Clean camp area, plenty of room. We were right next to the restroom and laundry room. Super clean showers. Very nice front desk ladies. Will definitely come back!

There’s lots of ants and some dead trees around that need attention. Some investment in a large kids playground and activities would be amazing! And for gods sakes get rid of all the sand! No one likes it! But staff is awesome and always eager to help out.

Very poorly ran management they pick favorites. Let some do whatever they want and pick on others would not recommend anyone to stay there. Also from the time we moved into the time we left they just changed rules whenever however they wanted with no documentation they would run your credit card whenever they wanted whether it was the right day or not very disappointed in this place.

Quiet and clean surroundings. Nice place to walk. Plenty of trash containers for getting rid of trash. Office personnel competent and courteous.

We live nearby and had no home electric due to storm, so brought our RV to the park to get out of the heat. Always knew where this park is and were very impressed at the amenities offered. There are cabins, a fishing lake, pool and nice roomy RV lots. If you are in Lake Conroe area and need a place to stay we would highly recommend it.

Staff are wonderful , we had to move sites however due to power poll needing maintenance . They moved us quickly & all was ok for the remainder of our stay .

While we were grateful to have a place to stay during a power outage this rv park has really gone down hill. 10 years ago we used to stay here while building our home and it was very nicely kept up. Grass and grounds not kept, tennis courts trashed, undesirables not staying there loud and obnoxious. Sad to see this place in such disrepair.

Cozy cabin on the lake. Told my wife the size would be good for a single person to live in. I would suggeat a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Sites are very big and well kept up. Sewer was to the front of camper so need to make sure you have long hoses. Not a problem if you have sewer connection in the middle

My Wife and I really enjoyed this KOA site. Although it doesn't have many trees as the other KOA's we've visited it was clean and had concrete pads which made leveling the RVa breeze. It has a few amenities and the check-in office was clean, but small not a lot of RV items, but there's an ACE nearby if anything is needed. The KOA does need better signs making it easier to locate & entry is very lo

Our cabin needed upgraded. The tub is rust stained, door weatherstrip needs replaced. Need to plant trees around the cabins to help shade them.Cabin was dirty when we checked in and we had to go get cleaning products and clean it right away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice comfortable cabin. Hot water was barely lukewarm in the shower. Bed was a little soft. Brought our own fan to circulate A/C into bedroom so it was cool too. Kitchen had a nice large fridge. The facilities were clean and well tended. Laundry area was set up nicely. The pond was muddy, not blue like photos.

We stayed in a two-room cabin on the pond. It was very roomy and comfortable. The location was great and the campground was very nicely maintained. Our only drawback was the cleanliness of the cabin. It just wasn't as clean as I would have liked for the price we paid. There was only a TV in one of the bedrooms and it was the size of an IPAD. Overall it was a great stay.

Great facility for camping and staging out of for outdoor activities. Only issue was an abundance of flies but no mosquitoes; always a bright side right? Staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue with a wasp nest and it was handled immediately. The grounds were clean and well maintained.

The number of dead trees was noticeable. The grass area around the pads were mowed and left with residual grass clippings which I didn't like. The staff was very nice. The pond water was not pretty at all. The walk way banister had lots of duck poo. The pool was nice, however, some shaded tables would have been nice by the pool. We will not likely visit this park again.

We had to request mowing the 10”-12” high grass. The laundry room was filthy. I can attach photos of the dirty floor. Most KOAs have an ATM this one did not. We have been staying at this park since 2012. Repairs are needed in the railing and fencing. Dangerously large splinters are all over the railings. We can see a definite decline in the maintenance of this KOA.

The internet did not work in any of the cabins I had. When called to inquire, the person at the front desk told me “Well I don’t know what to tell you”. Then she put someone else on the phone who basically told me to use my “hotspot”. Since internet was part of the cabin’s amenities. I was very disappointed in the response from both of these ladies and feel that I should be refunded

Cut grass was all over the sidewalk and parking slab. Made it easy to track the grass into the cabin and cars. The floor in the cabin was filthy. It was covered with blond hair, getting attached to our socks. The tub drained extremely slow. After taking a shower, the tub had at least 6 inches of water left in it. We had to wait about 15 minutes before someone else could shower.

I booked the site according to the idea that we would be backed up to Lake Conroe, not a pond. We were hoping to kayak etc while there. The only activity that was open was the pool. The bounce pad was not there and there were no balls for the volleyball or pickleball courts.

First time camping with my daughter and we loved it. She told me it was the best thing ever happening to her. She is only 6 years old. We liked it so much that we are going for more days next month.

Staff was super friendly. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Grass needed to be mowed. The grass was being mowed the day we left but was tall when we arrived. Handle on water spout was missing. The advertised bounce pad for the kids was not available. Would be nice if there were a gate at the entrance as we were stationed very close to the entrance. Expected better amenities for the price.
