Stayed in your cabin which exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed and the kids loved being able to watch the stars at night as they huddled by the campfire. As an extra unexpected treats we got to watch the beavers in the pond at night busy swimming back and forth. The kids want to come back and play more pickle ball!

Sorry can not give better. This is our fifth year in a row not fishing was bad . My 13 yr old grandson tells People, the best fishing is at KOA Lake Conroe. I know beyond your control but we would not have come. So , I hope you can fix before next year. Andrew Lipari

Short stay - 2 nights. Clean and nice, however TV did not work and the ceiling fan light bulb in the main bedroom was burned out. Otherwise, your campground is nice and the deluxe cabin meets our needs when we visit relatives in the Conroe area. Thank you !!

We have stayed with you both in our rv and in the cabins. Pleasant experiences all around. The cabins are a bit pricey and are rather "tired". Staff is fabulous! We will be back!

It was clean but mini blind was broken, flooring needs to be replaced. The shower water never got got. The decking out over lake was full of duck poop and should be cleaned daily.

Enjoyed the hot tub! It was locked the first evening, but they resolved it and we got to use it for the 2nd evening.

The cabins really need a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. They get hot and it feels like no air is circulating.

Television did not work. Maintenance guy changed battery in remote.. still didn’t work. He said that they were out of televisions.. so we stayed the entire weekend without a television… we were not very happy….

Me and my wife were there for our high school reunion and the cabin we stayed in and the facilities we used while attending were excellent.

We had our 50 year High School reunion 10.13.23-10.15.23. We had an amazing time. Our classmates & I were in awe of how wonderful the venue was. We highly recommend your facility for any event. My friends gave me so many compliments on how much they loved being here. It's a beautiful venue. The staff was friendly, professional and loved by us all. Thank you for an amazing weekend.

The floor of the cabin was extremely dirty. The bottoms of our feet turned black walking around the cabin. The space itself and furnishings were nice. Would have rated it higher if it had been clean. Friends next door said the same thing.

One could tell a lot of work and care was put into creating the cabins and facilities. Everything seemed new and was functional. I used the laundry room and the QR code service worked like a charm, no need for quarters. Our family rented the facility (Magnolia room) for a family event and the space was more than adequate. The hosts were friendly and attentive.

We stayed for a family reunion, it was wonderful! The hall was clean, the staff was exceptional and answered all our questions and concerns (not that we had any) and the cabin we stayed in was clean, neat and very comfortable. I have to give to the housekeeping staff. Ms. Clems jumped right on the water issue from the storm we experienced with her staff and personally cleaned my cabin.

We had our family reunion there and everyone enjoyed it a lot. The kids enjoyed the pool and playing outside. The cabins were spectacular and the Magnolia Hall was awesome for us to cook for our family.

Cabin was great. Problem was lack of shade and the housing construction going on around the campground. Just for that reason I would not recommend it or return.

It was great and the only thing I'd change is putting a thermostat in the cabin so it could be adjusted. The temperature was good but I prefer it to be really cold

Everything was great. The only problem is that Cabin 15 AC did not work and it hot inside the entire time we where there even with a portable AC being in the living room

Ladies up front were very nice and accommodating. The cabin was a little on the dirty side. There needs to be a coin machine in the laundry facility for guests needing to do laundry after hours. But overall, the park is very nice, very clean and quiet.

Everything was nice overall. I didn't like the fact we received 4 towels for two nights. The bed was nice and clean but there was soda splashed on the blinds and other small cleaning issues. Besides that we didn't have any issues, everything else was great!

It was great,but had to keep bedroom door open to try to keep cool & even with door open it was not cool enough.Need A/C in bedrooms of the 1 bedroom cabins.

Nice facility, clean cabins and friendly staff. A few problems: It took an hour for us to get into our cabins as the code didn't work. It was after office hours and the phone number to call was disconnected. We had to track down the maintenance manager to reset the code. The pool was green and closed the first day we arrived and the second day it was still a bit green, towels were few very small.
