The stay is always very good , easy check in and check out , grounds are super clean , pool is very very clean , grounds are lit up at night , my only suggestions would be to possibly get it gated , since it is in such a busy street and anybody can drive in and have access to campers personal belongings , it would also give campers peace of mind and return . Umbrellas at pool would be great

Arrived after closing. Called before and stated will be late. Paperwork was at office box for us upon arrival. Very quiet and nice stay. Rain gave it a calm effect. Enjoyed . Thank you

I had a great time fishing by the lake. however you need to to do something about the turtle population. You can’t fish because there are Tooo many turtles. I love catch and release. But when you have 10 turtles or more waiting on you to feed them. Not fun thanks

Rooms were clean. My TV did not work. After several calls to the office no one came. Unit 28. The guys were mowing when we arrived. The grass cuttings from the miw blew on to the front entrance. They did nit come to blow so I found a broom to cleanup

I have been coming here for years for family reunions but this past weekend I was not happy with the cabin assigned to me. This cabin had dirty tile in the kitchen, living and bedrooms. The furniture was very old. The tub was stained like it was not clean. I had other relatives in cabins and their cabin was updated to vinyl and new furniture and walk in shower. I Was not pleased at all.

If that was a premium site, it was very bad. Roots coming out of the ground, unlevel. The site was just nasty. The bathroom was a bloody mess.

There is really nothing positive I can say about this KOA location. It is clear that the owner of this location does not care about it whatsoever as it is filthy everywhere, there is no attempt to mow the grass, the concrete is absolutely black and hasn't been cleaned in years, the dog park is unusable if you have small dogs because the "dog park" gate has a huge gap. HORRIBLE PLACE TO VISIT.

Booked 3 nights Rv pad. Easy to book! Great power/ internet/ cable. Excellent location. Beautiful pool, kids area, BBall/tennis, fishing site. Loved the dog park feature. Will be booking there again. Staff is great!

We have stayed at many KOA's in the last three years and this was, without a doubt, the worst Kampground. The grass and weeds were between 12 and 18 inches high in the site we were assigned to. We had a premium site and had made reservations months ago. We went to the office in the morning and talked to them regarding the grass and they addressed it, only in our site. Watch out for fire ants!

Only issues I have is there are no curtains to help block out the sun to help keep the cabin cool & no tv in master bedroom.

The KOA was quiet not busy at all. We saw more employees than campers. KOA staff was nice however our site was not ready. Grass was tall and a lot of fire ant beds. Staff was quick to resolve this issue.

It has concrete sites. The park is very run down. We used to stay at this location, but it's been over 8 years. It is sad to see this park in disrepair. Also, the electricity is at 113 volts and should be at 120. We couldn't use all our air conditioners because of this.

Easy access, only concern the lot we stayed at was not leveled and even though our motorhome has stabilizing bars it was hard to set the stabilizing bars several times. Due to the length of the lot.

There was a group of 3 staying in one of the deluxe cabins. We come back every year and we usually end up with the same cabin. The only thing I see that needs some work is the house keeping. We found numerous cobwebs and a few ants inside the cabin. Everything else was clean. We used the pool and it was clean and refreshing. The stay is always friendly.

So disappointed this stay. The cabins are getting so run down-which makes it look and feel dirty when one walks in. Light bulbs missing. Small ants and spiders are scattered. Fireworks should never be in a campground!! And should be enforced. We left a day early. Tried several times to call front desk on the day we left-no one answered. Makes one wonder what truly is going on at this KOA. Sad.

It was my first time ever staying and I enjoyed every minute of my stay the cabin were nice and clean the grounds were nice I enjoyed just sitting outside watching the lake very peaceful. I will be coming back just for a little get away.. Thanks

Staff was very nice, campgrounds were decent. Bathrooms were clean but not great - funky layout for showers, and door codes were not working. No cable service. The unit next to me looked like it’d been unoccupied for a while. This place was OK for an overnighter.

The accommodations were good at the KOA, but the grass at our campsite had not been mowed in several weeks when we arrived Tuesday July 1st. Wednesday morning the landscapers mowed our site and scratched the door of our 2024 GMC Denali 2500. We could seen the dryed grass an dirt blown on the door. We complained to the manager on duty, but she said the damage did not occur on site and to file ins.

Unfortunately the grounds were nothing like the website showed. Very very little shade. Most trees were dead and need to be cut down. If your campsite was mowed there were chunks of dried grass/trimmings. Sites were in dire need of work. We were passing through and stayed for a couple of days looking for some r & r only to be awakened at 7:30 by mowers. I was very disappointed with our experience.

Would have been better is the site we reserved would have been mowed prior to our arrival. the weed around the fire pit and picnic table were about a foot and a half tall. may off the trees were dead and very little shade. All of the sites have the hook up on the east side and the patio on the west, so you get the blaring late afternoon and evening Texas hot sun.

Lovely site but I was very disappointed to find the Dog Parks in such a neglected state. In both parks, the grass was very long but more disturbingly, there were holes in the fences and the gates had gaps large enough for my 15 pound terriers to get through, which they did. KOA dog parks are one of reasons I like to stay at KOAs. Your parks are not safe for small dogs until you fix them.

The pool was disgusting. The staff was nice on arrival. Mouse or rat poop in the bathroom. Not very much shade. Close to highway. We left after 1st night. Sent a text. Told girl why we were checking out and she just gave a blank stare. Cannot believe pool hasn’t been shut down. Always a great time. Staff are very friendly. Only thing that was not the greatest was the lawn at sights and in dog park. Just a little messy with all the large clumps of cut grass everywhere. Still a great place to stay.
