I would have rated our stay 5 except for the WIFI. WIFI is an important amenity to have working well. I spent 2 hrs trying to figure out what was wrong, even called the office & they said no problems or any outages reported. Said they'd send someone but too busy. I set my TV up on my hotspot & it worked just fine. We book at camps with WIFI so we don't have to use our own. You advertise WIFI.

It was great and the only thing I'd change is putting a thermostat in the cabin so it could be adjusted. The temperature was good but I prefer it to be really cold

The facilities are in decent condition, but the price for this campground is very high compared to other KOAs where we have stayed and the location is not particularly pleasant.

Everything was great. The only problem is that Cabin 15 AC did not work and it hot inside the entire time we where there even with a portable AC being in the living room

Ladies up front were very nice and accommodating. The cabin was a little on the dirty side. There needs to be a coin machine in the laundry facility for guests needing to do laundry after hours. But overall, the park is very nice, very clean and quiet.

Beautiful campground. So well maintained. I stayed a whole month. I always stay at this KOA whenever I visit this area.

The staff is pleasant and professional. The park, swimming pool, jumping pad, basketball and tennis courts is awesome. Bathrooms were well stocked and very clean.

Very quiet, and peaceful stay. Neighbors were friendly. We didn’t have any issues.

Everything was nice overall. I didn't like the fact we received 4 towels for two nights. The bed was nice and clean but there was soda splashed on the blinds and other small cleaning issues. Besides that we didn't have any issues, everything else was great!

Everything was wonderful! Had a few issues with family members having to move their RVs, because the breakers kept flipping off, but other than that it was great.

There were a lot of dead trees all over the campground that need to be cut down. All the flowers were a nice touch. The staff were very nice. The new to us jumping pad holds a lot sand in the creases so the kids came back to the trailer covered in sand, we liked the dome one better because the sand filtered down to the ground away from the kids. Wished there was more shade.

It was great,but had to keep bedroom door open to try to keep cool & even with door open it was not cool enough.Need A/C in bedrooms of the 1 bedroom cabins.

Almost no trees. Not enough hot water in shower. Only stayed here because location convenient for visiting relatives in the area.

grass was very high when we arrived thursday although they mowed on friday, just occupied sites. on saturday they mowed and weeded eated the rest of the sites. these should be maintained at low levels all the time due to bugs. there were 2 large ant piles in our site also that are dangerous to small children. our water spigot and the one next to us was missing the handle.

Disappointed .Our first stay the grass wasn't cut, but we just thought that they'd forgotten about it, and didn't say anything. However, when we arrived on our second stay, the mowed grass was just left on lying on the cut grass and streets. The grill had charcoal left in it.The pier was covered with duck poop. Would be a great place if the grounds were kept up better.

This is our third stay. It is a nice clean park. Enjoy the water feature. They have several activities. Nice level pads. My only critique is mowing. It could be done more timely.
