Great,friendly and accommodating staff. Grounds were clean and well kept. Close to restaurants and stores. Try Trixie's Coffee Shop...it was great!. The farmers market on Saturday morning at the campgrounds was also a bonus.

We enjoyed walking around the campground, relaxing by the lake and playing with our puppy in the dog park. My only concern is that the dock was so full of duck poop that we were unable to walk out to the gazebo on the lake. Probably needs to be power washed twice a week.

The camp area was clean, neatly kept. The space was very nice looking over the manmade lake. But, the location is near a major highway and so the sights & sounds were annoying. But, on the other hand, it’s near a lot of nice restaurants and lake activities in the area of Lake Conroe by vehicle.

The campgrounds are clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and super helpful. My cabin was very clean, fully stocked with supplies (fresh towels, coffee, extra blankets, etc). Job well done! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area!

Pros: The lake view was great - very pretty. Cons: road noises were very loud (we were at the front of the park). The amenities for kids were not in good condition (bounce pad wasn’t holding air, basketballs were all flat). I probably won’t be back to this KOA - others are better maintained.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating as I had wrong site picked for our SUV tent camping and they quickly switched us to an RV site. Loved the farmers market on Saturday and the dog areas.. it was nice and relaxing weekend to just chill and unplug from technology:

It was relaxing. Picnic table needed repaired or replaced. The bathroom hade a bad odor, but appeared clean.

Both Andy & Marly were welcoming ... professional yet personable. Enjoyed the Farmers' Market being so accessible. I was car-camping using a tent site near the restroom/shower room - very clean. For after business comers like me, I suggest using at least the camper's initials on the site map; I was not certain if the map was for me or for another late comer. THANK YOU

Only stayed for one night but this is a very big campground with lots to offer. Easy in and out and great spots. Would stay again.

Great area with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Only issue we had was the approach into the park. It is a very steep approach into the park from hwy 105. Lots of drag marks from previous RVs annd we narrowly missed dragging our RV. Other than that, no issues.

Arrived and my reserved spot was flooded. The area where my campers door would open into had 4 inches of standing water in it! They moved me to another spot but that spot had about 6 inches of standing water where at area near road and just forward of where my truck was parked. Asked manager to send over a sump pump or raw water pump and they dropped me off a squeegee!! Jeez!

Bathroom near tent area was not working and the closest one was out as well. It was so dark walking from tent area to a bathroom that was near the office. Paid full price for a spot without bathroom use. Several cars stopped a few feet from sleeping area to throw boxes and trash into the dumpster.

When I arrived, the check in went smoothly but they assigned me a site that already had someone in it. The next spot they assigned me to was not level and off by 3 inches on one side. I went around and pulled in again and tried several locations forward/backward left/right to get more level and could not get less than 3 inches on one side. Fishing pond was chocolate milk and disappointing.

We were staging to move away from our hometown for 2 weeks, spent our time at KOA which is very clean and friendly. Thanks to the crew that was so helpful during our stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin, exceptionally clean everything we required was in place and the setting by the lake was pretty and peaceful. Wildlife included turtles, cranes, ducks and geese who seemed to know how to encourage us to feed them. Staff at site were friendly and very helpful. We had never stayed at a KOA before but will certainly include them in future adventures :-)

The cabin was very clean upon arrival. Personnel were extremely friendly. Everyone in camp was friendly. Everything was in working order. My wife really enjoyed the showers. The water pressure was great. Plenty of hot water.

The wife and I love this campground! We always look forward to stay here. There's seemingly always something going on to enjoy. The staff is friendly, and they make late check-ins/check-outs easy and worry free.

This was a really nice campground. There are cabins going around the lake and on one side the RV's park with a beautiful view out into the lake area. All congrete pads for level parking and everything is very clean. They have a DVD library so you can bring in your old DVD's and exchange them which we really like. It was very quiet and the staff went out of their way to ensure their guests comfort

Cabin 34 up the hill was a mess in need of lots of repairs… blinds , kitchen faucet handle the floor had large black marks on it just very surprised for. KOA and Finally there was a party in the rec room and they were hollowering across parking lot and the MUSIC PLAYED UNTIL 1:45 am called emergency number no one returned my call!! I had just come off a ten hour drive. Not a pleasant experience!

Spent 6 days at this park while visiting relatives. It's a mixed operation with many cabins and RV spots. Staff is super friendly. Be aware, the park is next to a very busy road. The good news is their are many stores nearby.
