We went on Memorial Day weekend. I gave the a week to reach out to me from my voicemails and emails to no avail! Advertised a pool trampoline jump pad and neither of those amenities were available to use. Dishes in cabin were nasty. One trash bag for the entire weekend. Neither cabins TVs would work! Internet in and out! Never received an apology, call back nor a return email. Would not recommend.

Well if I actually stayed I could tell you. We arrived at our room at 1 am, to find out the code for the door did not work. We had to turn around and drive all the way back home at 2 am in the morning. We called the next morning and I was completely refunded, but I really feel like more should have been offered. Perhaps they should have at least offered a free night.

Gras was 2' tall. Duck and goose poop every where. WiFi was poor. Baths were very cold. Not going to ever stay here again.

campsite had tall grass so it wasn't pleasant to walk on & we couldn't get a seal on the septic bc it hadn't been trimmed around. We were w/ a big group & two of the parties had cabins. One of them had no hot water & no working toilet. the campground refused to fix it & only offered them a $40 credit! Other cabin ac went out, worn furniture, & was dirty. Camped here for yrs, disappointed.

3 years ago this was perfect for our reunion but every year there are more issues. This year the grass not mowed, ants, swim pool pump not working, getting overcharged, no hot water or ac , numerous issues , there also used to be an activity director that had events and crafts for the holiday- train, decorating contest, etc.

My family reunion has booked the hall and very many cabins for the last 4 years here. This year there were so many problems. No hot water in many cabins, including the hall and was not fixed. No TV or wifi in many. Swimming pool closed. Problems with no one answering the phones or calling back after getting our voicemail. I understand some family members were overcharged.

We come there every Memorial day weekend. This year we were very disappointed. The grass wasn't mowed. My son was in Cabin 16. They had no hot water and the toilet was broken. They won't fix nothing. Then Sunday night my AC quite working in united 17. My cabin wasn't that clean. I just fell like ya'll aren't taking care of them anymore.

The pull thru site was clean but a little uneven. The staff was friendly and helpful and all in all it was a very nice campground.

Easy to make reservations. Staff very friendly throughout the process. Easy communication. Great location. Only downside was the bed. It was like sleeping on a kids bouncy house. Extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, the other single beds that were used were fine. The cabin was clean, orderly, and easy to locate. It was overall a good stay for a weekend graduation. Thank you.

Just overnight, did not use any of the vacation facilities. But the pads were level, utilities worked, and was easy to find.

Cabin very spacious. View of the lake made it wonderful. Grocery shopp9ng and great restauranrs nearby. My family we visited for High School Graduation said they would recommend it to friends and family for future visits. My sister and brother-in- law had theirir RV and the staff was so helpful in placing us across from us. This was our second stay first in yhe cabin we will be nsck

We have been staying at Conroe koa for years but the last 2 stays have been somewhat disappointing. Cabins were declining in upkeep and not real clean. This time the grass was not kept and ant beds were a problem as well as pool and hot tub were closed and the staff seemed unable to provide specific answers as to how/when the issue would be resolved , management supervisor did not respond.

Lake Conroe KOA staff is very friendly and the location is perfect. Bathroom and showers are also clean.

Stay was short and perfectly fine except for a fire ant bed my wife stepped in without seeing it. There is never a good outcome to that event. Reported it to the office.

Great place to stay. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Staff was friendly. Plenty of things to do. Rv pads were level and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again

Booked online, sight unseen; I should’ve read the reviews. Expected more from a KOA Holiday. Pool and hot tub were closed for "maintenance." No activities, and the store lacked wood/propane. Grass was high and full of stickers that covered my dog. Ant mounds everywhere. Even with an upgraded $ite, I was unimpressed with the lack of upkeep. Hopefully, they improve for the summer season.

Very nice & well cared for with plenty of room between sites. Gave 4 stars as they put us in a relatively small back-in site when we reserved a pull thru for our 40' fifth wheel (they were far from full). We were a late arrival & the after hours voicemail was full when we called it. We pulled into a pull thru site that was empty for our 1 night stay when we saw no one else was arriving late.

This was our second time at the Montgomery KOA. Clean, big rig access, friendly staff, and close to Lake Conroe, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll be back!

Booked a stay there for work, i had no idea what the length of stay would be but the staff were great and worked with me constantly changing my checkout. The campground is in a great location, restaurants, shops and local sights. a great fishing lake with catch and release and some wildlife. i will be booking again when i return for further work!

The pool was closed it's been closed never post anything about in cabin no paper towels no trash bags manager never around ti talk to office tryed lot of times to call him he never answered the phone there was 10 young kids running around call my wife every name you can think of for her asking them to not mess with are dog office did nothing about it the kids parents did not care about broke in my

Big campground with many types of sites to pick from. Great staff. Convient shopping nearby from dining, grocery and local stores. Try the Bernhardt Winery for some wine, eats and live music on weekends.

The park could be cleaner and more kept up. Uncut grass and trash was laying around. The campsite was nasty. There was duck crap everywhere. They should have at least cleaned the site before we got there. Won’t be coming back.

The new heated pool advertised as open year round was closed. We asked why we couldn't open the gate and the lady behind the desk looked at us very blankly and stated that it was closed. After standing and waiting for a moment, she said the blowers were out. I asked if we could at least use the hot tub since it was blowing bubbles, she said no. Apparently the pool has been closed for a few weeks.

Hated to see a nice park in such a run down condition. Grass had not been mowed in months. Price for sites should be lowered to reflect the conditions

Because of weather and health, there was no help and k o a needs to get a release paper that will not sue them if they do help. Eighty years old woman with handicapped had to do stuff by herself.And it almost killed her.

Entry to park steep & our trailer dragged. The big yellow KOA sign did light up at night & hard to see it & the entry in the dark.

Site 215 needs the trees trimmed, they rubbed the side of our trailer. I don't like that KOA's allow full time people, it makes the park look bad if they don't keep their site clean. The last two KOA's we stayed at, allow full time campers. The park is not as clean as it use to be, it looks bad pulling in to a empty building and campers parked at the front. Need a bigger office sign.
