We enjoyed this location and will definitely return soon! Check in and out is easy, the grounds are clean and well kept. Located next to lots of food places and beautiful parks.

very clean location outside & around cabin/super quiet before & after quiet time//cabin was great size for 2 people/cabin could've been a little cleaner(bathroom) staff was very helpful/great location for places to eat,shop,visit.

My grandson and wife stayed two out of the three nights I reserved, and only got to the room after ten and left both mornings at 10:00 ( estimated), so not much to report. However very clean and well stocked. We will use again, very nice.

Did not stay cabins dirty, tried 2 different ones. Need to be throughly cleaned and maybe updated to match exterior which looks nice.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT book a cabin. They are out dated, and dirty. I was so disappointed. My family was not comfortable at all. The cabin had a old moldy smell. They should close the cabins and renovate them. We paid to much for the cabin to stay in such conditions. This is a KOA that I would not come back to. The only plus is that the grounds were clean, but that's it.

Since I never received any email/txt regarding check in or check out for that matter, I expected this info at our arrival specially as it was our first time there. However office was closed, paperwork yes but no cabin key. No response at any of the contact numbers and never got a call back either. Cabin had brown water in kitchen faucet. Multiple roaches & bugs inside cabin/shower/cabinets etc.

We stayed 2 nights had a championship bass tournament on Lake Conroe. The KOA was very nice. Check in person was super. Our cabin was cleaned and stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The Cabin was nice and I could see this being a very nice place to stay. But with the Broken A/C unit and the lack of communication from front desk after them being told about this issue it made the experience awful. There was no attempt on the grounds keeper or the ladies at the front desk to make anything better or offer compensation or even a sympathetic apology.

Enjoyed the Cabin 14 it was very spacious and late check in was a breeze. Loved the train ride for the kids. The knob on shower was loose and hard to turn on and off

Our stay was good, but the cabin only had one airconditioner and the bedroom didn’t cool unless the door was open. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We’ll be back

grounds were really nice, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that cottages need some serious TLC- our bedroom door had a huge crack in it and toilet was very badly stained. still, we had a very nice stay overall

Cabin floor needed a mop desperately. A few light bulbs were out in the kitchen area and on the porch. Air filter hadn't been changed since December and was so dirty that air couldn't flow. Bedrooms could use a ceiling fan. Some sheet pans for the kitchen would have been nice. Pool had sand in the bottom and needed vacuuming. Cable TV was static-y. Park was quite - overall decent stay.

This faculty could be considered a false advertiser. They advertise several amenities that are not available and those that are are missing parts. The available thing to do is the pool, jump pad, and catch and release. A swingset is not a playground! Holiday KOA have family standards well not here!

I was extremely quiet and relaxing; convenient to downtown Montgomery. I highly recommend a short stay at Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA.

There needs to be more shade over the play areas/pool, and along road to enjoy a walk. Hard to enjoy outdoors and that was why we wanted to be there. This location didn’t live up to my expectations as other KOA’s I’ve stayed before. First time in a cabin and I’d give it 4/5 stars for the cabin. Great AC. Cabin 10 was very nice, although we had to call someone to show us how to get good channels on the TV and show us how to lock the door from the outside. They should have told us these things when we checked in. Otherwise we had a great time!

The only part of the cabin that stayed cool was the main living area. The bedroom and bathroom were almost unbearable. The pool by Sunday looked like it had not been cleaned in a week.

The cabins on the lake are acceptable and updated. The bed are very comfortable. I would Not recommending staying in the cabins up the hill. They are desperately in need of repairs, updating, and deep cleaning. The flooring has old roll-out vinyl covering, old appliances, and bug stains in the refrigerator. The staff is polite and helpful. The camp does offer a variety of things to do.

My stay at KOA camp grounds was fantastic!!!It was my first time there and everything was good.The employees were so nice and friendly!! They always greeted you with a big smile � They were so so helpful oh my so polite.My Father forgot one of his prescription they called me and said it would be there when my brother comes to get it.l think that was so wonderful!! I would recommend it.

The female staff members were very rude and not very helpful. They had things they would do everyday for the kiddos but we never got a list of times when things were taking place.. the pool was not great. The grass was taller than my 2 year old. There was a very nice man that helped out alot. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was the best thing about this koa. 10/10 don’t recommend
