We had a fantastic time as a family Great location and lots of activities for young children Was disappointed that staff was not available most of the day, however, we came during the off season so that was understandable The hornets were out in abundance. We love the bees and hornets, however, they were getting into our cabin and staff were not available to assist.

We love this camp ground. The only suggested improvement is providing linens in the cottages like some other koas do.

We had a lovely stay. The only thing that we did not enjoy were the amount of flies in the cabin. We lost count after 40. Otherwise it was fantastic! We will be back again. Thanks KOA 1000 islands

The room was not that very clean and had a smell. The mattresses is horrible and hard couldn't sleep as bed was making creeping noise when you move. I have stayed many other KOA sites, but this one didn't enjoy at all. Sorry.

Nice and cozy and well equipped. I wish there was something to block the bugs from getting underneath the door, such as a strip at the bottom of the door.

This was our 2nd stay, last year same time. This year we stayed 6 nights in a cabin, a basic cabin no bathroom. Nice park, good store which is well stocked. Pool is nice, clean and simple.

I find the wood is too expensive and the garbage containers in the cabin are way too small. When I booked i couldn't use my reward membership as it was due to expire. I checked in and asked about another membership but i could not use it for this stay. I always could in the past.

Bathroom could be cleaned and maintained better. ie make sure toilet paper restocked and women’s “garbage “ containers emptied. Cobwebs removed from stalls.

If I was to ever stay there again, it wouldn't be in that K22 cabin. The beds creak so much and they were so hard, it was hard to sleep. An upgrade of the bed would be wonderful. I didn't think I was going to get any hot water in the shower, it took way to long. Other than that you have many things to keep kids busy. The camp was quiet.

I would like to see my accessibility for disabled people. The shower was unusable (no safety rails). Using the toilet was a challenge. The TV’s are out dated. Smart TV’s would be nice so I could access programming I pay for. It was quite and enjoyable. Barbecues were nice quality and clean. I believe we will be a return customer. Thanks the Lyman.

There was not an ounce of shade or privacy at our cabin. We could not sit outside during the day because it was so hot. When we did sit outside we were looking directly at the people at the other 2 cabins which was very awkward. We were not made of aware there was no shade or privacy when we booked our vacation.

Le lit double est horrible et devrait être impérativement remplacé. La prise de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Un tapis de douche serait indispensable. Plus d'informations sur le site sur ce qui n'est pas inclus serait nécessaire. La mention "deluxe" ne correspond pas du tout à l'état des lieux. "Rustique" serait plus prêt de la réalité. P.S. Ce n'était pas mon premier "prêt-a-camp

KOA Kingston is a nice campground close to all the amenities and attractions within Kingston. My kids enjoyed the pedal carts and pool. Would recommend more activities during the week over summer as it waa a bummer to stay Mon-Friday knowing everything happens only on the weekend.

I absolutely love going to KOA Kingston every summer. This year had a few hiccups. I was told in text that we would have an oven but that was not the case. Then we were told by front staff that we could use their air fryer to cook chicken nuggets for our boys, who are autistic and have very specific food preferences, and when we went to use the air fryer we were then told no by different staff.

We had lots of fun. The koa is beautiful and the service is great! But you need to better upkeep. laundry facilities: The washers dont do a proper spin cycle, leaving the clothes dripping wet when they come out. the dryers, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I lost several coins in the machines. Often no toilet paper in the bathroom stalls & the bathrooms need more frequent cleaning.

Amazing staff and very helpful. So much for all ages to do. We took our 9 & 6 year old granddaughters there for a weekend. They were never bored. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and found it perfect. Would definitely recommend the Campground to anyone that camps or like us glamps.

It was our first time staying at a KOA, utterly impressed. We stayed in the cabins without bathroom. You can really tell that the owners have put love & thought into their campgrounds. The delivery of firewood, the amount of activities and events all weekend (sending texts, so you don't miss it), the ability to text questions, the bag of chocolates as a welcome...I'm already planning my next trip!

The cabin was clean, staff were great, the park grounds was very well maintained. Some downside, only 1 WiFi access per cabin I mean it's 2026 it shouldn't be limited having to manage which get access when was an annoyance that I didn't want to deal with in vacation. Store ran out of kindlings mid stay which is weird for a campground, and the store was overly expensive.

Nice naked cabin… and nice sites. - Coffee maker but no cups. - TV in the cabin but didn’t work. Notify the office but no corrective action. - Internet with weak or no signal. At more than 250$/night it’s desappointenting

6th year coming with a group of 16 Thoroughly enjoy every time We were in cabin #82, our toaster didn’t work well as you had to hold down the lever to keep the toaster working. Consider replacing it.

The campground was lovely & very clean. Unfortunately my cabin wasnt, I had to clean dust from the fans due to my allergies. I also had to clean grease & dust off the stove hood & cleaned the stove due to a spillover from previous camper. Plus the couch had so many stains on it i was afraid to sit on it.Other then that our stay was lovely.and the owner was very pleasant to deal with.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The go Cart was quite possibly the activity of the year for my son! Also, thanks to Vaughn for helping us with our camp fire. Once he left it died again, however the neighbors were excellent in letting us make s'mores at their fire pit!

KOA is well maintained; Patrick's team is friendly. Real issue preventing us from returning is cost. Deluxe cabin $350/night. States sleeps six; it's small and comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 kids. For $350, no sheets or towels and many of the activities cost extra (mini-putt, pedal karts, logs, etc.). The weekend cost almost $900. For that you can get entire Airbnb cottage on private lake.

A very nice campground. Location is great. Staff were lovely! You can even get a little breakfast on site. Campground is very clean and well run. We went in October and it was just lovely.

Schöner Campingplatz. Waren auf der Durchreise von Montreal nach Toronto. 1 Stern Abzug für die zu kleinen Toiletten ( kann sich kaum setzen ohne mit den Knien an der Türe anzuschlagen). Auch das WLan ist nur für 1 GERÄT. Das ist heutzutage ein NoGo, und das Wlan muss offen sein. Ansonsten sehr schöner Platz.
