It was very convenient and a very nice park to stay at. Directions to our site was very easy to find. We will definitely stay again.

We had our 50 year High School reunion 10.13.23-10.15.23. We had an amazing time. Our classmates & I were in awe of how wonderful the venue was. We highly recommend your facility for any event. My friends gave me so many compliments on how much they loved being here. It's a beautiful venue. The staff was friendly, professional and loved by us all. Thank you for an amazing weekend.

The floor of the cabin was extremely dirty. The bottoms of our feet turned black walking around the cabin. The space itself and furnishings were nice. Would have rated it higher if it had been clean. Friends next door said the same thing.

Would like to say this is not like any KOA we have ever stayed at. Mowed and left all the grass on lawn so now all in MH every time we go in and out. Can't take our little Boyz for a walk as there are bad stickers all over. Cleanliness was very good. If only staying overnight a good place. But long-term no so good, no shade. Didn't notice many on-site activities for children. People in office V-ni

The two maintenance guys were able to successfully get my electrical running after staying and working for two hours on it. What a blessing to have these two men working for your KOA. They didn’t accept any money they didn’t except any offer beer. They were just truly two guys they just wanted to help. Thank you so much

Don't see how this is a "Holiday" status resort. Totally unimpressive and located behind an empty furniture store.

It is a very nice campground and we enjoyed our stay. The grass on in campground was too long. The campground is advertised as having manicured grounds. They were not.

It was okay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grass was quite high and fire ants in multiple places. The pull through spots are very close together. The private lake and all ponds were brown instead of the beautiful pictured water in the pictures, although the bridge and gazebo were quite nice.

As far as KOA’s go, this was one of the better ones for spacing RV sites. Many crowd RV’s close together to make a profit Conrad/Houston did a much better job at this. The grounds were well kept, and although we did not use one of its cabins, they were a larger than most cabins In campgrounds and nicely painted in earth tone colors.

The campground is very noisy. Close to all the highway hustle & bustle. Campsites needed to be mowed. The concrete pads were spacious though which was nice.

We have been at this KOA every winter for 10 years. The park have been very accommodating to our needs. The staff has been great in working with us as we transition to our new home. We couldn’t ask for a better campground and staff to deal with. I would 100% recommend this KOA.

One could tell a lot of work and care was put into creating the cabins and facilities. Everything seemed new and was functional. I used the laundry room and the QR code service worked like a charm, no need for quarters. Our family rented the facility (Magnolia room) for a family event and the space was more than adequate. The hosts were friendly and attentive.

We came to Montgomery to visit friends. This is a beautiful campground, we stayed on the lake and enjoyed sitting on our back porch and looking at the water. The only thing missing is more trees around the sites, those would help tremendously with the Texas heat at least when we were there. We will be back in the future.

Enjoyable one-nighter when we arrived in area a day earlier than our reservation at another campground. Great wifi, very little shade (which with recent Houston weather, we didn’t enjoy the outside as much as we could have). Good pool, small but grassy K-9 area.

We stayed for a family reunion, it was wonderful! The hall was clean, the staff was exceptional and answered all our questions and concerns (not that we had any) and the cabin we stayed in was clean, neat and very comfortable. I have to give to the housekeeping staff. Ms. Clems jumped right on the water issue from the storm we experienced with her staff and personally cleaned my cabin.

Hot tub didn’t work trash all around pool area no one in office to check me in at 1:30 pm general upkeep on grounds (ie unmowed grass).

We had our family reunion there and everyone enjoyed it a lot. The kids enjoyed the pool and playing outside. The cabins were spectacular and the Magnolia Hall was awesome for us to cook for our family.

Quick weekend visit, quiet spaces, easy in and out. Clean showers/bathrooms, friendly staff. Will return on next visit to Montgomery area.

Cabin was great. Problem was lack of shade and the housing construction going on around the campground. Just for that reason I would not recommend it or return.

Overall our stay was really nice. Cleanlyness was decent for a campground. Only real bummers were there was a ton of dead trees around the campsite. Ours had one that had been dead for a long time. And it would have been nice to have a live tree at the site with all the Texas heat and just to stick with the pond views. Also, a play structure for smaller kids would have been nice.
