Disappointed with the descriptions of the size of beds in cabins-felt they were deceiving especially for the bunk beds. Very small for adults. Also found the prices to be pretty extravagant for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners are staff are very friendly and do an amazing job. I had my 8 year old granddaughter and there was so much for her to do. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Disappointed with what we paid for deluxe cabin and window blinds had slats broken (privacy), baseboard heater control broken. Also neighbours with very foul mouths at 2 in the morning were not addressed. Scratched Teflon coated fry pan. Not enough coffee pods.

Thank you for a fabulous stay! The kids did not want to leave. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. It had everything we needed, was clean and spacious :) Staff and Owners were super friendly and available without a problem. Halloween weekend is definitely the weekend to go! Can’t wait to try your other themed weekends and come back! Thanks for a great weekend!! :)

We had a great stay Upon check in though they forgot to give us our key so we had to come back to get in our cabin. Bathroom were clean. Loved the two bedroom cabin. So quaint and perfect for even 6 of us! Only complaint with it was the roofing tile nails come through the roof and my daughter scratched herself on the top bunk. This really should be addressed

We have booked multiple KOAs over the last 6 years. We finally got a week at the Kingston 1000 island Holiday and we really enjoyed it. Clean facilities, friendly staff and lots of great amenities. Please send reminders to bring lines when staying in a deluxe cabin as other places provide them. Floor was soft by the window and afraid someone was going to go through the floor. Received a text message prior to arriving and was told could text with questions - never received a response. Internet code did not work past 1st day-asked for a new 1 never received. We felt as if staff did not care

It was my second time staying at a KOA campsite and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating however possible. Even with 2 days of rain and a fire ban, the overall experience was great mostly because of these positive interactions. The washrooms were nice but could benefit from cleaning a bit more regularly. The kids had a blast and we will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff are amazing and the cleanliness of the park, cabins and common area (area where the kids play) was top notch!!! Would highly recommend to anyone who loves staying at KOA’s like my family does. Will return for sure.

The fire ban didn’t help. The guy who checked me in didn’t give me a key. The place was very dirty. I found a piece of poo in the bottom bunk under the mattress in the corner. The bathroom clearly wasn’t cleaned. I understand it’s a cabin but might as well stay home. I have a propane fire pit and a clean house. When there is no fire, they should have a back up plan. It is a great campground with lots of fun things to do, especially for kids. So convenient as it is located within city limits, but yet feels very private. Cottages are a little on the small side, but was adequate overall. Campground is nicely laid out whether you are staying on a campsite or in a cottage. Nice to see trees around some of the campsites. The pool was especially fun for the kids.

Terrible stay: no pillows, blankets, or shampoo, beds uncomfortable, garbage not collected and no bags provided. EV charger killed our car battery, costing us SOS service. Owner was rude, dismissive, and refused to help—just gave a number to call. Absolutely the worst experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool were clean as a whistle. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied The cabin was perfect. Easy access to Kingston and other cities. Definitely will do this again

It was our first time so it was all new to us. We stayed in a cabin two adults and two kids The experience was nice but I feel like a few things could’ve been better First , we didn’t realize there was a fire ban. They should have emailed us about this The wifi is falsely advertised. We had to pay per day for a second device And last, the pool could’ve been a bit warmer

The deluxe cabins need a better garbage pail and a recycling box would be good for outside. The garbage container for inside the cabin needs to be bigger with plenty of extra bags.

Nice cabin, but the WI-FI is basically non - existent, why bother putting a TV in a cabin if it won't hook to WI-FI. It normally would not matter but since we could not have a fire it would have been nice to watch something once the mosquitos started. We waited for hot water but once it came it did not last long so we did not shower. This is my first experience in your cabins and probably my last.

KOA Kingston is just what you need for a lovely mini vacay! The facilities are very clean and well taken care of… There are a lot of fun things for kids to do right on site. Kingston is 10min away which is perfect for site seeing. The new single bathrooms are an awesome addition. Thanks for a great visit! I hope KOA continues to keep rates reasonable for families.

The first yr stayed there, amazing. This yr, nope. The bbq didnt work properly, wasp nest by frontdoor, air conditioner super crazy loud, and had mice inside. The owner should have given something as a gesture to show they are sorry not just say 'we took notes'. I want to say we will return as 1st yr there was perfect, just not sure. Still sad about the stay. This was our summer vaca.

It was our first time checking it out and the cabin was really nice and bonus is ac when it was so hot last weekend! Loved a lot of stuff for kids to keep them busy and my youngest son loved it :-) and we definitely will get come back someday soon

Very nice KOA The grounds were beautifully kept with lovely sites. Awesome play ground for children and a large dog park. The cabins are darling! Clean and neat looking with flowers, table and chairs and private campfire. One of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed in.
