6 years old. We liked it so much that we are going for more days next month.

Both Andy & Marly were welcoming ... professional yet personable. Enjoyed the Farmers' Market being so accessible. I was car-camping using a tent site near the restroom/shower room - very clean. For after business comers like me, I suggest using at least the camper's initials on the site map; I was not certain if the map was for me or for another late comer. THANK YOU

Bathroom near tent area was not working and the closest one was out as well. It was so dark walking from tent area to a bathroom that was near the office. Paid full price for a spot without bathroom use. Several cars stopped a few feet from sleeping area to throw boxes and trash into the dumpster.

The staff was super helpful and nice. They had our tent next to the bathrooms and a trash which was helpful with small kids. However, there were giant ant hills all over the camp ground. The dock was beautiful except for the duck poop all over. It doesn’t look like it gets cleaned very often. We did love the clean and beautiful bathrooms though! We will be back :)

It was a good stay! The people around were very nice we only rate it 4 starts because we were really looking forward to fishing but were told the fish haven’t came out cuz of the lake. We tried for a good 3 hours but inevitably gave up. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! The farmers market was a wonderful suprise! We will definitely be coming again

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. It was a holiday weekend and they had a water train which was a huge hit for both adults and big kids! Thank you so much for treating us like family! Definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely no shade at our tent site, pool is not covered as pictured. It was so hot we had to leave a day early.

The location was perfect for the work we needed to do in Cypress. Easy access clean public areas and rest rooms.
