GM� , We Sincerely & Truly enjoyed Our Stay. I've told so many about KOA!��� Looking forward 2 staying again, even if not for the Family Reunion. It was great. I was concerned calling KOA & asking U 2 resend the Rate 2 my phone again, cause I didn't see it till Tuesday & it said declined on my �. I'm glad I tried again w/out asking U 2 resend. Cabins are HOT! who's idea was it to remove the central a/c units and replace them with window units was insane, reason being the people in the bedroom of the (1) bedroom units may want privacy, no air circulation in the bedroom. sofa bed(mattress) are trash, no extra pillows or blankets for sofa bed, saw roaches, no ice trays, no rods to open blinds. wash your dishes " GERMS" people SANITIZE.

Our cabin was very tired, needs to be refreshed in a bad way. It was very clean, but needs to be updated badly. We had the meeting room and the a/c was not working. They did bring in 4 a/c cooler type machines, but it was 88 plus degrees in that room. It was very hard to have a great time being so hot. The staff is very friendly!!! We will not be back. .

Worst grounds upkeep I have ever seen at KoA��� � No A/c in cabin Cabins dirty Rv site water line was quipped so bad, we had very little water and the weeds were up to your butt!!!

Enjoyed my stay. I did have some concerns; no ice trays it would be beneficial. The floors need to be mopped prior to usage. All door locks need to be tested for full operational use. Do an inspection of the interior to make sure all light fixtures are properly working, and all bulbs are installed. Otherwise, I enjoyed and will be booking for a holiday experience with my immediate family.

We stay at the Conroe KOA every year. This year we were not impressed with cabin # 2. When we checked in our code for the door didn't work. Once we got into the room. The cabin didn't look mopped. There also was a left over baking soda and flour open left in a cabinet. Also a cake pan with cake still in it. The portable AC unit had a missing part. There was also paint hanging off the ceiling.

Was an amazing stay. Was all that we expected. The fishing pond was beautiful and activities were nice. The only thing was our floors we dirty when we arrived. We wished they would have been mopped.

I stayed in cabin 3, I checked on Friday May 27-29 and my family and I come to KOA every year. And I remember that cabins 1-3 was pet friendly cabins. Cabin 3 only had a window unit. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. I left the ac on all day and it was still to hot. If it’s not a pet cabin I really think y’all should fix the air.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. stayed many times before cabins were always well kept EXCEPT for this trip. Stayed in cabin #2 and it was filthy dirty. Trash in the floor, left over grease in pan in the oven, kids shoe left behind, swept up a pile of dirt and glass, bathrooms filthy, air conditioner fan rattles and makes loud noise when starting and stopping.

The stay was very great My family of 5 and I rented a 1 bedroom cabin it was very spacious for us, we checked in quickly the lady Andy helped us with booking prior to our stay and Andrea assisted us with the property amenities. Ot felt like we were the only ones at the campground it was so quiet and serene, the fish were biting and the relaxation you can enjoy was impeccable.

Beautiful campground with lots of great amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last minute change of plans we canceled our RV site and rented a one bedroom cabin. Cabin was clean and cozy with a lake right outside our front door. Also ended up having to leave a day early, and they refunded our unused night, which I didn’t expect. Will definitely stay here again!

While we enjoyed the short stay, I would not recommend a cabin on the hill. There was absolutely nothing appealing and felt deserted. The cabins by the front office, by the pond, appeared to have much more to offer. The office staff delivered excellent customer service.

My wife and I attended a Navy Squadron reunion over the weekend. The KOA facilities were great and made us feel right at home. The cabin was excellent and the pavilion was a perfect venue for our group. very clean and well kept. Thanks!!

It was so great, but the pool was down and we didn’t get to enjoy it. Everything else was great! The staff was awesome and the area was beautiful.

Have you considered assigning street names to the streets. It would make it easier to navigate. We were at the wildflower Saturday night & with no signs & so much darkness we almost never found our way back to our cabin near the office.

cabin was comfortable but water keep seeping into the floor of the bedroom with twin beds. I think there is an issue in the bathroom. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the pressure was very low when it was aimed toward hot. A chair in the kitchen had a support broken.

Great family friendly campground. It was a clean campground and staff were friendly. We had an issue with the door code on the cabin, but they took care of that right away. The cabins were neat and the view of the pond was beautiful.

Cabin was very nice but needed a deep clean. Baseboards, dishes and shelves and floors could all use more elbow grease. Also, there were 3 red wasps in our cabin upon arrival and no fly swatter. Is there a nest somewhere outside the cabin? If so, they need to be eliminated.

Too much highway road noise to allow a peaceful getaway from the city or a quiet evening sitting out. Paper towel and toilet paper were so cheap that if known we would’ve brought our own. Kitchen utensils and cookware was basic minimum and we even had to run to the Walmart to buy dish soap. Essentials were not covered leaving a bad taste despite a decent lakeside setting and good cabin construct
