The Deluxe Cabin needs some improvements, especially in the bathroom.

The campground is fantastic and the staff are very welcoming. The only issue is the small garbage can inside the cabins, it is too small. Another point to improve is the Wi-Fi which is paid for more than one device. It should be limited to one device per person.

We had a great time. The cabins were great. Lots of activity for the kids. The camp ground and the cabins was clean and appealing. Great sitting area out side with fire pit and bbq. Will definitely come back

great day at the KOA ..staff are friendly and very helpful..heated pool was a must for the kids and the carts we drove were just the best fun..zip line and bounce pad were a big hit....our cabin was very nice and cosy.....thanks for everything you do....see you again cheers

Our deluxe cabin for 4 was very old and had almost a moody smell. The cabins looked very dirty and beds extremely uncomfortable. There should be more free outdoor activities.

The cabin is very clean and well-equipped! The campsite has lots of activities for kids which makes it very family friendly. We also like how the rangers would patrol around the site to ensure all campers abided by the rules, especially to keep the noise level down after 11pm.

Very clean and nice Campsite we stayed in cabin wish maybe more pans to use and also service could be faster asked for more coffee 3 times before got it and also asked why all cabins had a swing but not us for our stay never got a answer so customer service can be better but overall nice clean and lots for family to do and reasonable prices thank you

In short. They made me feel like a thief making me pay everything up front which this was a first time in 4 years of me staying there. I was in a ant invested cabin which I had lost most of my food which the ants got into, and the last thing is having an ant crawl into my mouth while I was trying to sleep. which I ended up leaving just after 3am.

We stayed in the one room cabin. It was very clean. The washroom and showers were also very clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our children are older and did not use the playgrounds but they looked well mainland fun for young campers. We enjoyed outer stay!!

Friendly staff, great location both in town and on the campsite. Near the washrooms and pool. The washroom ran out of toilet paper our last evening there, the toilets were having trouble fully flushing, and the washroom was kind of in disarray but otherwise we had a good stay and would return to this location.

Really expensive and not alot for your money. Even with the discount card. Doesn't seem to accumulate to anything and I've had one for a few years now. Very dirty under furniture inside the cabins. No patio like other cabins. ANTS EVERYWHERE! Made multiple trips to the store to ask for different assistance for things, hot water, bad smells, ect. And no one showed until I called and asked 4x's .

Very nice place, well maintained with plenty to do if you have children. Good camp store and very nice staff. Great place to relax for a romantic getaway. Very close to downtown Kingston.

Cabins are good, but the bathroom/showers were a nightmare to use, 0-cleanliness, cleaning times were at the worst possible times, and you couldn't even tell they were cleaned immediately after (no toilet paper, muddy floors, hair everywhere). Not a ton to do, but we made our fun. Second time staying there and for sure the last. Very disappointing.

We had a great time. Awesome range of games, play structures, activities for all ages. Pool was clean and great size. Loved the little trail to walk the dogs. Firewood delivery, garbage pickup at our site a bonus. Fire pit area beautiful. Staff very nice. Prices on store very reasonable.

Stayed in a cabin. There is mold around shower. Dog poo outside next to fire pit. Mattress for the pullout needs to be replaced. We will probably stay again as it’s near the border.

We had fun staying in a cabin. Our daughter enjoyed the jumping pad and the playgrounds, she loved the zip line! It was our second time staying there and we will go back

As always, the Wagner family provided an excellent camping experience! The new deluxe cabins were comfortable (we rented 3 together) and clean. The info booklet provided was very helpful. I would suggest labelling the switch for the water heater and the timer for the cooktop. We were unsure what those things did.

cabin was nice but not clean. 10 minutes with 2 people not enough. Floor was not clean n we found a dirty sock n empty water bottle under the couch. Toaster was silver n covered in handprints. pool was not cleaned between days n garbage left on pool deck for two days

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Our cabin was great with one exception. Our refrigerator didn't work properly. Took staff o er 24hrs to replace it and we lost about $100 in groceries. No compensation from the KOA. I had to go out and buy all new food to feed my family
