Stayed a couple nights in the cabins here. Had an awful experience, with first cabin with water leak, moved to another cabin. Second night thought I smelt propane. Detector went off a few times, called Emergency Maintenance to have gas shut off. NO ONE Answered or called back. Asked for refund haven't heard back. Management team lacks professionalism in their customer service. NO Respect

Perfect cabin stay but the only problem we had was the internet connection was not working so there was only one channel to watch. Other than that the cabin was clean and cozy.

My stay was GREAT! The only thing I would suggest, as far as the cabins, is that the windows and doors should be free of cobwebs before renting! The outside sitting area was covered in webs as well as bug that were caught in the webs (table seats and windows)! Also, there were huge cracks in the doors that allowed pest to enter as well, plus, the blinds need replacing. But it was fun...Thanks KOA

It was absolutely great! The cabins were clean, comfortable and roomy. The kids love the pool and the playground. Our family loved it and want to come back.

We stayed for 1week in a cabin. It set just steps from a small lake, a perfect spot to have morning coffee while the sun comes up. The cabin was clean and everything worked. We enjoyed the clean pool almost every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although we had no children this KOA has a great play area for the kids.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the grounds weren't well maintained. The grass around our cabin was very high and I our cabin was the only one without a BBQ pit. We were looking forward to grilled hamburgers.

My stay was great but it was only air for the living area and it was hot in the bedroom. I didn’t realize that it was no air for the bedroom. Central air would have been better! It was extremely hot.

We've never stayed at a KOA so had no idea what to expect and we were so pleasantly surprised. The cabin and grounds were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My only feedback would be to add hooks for towels in the bathroom. We were short on places to hang towels for 6 people. Also, a lot of light would come through the blinds at night. But overall, a great stay!

Though the kitchen had hot water, the bathroom didn't. We ran it for several minutes and tried varying levels and it was tepid at best. There wasn't an extra lock on the door so anyone with the code can come right in. The AC was in the living room but doesn't reach the bedroom. We called and SPECIFICALLY mentioned our concern with the AC and this wasn't mentioned. Bedroom door open=fire hazard.

You facility and employees were very nice. The only thing that I did not like was that there was not a TV in the bedroom. I am a person who cannot sleep without a TV on and we had to sleep in the living area which was a little uncomfortable. Also, if we had guest in the morning for breakfast we had to get up early and put things back together. Other than that it was a very nice visit.

Excellent facilities!!! The grounds are beautiful, the cabin was clean, well stocked with essentials for the day, and most importantly, the room was extremely cold with the extreme weather. I would stay here again….

Great time with lots of amenities for my kiddos. I attended was part of a large Family Reunion crowd. My only draw back was that I wasn't crazy about the quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. on a Friday and Saturday night. Perhaps those could be extended a little.

Cozy cabin on the lake. Told my wife the size would be good for a single person to live in. I would suggeat a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Our cabin needed upgraded. The tub is rust stained, door weatherstrip needs replaced. Need to plant trees around the cabins to help shade them.Cabin was dirty when we checked in and we had to go get cleaning products and clean it right away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice comfortable cabin. Hot water was barely lukewarm in the shower. Bed was a little soft. Brought our own fan to circulate A/C into bedroom so it was cool too. Kitchen had a nice large fridge. The facilities were clean and well tended. Laundry area was set up nicely. The pond was muddy, not blue like photos.

We stayed in a two-room cabin on the pond. It was very roomy and comfortable. The location was great and the campground was very nicely maintained. Our only drawback was the cleanliness of the cabin. It just wasn't as clean as I would have liked for the price we paid. There was only a TV in one of the bedrooms and it was the size of an IPAD. Overall it was a great stay.

Great facility for camping and staging out of for outdoor activities. Only issue was an abundance of flies but no mosquitoes; always a bright side right? Staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue with a wasp nest and it was handled immediately. The grounds were clean and well maintained.

The internet did not work in any of the cabins I had. When called to inquire, the person at the front desk told me “Well I don’t know what to tell you”. Then she put someone else on the phone who basically told me to use my “hotspot”. Since internet was part of the cabin’s amenities. I was very disappointed in the response from both of these ladies and feel that I should be refunded
