We stay at the Conroe KOA every year. This year we were not impressed with cabin # 2. When we checked in our code for the door didn't work. Once we got into the room. The cabin didn't look mopped. There also was a left over baking soda and flour open left in a cabinet. Also a cake pan with cake still in it. The portable AC unit had a missing part. There was also paint hanging off the ceiling.

Everything was great.. the only complaint was the size of the "big rig" spots. These are narrow. We could not use the concrete in front of our stairs and we only had a about 6 inches on the other side. Way too narrow.

Was an amazing stay. Was all that we expected. The fishing pond was beautiful and activities were nice. The only thing was our floors we dirty when we arrived. We wished they would have been mopped.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are very nice and clean. There are a lot of activities for kids. We stayed in long term and had a great experience. Andrea and Laura went above and beyond to make our stay such a great experience. Andy was always cheerful and friendly in the office. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I stayed in cabin 3, I checked on Friday May 27-29 and my family and I come to KOA every year. And I remember that cabins 1-3 was pet friendly cabins. Cabin 3 only had a window unit. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. I left the ac on all day and it was still to hot. If it’s not a pet cabin I really think y’all should fix the air.

The park itself was nice and clean. Park office staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Issues were Grass was very high, had to ask for it to be cut (which they did the next day). Dogs off leash. People in cabins were playing loud music, yelling and screaming till 2:30am with no one around to curtail the situation.

S’mores by the fire pit! Hot dogs at the pavilion! Train rides for the kids! Pool time! Clean environment! My husband and I had so much fun! Thank you!

We had requested a pull through and ended up on a site that was nice but the tree was on the wrong side and we never got any shade until late in the evening. We should have asked to relocate. Nice pool and nice showers. Short stay so did not have time to check out the rest of the location.

We stayed for 7 months and the staff worked to try and maintain the campground during that time. The campground rules were not consistently followed and we had non-stop barking dogs, dogs in the restrooms, trash out of dumpsters, RVs in disrepair and trash in the ponds. The staff worked hard for the level of staffing on site. Weekend kids activities were nice.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. stayed many times before cabins were always well kept EXCEPT for this trip. Stayed in cabin #2 and it was filthy dirty. Trash in the floor, left over grease in pan in the oven, kids shoe left behind, swept up a pile of dirt and glass, bathrooms filthy, air conditioner fan rattles and makes loud noise when starting and stopping.

The stay was very great My family of 5 and I rented a 1 bedroom cabin it was very spacious for us, we checked in quickly the lady Andy helped us with booking prior to our stay and Andrea assisted us with the property amenities. Ot felt like we were the only ones at the campground it was so quiet and serene, the fish were biting and the relaxation you can enjoy was impeccable.

Good. Can not fault them for following their rules on additional days. Due to my wife's health, we were not able to leave intime to arrive on our scheduled date. It was the next evening when we got there. As I expected, per the KOA rules, we were charged for that day. Nor did we get an extra day when we decided to stay an extra day. Once again, I am not upset, but wish there was more consideration

Pool was closed when checked in.Received no notification that it was reopened.Had to stop by the office & ask. Next day showed up to find it closed again. Two hours later received a text about it being closed & that we would receive a text when open. Never received another text even though people were in the pool, hot tub was still closed. Woken @4:30 by rude fisherman. W&D old & expensive. Bad KO

We enjoyed our second stay. It’s 45 minutes from our home and provides us a nice place to go when we want to get the trailer out, but camping time is limited.

Decent place for a quick overnighter. Sites were unlevel and the grounds were poorly maintained.
