Sites were very pretty around the lake and well kept. But, the store was lacking supplies in general. No guided service to your site with aid backing into the site. No firewood on-hand. No propane service. In general it was just OK and NOT what we expect from a KOA Holiday.

Everyone there was very nice. The facilities were well maintained. And the only issue that arose was very quickly looked at by the staff and was remedied.

Very poor internet , cable tv kept freezing up, hot tub and pool closed for maintenance for 3 months, not worth the $$$

Everything was excellent, except for the power outage in the morning, which was obviously not your fault. Excellent shower facility and great, friendly service. Would definitely stay again.

Ran down facility. Three day weekend and place was empty… such a nice location though. Our upgraded spot was covered with weeds- no grass in sight. Broken “year round” pool and spa. They had no fire wood to purchase. We were definitely catfished- website is not accurate.

Love this resort! Beautiful & always well maintained. The staff if so helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend this park to everyone!

Not what we expected. Warehouse view from camp-spot was unpleasant, numerous permanent residents not very camp-like with excess fridges outside of rv’s/rundown decor/multiple cars/toys/clutter, no playground, swings were rundown, jump pillow was not bouncy/full of water, pool/spa was broken, no access to outdoor chess, poo from previous dog-guests on our site, weeds growing out fire pits.

The KOA is close to everything that a person would need. Our spacious site was next to the pond. Nice dog parks. Great laundry facility.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We had a very relaxing time. We would like to go during the summer months to enjoy the pool and Lake Conroe See you in the Summer

This KOA doesn’t have a camping feel, it has more of a neighborhood feel. The curbs were a little odd and made backing a camper in more difficult. Otherwise, it was quiet, especially for being right on a main road. The campground and facilities were clean.

Staff at office were exceptional! Area was clean and peaceful. Even though maintenance had tried to address it, the ladies bathroom near the cabins had continual horrific sewage odor!!!

Park seems old and on its way to becoming a “trailer park “. Many long term campers have added personal touches that are not typically allowed. There’s a minimum amount of staff and they seem more engaged with the cabins than the rv park. This is a great location and it’s obvious that at one point it was probably a 5 Star park.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always and enjoyed it. Bathrooms are clean. Washer and dryer works great. And staff is very helpful and kind!

We enjoy our time at KOA. The dog parks are nice but needs maintenance on the dog obstacles, grass needs to be mowed inside dog parks.

Website advertises a new heated pool, open year around. So we booked specifically for that reason with 3 children in our party and the pool was probably 50° in December. We stayed here 7-8 years ago and it was an indoor heated pool. Very disappointed and will never be back.

The campground is well-maintained and safe. We only stayed for one night. These were the worst laundry facilities I have encountered since we have started our coast-to-coast road trip in October. I had to clean hair, dirt and trash out of each machine. Only 3 dryers seemed safe to use as the metal and plastic were damaged inside. Only 1 dryer actually dried our items. Same price as other places

Wonderful people run the campground. A huge variety of things to do: fishing, gigantic bounce pad for kids, pickle ball, basketball, corn hole, playground and more! It will be our go to when in the area.

Very out of the way campground. Poor signage to get to the office from the main road. Campground seems understaffed. Sites had steep curbing to get in and out. Bathroom was clean and newer. Nice pond.

Due to a problem with our motorhome the great people at KOA moved us to a cabin close to dog park for our dogs.

The location was great and we had a beautiful site. Our issue was lack of communication and care for the guests staying there during a power outage. They have no control over the outage but would have been nice if they came around and at least gave us an update and the information to log into power company for updates before leaving early. This is off season so lack of care for the guests.

Site: unlevel concrete “patio” site with curbed sites. Long enough for our fifth wheel and trailer. Sewer in rear of sites. Catch and release pond was fun catching bass. Some residents speed through the park. Friendly park team. Laundry room clean. Unfortunately, the road noise heard from Highway 105 in this park will probably keep us from returning.
