Easy access, only concern the lot we stayed at was not leveled and even though our motorhome has stabilizing bars it was hard to set the stabilizing bars several times. Due to the length of the lot.

Staff was very nice, campgrounds were decent. Bathrooms were clean but not great - funky layout for showers, and door codes were not working. No cable service. The unit next to me looked like it’d been unoccupied for a while. This place was OK for an overnighter.

The accommodations were good at the KOA, but the grass at our campsite had not been mowed in several weeks when we arrived Tuesday July 1st. Wednesday morning the landscapers mowed our site and scratched the door of our 2024 GMC Denali 2500. We could seen the dryed grass an dirt blown on the door. We complained to the manager on duty, but she said the damage did not occur on site and to file ins.

Unfortunately the grounds were nothing like the website showed. Very very little shade. Most trees were dead and need to be cut down. If your campsite was mowed there were chunks of dried grass/trimmings. Sites were in dire need of work. We were passing through and stayed for a couple of days looking for some r & r only to be awakened at 7:30 by mowers. I was very disappointed with our experience.

Would have been better is the site we reserved would have been mowed prior to our arrival. the weed around the fire pit and picnic table were about a foot and a half tall. may off the trees were dead and very little shade. All of the sites have the hook up on the east side and the patio on the west, so you get the blaring late afternoon and evening Texas hot sun.

Lovely site but I was very disappointed to find the Dog Parks in such a neglected state. In both parks, the grass was very long but more disturbingly, there were holes in the fences and the gates had gaps large enough for my 15 pound terriers to get through, which they did. KOA dog parks are one of reasons I like to stay at KOAs. Your parks are not safe for small dogs until you fix them.

The pool was disgusting. The staff was nice on arrival. Mouse or rat poop in the bathroom. Not very much shade. Close to highway. We left after 1st night. Sent a text. Told girl why we were checking out and she just gave a blank stare. Cannot believe pool hasn’t been shut down. We have always liked this park and it was always well maintained. Now it is nasty not well maintained and grass not cut. We will not be back.

Always a great time. Staff are very friendly. Only thing that was not the greatest was the lawn at sights and in dog park. Just a little messy with all the large clumps of cut grass everywhere. Still a great place to stay.

Grass needed mowing, Pool was closed when suppose to be open, Guest not in the grounds were swimming in pool. Have stayed many times at this campground and has always been nice and taken care of but not this time. Was very disappointed in the stay

I looked forward to my stay in conroe but was disappointed to find my rv spot overgrown with grass. Not only my spot but the entire area was overgrown with weeds. We decided to leave a day early.

Nice quit camp ground. Staff were great. Easy access to local attractions. Loved all the ducks, especially watching the baby duck. Gave four stars because the pool was cloudy with a lot of bugs in it. Other than that great stay. Watch driving around the lake, some trees hang into the road.

We were just passing through so we only stayed one night. We stayed here several times in the past and the park has always been well maintained with friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights as we were oassung through. Nice campground, our site was concrete and level. We were beside hwy 105 but it was not noisy. Clean campground friendly staff.

This was the first time we stayed in Lake Conroe KOA and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept very clean. The pool, playground, and the jump would be very nice for all the kids. We loved this KOA and would suggest it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Marlee at the desk was awesome. Hated that there is no shade. You need to let people know about the lack of shade. Also, the grass needs to be cut and raked. We got chewed up by ants.�. Loved Marlee at the front desk, she was great.

We have stayed with you several times, both in the cabins and in our rig and every visit has been great! So easy to get around! Friendly staff is wonderful! Now that our first grandchild lives in Conroe we will be coming back even more often!

Alley Bravo is the absolute worst Property Manager ever seen. We were their 4yrs last 2 yrs she has brought entire park down. Witnessed multiple occasions where she demoralized employees in front of customers. Picks and chooses favorite guest to give cheaper rates to. Tried Parent our minor child without our consent won't ever return because of her. 3 other sites left with us for same reasons

We live 14 miles from this location, but this was our first camp experience with a new camper. The staff was great, the restrooms were very clean and the fish pond at night was fun to walk and listen to the frogs.
