The average grade given to you would have been a lot higher had you placed us in a quieter area. We were placed in the first row directly across from the pool and tenters which were loud and had late nights. There were many sites that would have suited our needs in rows C or D. washrooms connected to the office need updating with lightnin required and surfaces changed to metal/ sanitized able

Lovely spot very close to Kingston. It is wonderfully quiet for sleeping and the park lighting is subtle and allows for views of the stars. There are trees throughout the park coupled with great service and clean facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and well organized. My only negative was being "bumped" from the site originally promised when we checked in. However, the owner quickly solved the problem. It seems some of the booking staff are quite "loose" with site switching without regard to the impact. I had requested and was promised a site close to washroom / showers because my wife is mobility challenged.

Another great stay at KOA Kingston. We were in row D this time. The trees aren't huge in this row, but we were always able to find shade on our site. The water fight was fun to watch. One thing I will say with all of our stays here - the firewood is consistently dry and of good quality. As well - all of the staff are super kind and friendly. They work hard with a smile on their faces.

We stayed over Friday night in tent site A08. I picked the KOA because of its family friendly reputation but that wasn’t the case on our stay. The site next to us A07 was involved in two separate arguments Friday after midnight. The language used and arguments were not family.I sent a text message with more details to the cell number provided 6135466140. I ran out of characters in this messa

One of the best KOA’s we’ve been to. Can tell the owners are working hard to make the campers have an enjoyable stay. Clean, well laid out, beautiful location and worth staying at to enjoy the amenities.

You have a nice clean campground. We enjoyed our stay in the Kingston area. One comment: you need soup holder inside the showers of the Pancake House Comfort Station.

Staff - very friendly & helpful Facilities- beautiful , well looked after Wifi- needs improvement. Would like to see every device get wifi & no password needed - line the KOA where we are now (Quebec City KOA).

We stayed at the KOA in Kingston for a total of 10 nights and paid well over $1,100 in total and DID NOT have WiFi. We talked to several people in the office on several separate occasions and everyone seemed to care and said they would get it fixed. It was NOT fixed and there was NO follow up on the part of the office. The last day the girl at the office said they wouldn't do anything about it

The site was great. The staff was great and very helpful. As always my only complaint is restrooms. A restroom at the other end of the camp would be nice. But Patrick and his crew still get 5 stars

Camped in the H series of the park. End site H 15. Great site. Kingston KOA is a great park. Can be busy on weekends but what park, wheather KOA or Provincial isn't. The pool is well maintained and managed. I have also stayed in the different Cabin's available, very clean and fun!

We come here a couple of times a season-love this place-staff are so nice and the atmosphere is laid back.There are a few long stay people in row C that are grouchy with the kids around dusk time clapping and grumbling at the kids playing tag-it has been like that every time we have stayed-I don't have young children but it irritates me to see them try to damper fun long before the 11pm quiet time

This KOA has been well kept and is constantly improving sites, adding premium patios and decor that is well done and makes them very comfortable. This campground is close to many attractions, very easy to access off the major highway and it was well staffed. It is kept tidy and well kept. Prices have risen but that is the same everywhere.

Our stay was excellent!! We were in a pickle and called late in the day and they found us a site right away! Then there was an issue with electrical so the upgraded us to one of the premium sites for not extra cost! They certainly did not need to do that! All the events going on were well organized and fun! The staff are excellent and helpful. One of our favourites and can't wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay! Sites are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is only one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star rating, that is the internet access. one device only having access to the wifi network is not what you would expect.

Very nice KOA The grounds were beautifully kept with lovely sites. Awesome play ground for children and a large dog park. The cabins are darling! Clean and neat looking with flowers, table and chairs and private campfire. One of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed in.
