Trailer wouldn’t fit in the spot they assigned me knowing trailer size. Then they moved us to another camp site and went ahead without my permission and charged me an extra 6.78$ after telling them I’m not paying the extra to move when it was there mistake. Sad they have to Nickle and dime people. Spots were very small.

Our stay at this KOA was good! The pool was awesome and the grounds were well kept except for a massive dead tree that was just beside the playground that we thought was a safety issue and reported to staff. The washrooms weren't the cleanest we've encountered but doable.

We always look forward to staying at Kingston KOA. Everything is very well maintained, clean and the park has a perfect atmosphere. A special bonus this time for us was the Canada day fireworks on Saturday night. They were absolutely amazing.

This was a last minute change to itinerary and the KOA accommodated. Large area, lots to do for children, nice pool, clean bathrooms. Close to city.

Earwigs infested our cabin to the point we slept in our car. They were on the walls, in the beds and in our bags. Manager lacked empathy, was slow to accommodate, defensive and questioned whether we were being truthful. It was the first and last time will stay at a KOA.

By far the nicest RV park on our two month tour of eastern Canada. We have a 45’ coach and our site was spacious and roads are large to access and park. 50 amp and Services are strategically located in the middle of the site, obvious knowledge of modern RV design. Superbly kept grounds and activities abound, fireworks for Canada Day was impressive. Thanks!

Beautiful property, clean cabins, and the younger staff were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by hundreds of earwigs inside the cabin. We expected bugs but this was extreme. We had to throw out most of our food and were told our best option was to sleep in our car. After paying $500+, it was disappointing that no refund or compensation was offered.

We enjoyed our stay once again. This stay had us on the “I” line of campsites and was a great site! Really appreciate well equipped, groomed and level site.

It’s nice and all but the price is repulsive. If I camp without my kids I’m basically paying for amenities I won’t use. I go ALL the time tent camping there and wasn’t even offered any sort of discount for my son’s birthday wknd ( 4! night tent stay) and wasn’t refunded for carts we weren’t aloud to use on the activity passes I $$. Used to love it but it’s starting to look more lik

The upgraded spot we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were not the cleanest there was a lot of mold in the showers. The dog park was sand and not very welcoming.

Beautiful campground! We only stayed for two days as we were travelling East to visit family but we will be back for a longer stay next season

Although it was a trial run for training our dogs to go RVing (for preparation to go long distance) we had a relaxing and wonderful non stressful stay. Staff was always friendly and happy to assist. All spots were spotless and easy to maneuver a big RV. Priced right and quiet. A shout out to the young man in the golf cart that works there! He was so helpful and polite. Amazing place!!! Tha

We like KOA Kingston for it's consistent quality. As senior's we find it a little pricey. On the day that we left, we were under the impression that the campground ran out of water. This appeared to me our thinking based on the lack of water pressure at the dump station and the washrooms close to that area. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Very nice camp ground, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. What would be nice is an adult only pool time, say 8pm to 9pm. We normally stay at 1000 island KOA and they have an adult only large hot tub which is very nice to relax in. Overall we enjoyed the campground and will be coming back!

Loved the young worker at the reception desk - smiling, eye contact, helpful, cheerful. And "Captain Patrick" has enough energy and fun to make any activity fun! We loved the way families connect around the pool and before you know it, friendships are formed and the kids feel like they've known each other for years. A magical place that is safe, fun, accessible, and accommodating.

It was lovely campground with many trees and many play areas for the kids . However the bathroom floors were continually slopping wet ? It was also dark . The laundry room is small .

We come every year for Artfest Kingston. It is convenient and relaxing for us to stay and it is close to where we need to drive each day. We appreciate the convenience and comfort of Kingston KOA.

The campground was well maintained and very clean. The staff in the owners were very friendly. There was lots of amenities and activities to keep everyone busy. We will definitely be back.

We were staying on lot H1, one of the best camping spots we’ve had in a long time: very clean and good size, level, etc. The grounds are immaculate, very well maintained and the staff very pleasant and eager to help. The location is the best for visiting Kingston. One small caveat, the pool was nice and large but the water was not the clearest. All in all, we had a wonderful stay . Thanks!

What we really liked: Activities, fireworks, park, games. To work on: Female wash. was by Saturday aft., in poor condition and stayed that way til Sunday. It was reported Sat.Unpleasant for campers who don’t have any other bathroom. Had to put down a tent for my kids. They at least got one night to try for the first time. A very nice campground. Location is great. Staff were lovely! You can even get a little breakfast on site. Campground is very clean and well run. We went in October and it was just lovely.

Schöner Campingplatz. Waren auf der Durchreise von Montreal nach Toronto. 1 Stern Abzug für die zu kleinen Toiletten ( kann sich kaum setzen ohne mit den Knien an der Türe anzuschlagen). Auch das WLan ist nur für 1 GERÄT. Das ist heutzutage ein NoGo, und das Wlan muss offen sein. Ansonsten sehr schöner Platz.
